The United States and Iran have not had official ties since the 1979 Islamic Revolution but Americans and Iranians often have similar problems. Doctors in both countries, for example, often struggle to bring quality healthcare to their patients in rural areas. Now, a Mississippi delta neighbourhood is learning from the Iranians on how they have successfully run a rural healthcare plan.
