Delicious homemade Kabobs! Ing: 2 lbs uncooked ground beef 21/2 cups of canola oil for frying 2 pieces of toast crushed 2 egg yolks 11/2 tsp of onions powder 2 tsp of fresh ginger and garlic 11/2 tsp of lemon pepper salt to taste 11/2 tsp of gharam masala 1/2 cup fresh chopped coriander 2 tbsp of ghee melted Method: In the food processor add the toast and grind it then add the meat in it and the hot ghee, ginger and garlic, lemon pepper, salt, onion powder, gharam masala, egg yolks, and pulse the food processor until well combined. Lastly add the fresh coriander and black pepper and mix completely. Let the mixture sit for about 20 min then roll them in desired shapes and fry it until nice and brown!
