This is my versatile dough recipe that I use for anything that I want to stuff! They turn out soft and delicious! Ing: 2 cups all purpose flour 1 tsp yeast 2 tbsp warm water 1 tsp sugar pinch of salt 3/4 cup warm milk 1 egg 2 tbsp of ghee Method: Mix the warm water, sugar and yeast so it starts fermenting Next put the flour in a mixing bowl and add the ghee, pinch of salt, egg, and add the yeast mixture, start the machine and slowly start adding the warm milk until the dough is binded completely. Leave the dough in a warm place for about 20 min and you are ready to stuff it with what ever you choose!
