This is my favorite sandwich and or a great late night snack Ing: 2 slices of Bread butter or Margarine fresh Pepper 2 slices of Bread 2 slices of Cheese 4 to 5 pieces of Cucumber cut thinly 2 big slices of fresh Tomatoes Banana Peppers Shredded Beef (Optional) 2 tsp Olive Oil Method: Drizzle olive oil in a frying pan and let it get nice and hot than spread butter or margerine on the bread than go ahead and add the one slice of cheese, black pepper, cucumbers, tomatoes, banana peppers and the meat. Cover with the other slice of bread and toast it in the olive oil until it reaches the crispiness you like. I hope you enjoy this sandwitch as much as I do!!
