A new round of expert-level talks between Iran and the five permanent members of the UN Security Council plus Germany over Tehran\\\'s nuclear program have kicked off in the Swiss city of Geneva. Iran\\\'s Deputy Foreign Minister Seyyed Abbas Araqchi has said the talks are aimed at coming up with mechanisms to implement last month\\\'s nuclear deal reached with the P-five-plus-one group of countries. Araqchi also said that the negotiations will be held at a higher level if the current talks fail to reach a conclusion. Meanwhile, Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif and EU Foreign Policy Chief Catherine Ashton have agreed to resume talks after Christmas. Zarif has already described the negotiations as tough, saying they will require time and patience.
