(All) praise is for Thee (alone), [for Thou makes me come out of the deep sleep (motionless spell of inactivity) everyday, although if Thou wills it could be a rest for ever], everlasting praise, (that) never ever is cut off, nor anyone of the created beings can know, write or count up. O my Allah, (All) prais is for Thee (alone) for Thou created, (everything) in order and equilibrium, well-measured, properly managed, effectively carried out, and determined the duration, gave life, cause (things) to decay, and recover, made available comforts, (mixed with) troubles and sorrows. Calm and unruffled Thou occupied the A\'rsh (seat of Divine authority), the whole universe under Thy domain and jurisdiction, I call Thee with a request like the one whose means and opportunities are frail and unsure, resources cut off, and the end in very near, expectations from the worldly life proved to be of little worth, (now) in need of Thy mercy cracks up, sigh of grief and regrets for immoderate conduct are heartbreaking, errors are very many, and also offences, but with sincerity has turned repentant to Thee, therefore send blessing on Muhammad, the Last Prophet, on his pure and pious children, and make available for me recommendations of Muhammad, peace and blessings of Allah be on him and on his children, and donot deprive me of his company, verily Thou art the Most Merciful. O my Allah, in the hours of this Wednesday, fulfil my four desires, give me strength to obey Thee, happiness in Thy worship, willingness to earn Thy rewards, self-control to keep off that which brings Thy terrible punishment; verily Thou very kindly and lovingly operates Thy will. O Allah! Send blessings on Muhammad and on the children of Muhammad.

A political analyst says there are currently 178 Palestinians on administrative detention in Israeli jails and this is against international law and international norms to illegally detain people without charge. The comments came after at least 150 people were injured after Israeli troops clashed with Palestinian protesters outside Ofer prison in the occupied West Bank. The protest was held to show solidarity with Palestinian prisoners who are on hunger strike in Israeli jails with protesters calling for their immediate release. Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei says Iran will raze Tel Aviv to the ground if Israel launches a military strike against the Islamic Republic. “Israel’s leaders sometimes threaten Iran, but they know that if they do a damn thing, the Islamic Republic will raze Tel Aviv and [the occupied city of] Haifa to the ground,” Ayatollah Khamenei said on Thursday in an address to large crowds of people in the northeastern Iranian city of Mashhad on the occasion of Nowruz (Iranian new year). The Leader pointed out that the enemy seeks to create hurdles through sanctions and threats and downplay Iran’s achievements through propaganda, as its two major strategies against the Iranian nation. “The center of conspiracy and the basis of hostility with the Iranian nation is the US government,” Ayatollah Khamenei noted. The Leader pointed to the effects of the West’s embargoes against Iran over its nuclear energy program, saying, “Besides the negative effects of the sanctions, a highly positive impact also took place and the huge potential of the Iranian nation was activated and the talents of the youths of our country flourished.\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\" “Thanks to the sanctions, the Iranian nation embarked on enormous activities and massive infrastructural works were done in the year 1391 [Persian calendar year].” The Leader alluded to the repeated offers of direct talks with the Islamic Republic by the United States and said, “Through different ways and messages, the Americans try to negotiate with us on the nuclear issue, but I am not optimistic about these talks.” “I am not opposed to talks with regard to the nuclear issue, but certain issues must be clarified,” Ayatollah Khamenei said. The Leader pointed to the US claim that they intend to be honest in their talks with Iran and noted, “We have repeatedly asserted that we do not seek nuclear weapons but you do not believe this honest word; why should we accept your word?” “Negotiation is an American tactic for deceiving the public opinion and if it is otherwise the Americans should prove it,” the Leader said. Touching on Iran’s comprehensive negotiations with the P5+1 (permanent members of the UN Security Council plus Germany), Ayatollah Khamenei said that Washington does not want the talks to come to a conclusion, adding, “With regard to the nuclear issue, Iran only wants the recognition of its rights to enrichment.” The Leader noted that the US seeks to prolong the course of the negotiations in an attempt to “paralyze” the Iranian nation and said, “Iran will never be crippled and if the Americans want the issue to be over, there is one simple solution which is the US should put aside its enmity with the Iranian nation.” Elsewhere in his remarks, Ayatollah Khamenei pointed to Iran’s 11th presidential election in June and called for a high turnout in the poll in a bid to disappoint the enemies and ensure national security. The Leader underscored the importance of participation of various political spectrums in the election and noted, “All the [political] views and factions that believe in the Islamic Republic should participate; this is both a right and obligation, as election in the Islamic Republic is not for a specific political view and faction.”

A United Nations human rights body has criticized the Tel Aviv regime for torturing Palestinian children, saying the Israeli military frequently uses them as human shields in its operations. The UN Committee on the Rights of the Child said on Thursday Palestinian children in the occupied West Bank and blockaded Gaza Strip are normally not allowed to have their birth registered, and are denied access to health care, decent schooling as well as safe drinking water. The UN report also stated that an estimated 7,000 Palestinian children aged 12 to 17, but some as young as nine, have been arrested, interrogated and detained over the past ten years. Nearly a dozen Palestinians have been abducted by Israeli forces in the occupied West Bank. A Palestinian journalist and a lawmaker are among those who were assaulted and then detained. The latest Israeli raid also caused the death of a 19-year-old boy. Human rights groups say there has been a surge in violence by Israeli forces against Palestinian protesters and the Palestinian media recording Israel\'s violations. Attacks are escalating against Palestinians with one brutal murder and over 11 arrests this week. Syrian army victories against foreign-backed militants have become a fact nearly on a daily basis, especially in Damascus and its suburbs. Press TV team accompanied Syrian army units in parts of al-Qaboun area that have been cleared of the foreign-backed militants. The Army regained control over the main bus station in al-Qaboun where Syrians used to head to any other Syrian city. However, armed men, who occupied it for nearly two months, destroyed it completely. Syrian army units have managed to completely secure the 1.5 kilometer industrial zone in al-Qaboun area which links Barzeh, al-Qaboun and Jobar together. On the first Friday of the fasting month of Ramadan, over 75,000 Palestinian Muslims in the occupied territories flocked to Jerusalem al-Quds to attend prayers in the al-Aqsa Mosque. However, many were unable to access the holy site due to heavy Israeli restrictions.

Israeli forces have arrested a Palestinian boy for allegedly throwing a stone at Israeli soldiers: the boy is only 5-years old. The incident happened in the city of Hebron or al-Khalil in the Occupied West Bank. The Israeli army has said the boy had endangered passers-by. The detention a 5-year old innocent boy is not an isolated case involving the violation of Palestinian rights. There is a long list of such violations including the siege on the Gaza Strip since 2007, arbitrary abduction and arrest of Palestinians; destruction of their homes to name just a few. On this edition of the show we ask: Why the international community is inactive in the face of these violations? What would be the reaction of the US and the EU if a 5-year old has been arrested anywhere else other than Israel?

Human rights groups have condemned the arrest of a five-year-old Palestinian boy by Israeli forces in the occupied West Bank, Press TV reports. The boy, Wadia Meswedeh, was arrested on July 9 at a checkpoint near Ibrahimi Mosque in the city of al-Khalil for \'throwing stones\' at the car of an Israeli settler. The arrest has prompted condemnations by several human rights groups.

Israelis have informed Palestininas that they will prohibit all Muslims from entering the mosque during the most important night of the Muslim calendar \'Lailat al-Qadr\' or \'The Night of Destiny\'.
