Part 1: It's 10 years since the UK joined a US led invasion and subsequent occupation of Afghanistan. The conflict has dubbed by western political leaders as a crucial part of the so called war on terror. Nearly 400 British servicemen have been killed while thousands of Afghan civilians have lost their lives. To discuss the coflict was Jonathan Steele a British journalist and Author of 'Ghosts of Afghanistan', Kate Hudson who's the General Secretary of the Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament, Andrew Murray of the Stop the War Coalition, the organizers of a national protest against the war at the weekend. And Max Malik, the author of a new book, The Butterfly Hunter, which deals with themes relating to the 'war on terror'.

Disturbing LGBT messages in Children\\\'s Books | The Makinations 1
Introducing the disturbing new series from Islamic Pulse, presenters Brother Muzaffer Abbas Hyder and Sister Zaynab Thani show some examples of the kind of children’s books which are actively and openly promoting LGBT themes. This series is based on the research of Dr. Kate Godfrey-Faussett, who has bravely taken up the task of exposing the agenda of the mainstream education system, which has crept into the schools across the world promoting its sexuality agenda.

How LGBT Sex-activists Push their Agenda | The Makinations 7
A very important wake up call for all - the LGBT agenda is being pushed through things like the Yogyakarta principles. Dr. Kate Godfrey-Faussett, upon whose research this entire series is based, is now being attacked through the media. And while sex-activists are busy translating documents, forming protests, pushing lawmakers and influencing various fields of society, the community is fast asleep. The time to get involved and resist is NOW.

Dig into the 1947 Partition of India, when Britain split the region into two states, India and Pakistan, and the mass migrations and violence that followed.
--
In 1947, the British viceroy announced that after 200 years of British rule, India would gain independence and be partitioned into Hindu India and Muslim Pakistan. What followed was one of the largest and bloodiest forced migrations in history: an estimated 1 million people lost their lives. What caused this violent aftermath? Haimanti Roy details the lasting legacies of the Partition of India.
Lesson by Haimanti Roy, directed by Jagriti Khirwar & Raghav Arumugam.
