1 tbsp of olive oil
fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup tri colored bell pepper
1/2 pear juvanilled
1 small onion juvanilled
fresh cillantro
salt to taste
pinch of pepper
Method:
Add olive oil in the pan once it gets hot add the onions, stir fry for a little bit and than go ahead and add the bell pepper, pear, fresh lemon juice and turn of the heat. Chop the cilanrto and add it to the stir fry mix and add the squash, drizzle some olive oil and sprinkle with black pepper and serve!!! Remember to garnish with more fresh cilantro, paprika and dried parsley!!!!!

Recipe:
1 half of a squash cooked and taken out of the shell
2 cups milk boiled once
1 tbsp cornstarch mixed in water
1/2 can condensed sweet milk
few strands of saffron
pinch of cardamom
1/4 cup pineapple juice (optional)
1 tbsp vanilla essence
Method:
To the warm milk add the condensed milk followed by the pineapple juice, by adding this the milk is going to separate and if you don't want it to separate leave the pineapple juice out. Add the spaghetti squash in the milk let it cook for 3 min than add the saffron, and vanilla essence and the cardamom lastly add the cornstarch mixture to thicken up the dessert.
Let cool top with more cardamom if you like and enjoy!!!!!

1 whole chicken cleaned and cut
1 to 2 tbsp olive oil
2/3 cup tomato paste
1 tbsp pureed garlic
1 tbsp pureed ginger
salt to taste
1 tbsp lemon pepper
1 tbsp coarse ground pepper
fresh parsley leaves for garnish
dried parsley leaves for garnish
paprika for garnish
Method:
To your chicken you want to drizzle some olive oil and add the fresh ginger, garlic and the rest of the spices mix well and add the tomato paste make sure that all the ingredients are Incorporated than drizzle some olive oil on your baking dish and transfer the chicken in it, make sure you place the chicken pieces evenly and go ahead and cover with foil and stick it in the oven for 45 min turn once, when the chicken is completely cooked turn your broiler on to 550 degrees till it reaches desired dryness, finally sprinkle with dried parsley leaves if you desire and splash it with fresh lemon juice..... Sit back and enjoy!!!!

Onions, potatoes, and mushrooms deep fried in a pancake like batter, resulting in a savory fritter for finger foods or appetizers
Recipe:
3 cups canola oil for frying
1 cup gram flour or chickpea flour
1/2 cup white flour
1/4 cup rice flour
1 large onion diced
2 large potatoes diced
8 oz mushrooms diced
Salt to taste
fresh pepper to taste
1 tbsp dried parsley leaves
1 tbsp mango powder
1 tbsp lemon pepper
1 tbsp cayenne
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
enough water to make pancake like consistency
Method:
Mix all the 3 flours, and the dry spices in a big bowl and stir than start adding water slowly until batter resembles a pancake mixture than add the onions, potatoes, and mushrooms, test oil by putting a little batter in it and once the oil bubbles than go ahead and add 1 tbsp amounts to the oil and deep fry until they turn golden, drain on paper towel and transfer to serving dish and serve with sauce of your choice and enjoy!!

1 whole chicken or 8 to 10 pieces chicken breast
2 tbsp olive oil (1 tbsp for drizzling on the chicken and 1 tbsp to put on the baking dish
1 tbsp fresh ginger pureed
1 tbsp fresh garlic pureed
2 tbsp tandoori powder
2 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp lemon pepper
1 tbsp mango powder
2 to 4 tbsp dried parsley leaves
1 tbsp salt
fresh black pepper
1 1/2 cup sour cream
Method:
Preheat oven on bake for 400 degrees.
Mix all the ingredients with the sour cream (except the 2 tbsp of dried parsley leaves) and marinate with the chicken, for a minimum of 30 min or overnight bake in a 400 degree oven for 45 min than broil for 5 min until the chicken reaches desired charbroiled look. Garnish with dried parsley leaves and enjoy!!!!!
