Iran and the permanent members of the U-N Security Council plus Germany start a two-day expert-level meeting in Vienna. Tehran has sent experts from nuclear, oil, banking and other industrial sectors. Iran\'s Foreign Ministry\'s director for political affairs, Hamid Ba\'eedinejad, is leading the team. This, as an American delegation, including experts from the country\'s State and Treasury Departments, is also present. The last meeting of the two sides was held in Geneva on October 15 and 16. Following the talks described by both sides as constructive, Tehran and the six powers decided to send their experts to Vienna at the end of October to discuss details of Iran\'s new proposal to resolve outstanding issues over its nuclear energy program. The latest talks come as Iran and the International Atomic Energy Agency wrapped up two days of negotiations on Tuesday, which were also described as very productive.

Iran\'s Deputy Foreign Minister, Abbas Araqchi says he\'s set to meet with the head of the International Atomic Energy Agency in Vienna later this month. Araqchi, who\'s a member of Iran\'s nuclear negotiating team, said his meeting with Yukiya Amano will take place before the upcoming Iran-I-A-E-A talks set for October 28 and 29. He also said that four experts from the trade, banking, oil and transport sectors will join Iran\'s negotiating team. Tehran and the permanent members of the UN Security Council plus Germany held two days of negotiations behind closed doors in Geneva in mid-October. The two sides agreed to meet there again on November 7 and 8.

The first day of the twelfth round of the talks between Iran and the International Atomic Energy Agency came to an end in the Austrian capital Vienna with the two sides agreeing to continue their negotiations on Tuesday. Monday\'s talks were held at two different levels. At the beginning of the negotiations, Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi met with the IAEA Director General Yukio Amano. Araqchi described the meeting as constructive.

Talks between representatives of the five permanent members of the UN Security Council plus Germany, experts from Iran and the International Atomic Energy Agency to work out \"technical details\" of last month\'s landmark nuclear deal have started in Vienna.

Iran says it is dissatisfied with the slow pace of progress of the talks over the country\'s nuclear energy program in Vienna. Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi also referred to the new US sanctions imposed on a number of Iranian companies and individuals, saying the measures prompted the Iranian expert team to return home for more consultation. Araqchi also said the sanctions violate the spirit of the recent deal on Iran\'s nuclear energy program. Washington has denied that the new punitive measures has violated the deal. Under the Geneva agreement, new sanctions will have to be stopped for a six-month period and previous sanctions partially eased.

Iran\'s deputy foreign minister, Abbas Araqchi, says the dismantling of the country\'s nuclear facilities is not on the agenda of the ongoing talks with the five permanent members of the U-N Security Council plus Germany, known as the P5+1 group Arachqi-- who\'s also Iran\'s top nuclear negotiator-- says Iran has stressed that the basis of the talks must be an agreed action-plan. Any subject outside the framework of the plan cannot be negotiated. The Iranian official was speaking with reporters in Vienna, following the first round of the nuclear talks between Iran and the P5+1 group. Araqchi said the first round was a good start.

Three days of nuclear talks in Vienna between Iran and the five permanent members of the UN security council plus Germany have ended. Both sides say the discussions have been very productive and have identified all of the issues needed to be addressed in reaching a comprehensive and final agreement.Iran\'s foreign minister Mohammad Javad Zarif and believes a comprehensive deal could be agreed on in the next five months. Iran\'s foreign minister says the P-five-plus-one negotiators have agreed that issues related to Iran\'s defense industry and scientific capabilities will not be part of the ongoing nuclear talks in Vienna. The P-five-plus-one representative Catherine Ashton said even though there is a lot to do, they have had a good start.The talks in Vienna marked the first round of high-level negotiations held between Tehran and the P5+1 group after they reached a landmark interim deal in Geneva in November. Iran and the five permanent members of the UN security council plus Germany will meet again in Vienna on the 17th of March. Technical meetings will also take place on the sidelines of the next IAEA meeting in early March. The talks are expected to be monthly for the next four months and both sides are aiming to complete a final deal in July.

After a successful round of talks in Vienna between Iran and the I-A-E-A on October 29, the head of the International Atomic Energy Agency will travel to Tehran early next week for talks on nuclear inspections. The I-A-E-A press office says Yukia Amano will leave for Iran on Sunday to strengthen dialog and cooperation between the agency and Tehran. Iran and the Vienna-based nuclear organization began a fresh round of talks earlier this week. Amano said he made his decision to visit Iran because of the progress made in those talks.

On the sideline of the meeting, Iran\'s top nuclear negotiator Abbas Araqchi said despite some difficulties, it is still possible to reach a final deal.
