Recipe:
3/4 cup four
1/4 cup rice four
2 large eggs
1 tbsp sugar
1 cup milk
vanilla essence per your taste
pinch of salt
enough oil to fry the rosettes
Method:
Mix the two flours together add the eggs, sugar, vanilla, and mix slowly add milk making a pancake like consistency. Heat the oil dip the rosette maker in the hot oil than dip it in the batter next fry the rosettes, when cool sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy!

Chocolate Éclair
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Doodh (Milk) 500 ml
-Cheeni (Sugar) 1 Cup or to taste
-Vanilla essence ½ tsp
-Doodh (Milk) ½ Cup
-Rafhan custard powder 5 tbs
-Doodh (Milk) ½ Cup
-Pani (Water) ½ Cup
-Makhan (Butter) 100 gms
-Cheeni (Sugar) 1/4 Cup
-Namak (Salt) 1 pinch
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 1 Cup
-Anday (Eggs) 3 small
-Cooking chocolate 1 Cup
-Cream 3/4 Cup
Directions:
-In pot,add milk and bring it to boil.
-Add sugar and mix well.
-Add vanilla essence and mix well.
-In milk,add custard powder and mix well.
-In boiling milk,add dissolve custard,whisk continuously and cook until custard is thick then strain with the help of the strainer and whisk continuously until cooled down (room temperature).
-Refrigerate until use.
-In pot,add milk,water,butter,sugar,salt,mix well and cook on low flame for 2 minutes.
-Turn off the flame,add all-purpose flour and mix until well combined.
-Turn on the flame and cook on low flame until dough is formed (approx. 2-3 minutes).
-Let it rest for 3-4 minutes.
-Add eggs,one by one and mix until well combined.
-In piping bag,add prepared dough mixture.
-On baking tray,place butter paper and sprinkle all-purpose flour.
-Pipe in prepared dough on to baking tray (using large nozzle).
-Bake in preheated oven at 200 C for 10 minutes then reduce temperature to 180 C for 30-35 minutes.
-Cool down completely on wire rack (makes 18-20).
-In bowl,add cooking chocolate,cream and microwave for 1 minute then mix well.
-Make hole,fill éclair with prepared custard through the bottom then dip the top into melted chocolate,allowing excess to drip off & refrigerate.
-Garnish with melted white chocolate & serve!

-Use kernay tak refrigerator mein rakh dein.
-Pot mein doodh,pani,makhan,cheeni aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Chulha bund ker dein aur maida dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Chulha on karein aur bohat halki ancch per dough bun janay tak paka lein (approx. 2-3 minutes).
-3-4 minutes kliya rest dein.
-Ek,ek ker ka anday shamil kertay jayein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Tayyar dough mixture ko piping bag mein dal dein.
-Baking tray per butter paper laga ker maida chirak dein.
-Baking tray per large nozzle ki madad sa dough ko pipe in ker lein.
-Preheated oven mein 200 C per 10 minutes kliya bake karein phir 30-35 minutes kliya 180 C per bake ker lein.
-Wire rack per rakh ker thanda ker lein (makes 18-20).
-Bowl mein cooking chocolate aur cream dal ker 1 minute kliya microwave ker lein phir ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Hole ker lein aur eclair ko tayyar custard sa fill ker lein phir top part ko melted chocolate mein dip ker lein & refrigerate ker lein.

Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Cream chilled 200 ml
-Cream cheese 1 & ½ Cups
-Caster sugar ½ Cup or to taste
-Pineapple small cubes 1 & ½ Cups
-Biscuits 200 gms
-Cheeni (Sugar) powdered 2-3 tbs
-Makhan (Butter) melted ¾ Cup
-Pineapple slices
-Fresh coconut grated
-Cherry
Directions:
-In bowl,add cream and beat until fluffy & set aside.
-In bowl,add cream cheese,caster sugar and beat until sugar is dissolved.
-Now add whipped cream and beat until well combined.
-Add pineapples cubes,gently fold to combine & set aside.
-In chopper,add biscuits,sugar and chop until crumbled.
-During chopping,add butter and grind well.
Assembling:
-In serving glass or dish,add crumbled mixture and press firmly down into the base to create an even layer.
-Add cream & pineapple filling and spread it.
-Add pineapple slices and cream & pineapple filling.
-Sprinkle fresh coconut and top with cherry.
-Refrigerate for 4 hours & serve chilled.

Directions:
-In a bowl,add cream cheese,egg yolk,all-purpose flour,vanilla essence,powdered sugar and mix until well combined & set aside.
-In bowl,add all-purpose flour,cocoa powder,salt,mix well & set aside.
-In grinder,add sugar and grind to make a fine powder & set aside.
-In bowl,add eggs,powdered sugar,vanilla essence,melted butter and whisk well.
-Now add dry flour mixture and mix with the help of the spatula.
-In 8 x 8 inch baking pan lined with butter paper,add prepared brownie batter and cream cheese batter and make swirls with the help of the skewer.

-Pani (Water) warm ¼ Cup or as required
-Makhan (Butter) melted 1 tbs
-Anda (Egg) 1
Beef Filling:
-Beef qeema (Beef mince) 400 gms
-Tamatar (Tomato) finely chopped 1 large
-Pyaz (Onion) finely chopped 1 medium
-Lehsan (Garlic) crushed 2 tbs
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped ¼ Cup
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Sumac powder ½ tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed 1 tsp
-Kalay til (Black sesame seeds) to sprinkle
Cheese Filling:
-Cheddar cheese grated ½ Cup or as required
-Mozzarella cheese grated ½ Cup or as required
-Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed to sprinkle
-Mixed herbs to sprinkle
-Kalonji (Nigella seeds) to sprinkle
Directions:
Prepare Dough:
-In small jug,add instant yeast,sugar,warm water and mix well,cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.
-In all-purpose flour,add salt,oil and mix well.
-Now add yeast mixture and mix well.
-Gradually add warm water and knead until dough is formed,cover and let it rest for 2-3 hours.
-Grease your hands with oil and knead dough again until smooth.Dough is ready!
-In bowl,add butter and egg,mix well & set aside.
Beef Filling:
-In bowl,add beef mince,tomato,onion,garlic,fresh coriander,cumin powder,black pepper powder,salt, sumac powder and red chili crushed,mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.
-On working surface,sprinkle flour and knead dough again.
-Cut the dough into pieces,sprinkle flour and roll out in oval shape with the help of rolling pin.
-On baking tray,sprinkle flour and place rolled dough.
-Add marinated beef mixture and spread evenly.
-Now fold the edges/sides to make a boat shape.
-Brush the edges/sides of the dough with egg+butter mixture and sprinkle black sesame seeds.
-Bake in preheated oven at 200 C for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
-Once cool,cut into slices and serve.
Cheese Filling:

-Add cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,red chili crushed and mixed herbs.

Ginger Garlic Paste
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Adrak (Ginger) peeled & cubed 150 gms
-Lehsan (Garlic) peeled 250 gms
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp
-Oil 2 tbs
-Oil 1 tsp
Directions:
-Wash & pat dry ginger and garlic properly.
-In chopper,add ginger,garlic,salt,oil and chop until well combined.
-Add ginger garlic paste in dry & clean jar,add oil & store for up to 8-10 days in refrigerator shelf.
-Add ginger garlic paste in ice cube tray and can also be stored up to 1 month in freezer.
Tip:
-Don’t put it on refrigerator’s door.

-Kacha papita (Raw papaya) 500 gms
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp
-Oil 3 tbs
Directions:
-Wash & pat dry raw papaya properly,deseed and cut into cubes.
-In chopper,add raw papaya cubes,salt,oil and chop until well combined.
-Add raw papaya paste in dry & clean jar & store for up to 8-10 days in refrigerator shelf.

-Pyaz (Onion) thinly sliced ½ kg
-Oil for deep frying
Directions:
-In wok,heat oil and fry onion until golden brown.
-Spread fried onion on paper towel until drained & crispy.
-Transfer fried onion in an air tight container and store the container for up to 2 weeks.

-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 4 tbs
-Garam masala powder ½ tsp
-Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chili) powder ½ tsp
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tsp

-Gradually add warm water and knead until dough is formed,cover and let it rest for 2-3 hours or overnight in refrigerator.
-Grease your hands with oil and knead dough again until smooth.Dough is ready.

-In frying pan,add oil and onion,fry until translucent.
