Le Magazine de l\\\\\\\'Afrique: La Jeudi matin, une bousculade à Mina a provoqué une tragédie à la Mecque. Le bilan des pèlerins morts dans cette tragédie dépassé 2000 personnes. L’Iran aussi a décrété trois jours de deuil. \\\\\\\"Les dirigeants saoudiens devront s’excuser auprès de l’Oumma islamique et les familles endeuillées des pèlerins victimes du drame de Mina, au lieu d\\\\\\\'imputer à autrui la responsabilité qui leur revient dans l’incident tragique à Mina.\\\\\\\", a réitéré le Guide suprême de la Révolution islamique. L’honorable Ayatollah Khamenei a souligné dimanche matin, devant les étudiants en théologie: « Le monde de l’Islam a beaucoup de questions à poser sur l’incident de Mina. » En allusion à la tragédie de Mina qui a endeuillé l\\\\\\\'Oumma islamique au jour de l\\\\\\\'Aïd Al-Adha, cette grande fête des musulmans, le Guide suprême de la Révolution islamique a souligné : « Il est impossible à tout un chacun d\\\\\\\'oublier même pour un seul instant cette grande peine, qui pèse de tout son poids sur notre coeur et celui de tous les musulmans. » Le Guide suprême de la Révolution islamique a fait remarquer que c\\\\\\\'est injuste, un geste avorté et inefficace de la part des dirigeants saoudiens de se dérober de leur responsabilité envers cette tragédie et de l\\\\\\\'imputer aux autres. Narration 2 : Après la tragédie de Mina, qui s’est soldée par la mort de milliers de pèlerins, tandis qu\\\\\\\'un grand nombre d\\\\\\\'entre eux étaient blessés, le gouvernement saoudien a formulé des accusations sans fondement. En premier lieu, il a accusé les pèlerins africains, et, ensuite, les pèlerins iraniens, d’être à l’origine de cet incident. On Eid Day, our wound splits open and it reminds us of the crimes of the incompetent and oppressive Saudi regime - especially the event of Mina. We mourn and protest over the tragedy of Mina. The Islamic song is dedicated to the martyrs of Mina followed up with a historic warning by the Leader of the Muslim Ummah.

Hajj involves two parallel journeys, namely the journey of body and the journey of soul. Pilgrims of the House of God purify their hearts from what keeps them away from God. The rituals start in the Great Mosque by circling seven times round the Kaaba in an anti-clockwise direction, which is known as Tawaf, followed by two rakat of prayers. Pilgrims often experience a very moving moment when they first set their eyes on Kabba. They walk and run seven times along a passageway in the Great Mosque between Safa and Marwah mounts, commemorating a search for water by Hajar, wife of the Prophet Abraham. Rituals also involve travelling to the valley of Arafat and standing in the open praising God, supplicating and meditating. This is followed by spending the night in Muzdalifa. In the morning, pilgrims head towards Mina and start the first in a series of throwing stones at pillars symbolizing the devil. The pillars stand at three points where Satan is believed to have tried to tempt the Prophet Abraham. Pilgrims also sacrifice an animal to commemorate the incident when the Prophet Abraham was about to sacrifice his son for the sake of God and God accepted a sheep instead. Pilgrims then shave their heads or cut some parts of it. They should return to the Great Mosque at Mecca for further rituals either before or after they complete their stay and stoning the devils in Mina. At the end of it all, pilgrims hope that God accepts their Hajj. Hajj rituals are performed at different locations but the kaaba stands out. It is the holiest place on earth. Supreme Leader: Saudi Government Should Accept Responsibility for Mina Calamity. 27/09/2015 The following is the full text of the speech delivered on September 27, 2015 by Ayatollah Khamenei, the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, at the start of Dars-e Kharij. In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful‌ Today, after a long break, we will resume our discussion, but our hearts are full of sorrow and grief because of the sad event that occurred in Mina and that turned our Eid into mourning in the real sense of the word. Every year, during the hajj season - during these days when the hajj pilgrimage is over - the country experiences a public joy. Hajj pilgrims return and families are happy because fathers, children and spouses are back. Families celebrate the return of their hajj pilgrims and the success of their pilgrimage. Every year, this is the case. It is a time of celebration, but this year, this celebration time has turned into a time of mourning. In many provinces of the country, the number of casualties is large and the remains of the deceased should be returned. Therefore, hearts are truly mournful on these days. One cannot forget about this feeling of grief even for a single moment. In recent days, this feeling of grief has troubled our hearts and the hearts of others. The conclusion that we should draw is that the responsibility of this heavy incident and this grave disaster falls on the shoulders of the Saudi rulers. They should accept the responsibility for this matter. If they shift the blame on others, constantly accuse this and that person and praise themselves in an incessant manner, these actions will get them nowhere. These actions are fruitless. After all, the world of Islam has certain questions. Is the death of more than one thousand individuals from different Islamic countries and in one single incident a joke? And God knows how many hundreds of people from our country have lost their lives. Moreover, it is not clear where the missing people are. It is possible that many of them are among the deceased. Is the death of several hundred individuals in an event - the event of hajj - a minor incident? Is it a joke? The world of Islam should think about this. The first issue is that the Saudis should accept their responsibility and the requirements for accepting this responsibility should be acted on. If they engage in criticizing and accusing this and that person instead of apologizing to the Islamic Ummah and to the families, this will get them nowhere because nations are seriously pursuing this matter. This matter will not be forgotten. I hope- God willing- that God will ordain good.
