The Leader eloquently and passionately explains how some individuals believe that spreading discord between Shias and Sunnis would please Hazrat Fatima Al-Zahra (A). But this is a fallacy that leads to great calamities in the Ummah and spreading such disunity only works against the noble and eternal cause of the Lady of Light (A).

[12 Aug 2012] Pakistan resolute to import gas from Iran - English
These violent protests against the long power outages are a grim reminder that Pakistan is in the midst of severe energy crisis.
Many parts of the country remain without electricity for several hours even during the month of Ramadan.
Facing public pressure, the government is exploring several options to meet the country's future energy needs.
One such option is to import natural gas from neighboring Iran.
But Islamabad is under pressure from the United States to abandon the project.

Islamabad says it is cooperating with Tehran to hunt down the terrorists who killed over a dozen Iranian security guards at the two countries\' shared border. The position was expressed by Pakistan\'s foreign ministry spokesman in an exclusive interview with Press TV.
On Friday, a group of militants killed 14 Iranian border guards in the city of Saravan in Iran\'s Sistan-Baluchestan province. The assailants had infiltrated into Iran from Pakistan and fled to the other side of the border following the attack. Iran has demanded that Pakistan extradite the terrorists who carried out the attack.
