Timings are very important in this recipe.
Yeast fermentation required 15 mins.
After making Jalebi batter let it sit for maximum10 mins, texture will be slightly changed.
Never leave batter for long and do not store it. Use batter within 10-15 mins
Dip jalebis in warm sugar syrup immediately after frying.
Dip in Sugar syrup for 5-10 seconds. Fold in syrup and take them out.

Ingredients:
Sheera (Sugar syryp):
-Paani (Water) 1 cup
-Cheeni (Sugar) 2 cup
-Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 2-3
-Leemo ka rus (Lemon juice) 2 tsp
For Jalebi:
-Paani (Water) lukewarm 2-3 tbs
-Cheeni (Sugar) 1 tsp
-Instant yeast ½ tsp
-Maida (Flour) 1 cup
-Orange Food color 1 tsp or as required
-Ghee melted 1 tbs
-Baisan (Gram flour) 1 tbs
-Paani (Water) as required
-Desi ghee for frying
Directions:
For Sheera (Sugar syrup):
-In pot,add water,sugar and green cardamom,mix it and cook until syrup thickens.
-In the end, add lemon juice, stir well and set aside.
-Sheera is ready.
For Jalebi:
-In lukewarm water,add sugar and instant yeast,mix & let it sit for 15 minutes.
-In bowl add flour, orange food color,ghee melted,gram flour,yeast mixture,water and make a batter of desired consistency. Let it rest for 10 minutes and consume immediately (within 10-15 minutes).
-Now pour this batter in the sneezing bottle.
-In frying pan, heat desi ghee and squeeze the bottle and make centric rings with the batter.
-When one side is cooked, turn over and fry the other side.
-After frying, immediately put the fried jalebis in the sugar syrup. The sugar syrup should be slightly warm when you add jalebis in it.
-Turn over after a minute so that both sides are coated with the syrup.
-Keep them in the sugar syrup for about 2-3 minutes.
-Remove jablebis with the help of tong and shake lightly so that excess sugar syrup.
-Jalebi is ready to serve.

-Jab ek side sa jalebi fry ho jaye tou turn ker k dosri side ko fry ker lein.
-Frying k foran bad fried jalebi ko sugar syrup mein dal dein.Sugar syrup halka garam huna chahiya.
-Sugar syrup mein jalebi ko turn ker lein ta k dono sides sa syrup coat ho jaye.
-2-3 minutes kliya sugar syrup mein chor dein.
-Tong ki madad sa jalebi ko syrup sa nikal lein aur halka sa shake karein ta k ezafee sugar syrup nikla jaye.
-Jalebi tayyar hai.

Ingredients:
-Beef boneless cubes ½ kg
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tbs
-Namak (Salt) 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 2 tbs
-Hari mirch (Green chili) paste 2 & ½ tbs
-Pani (Water) 1 litre or as required
-Hari moong daal (Split green lentil) ½ Cup (soaked overnight)
-Gandum (Wheat) 1 Cup (soaked overnight)
-Chawal (Rice) ½ Cup (soaked overnight)
-Pani (Water) 2 & ½ litres or as required
Prepare Kabab:
-Beef qeema (Beef mince) ½ kg
-Hari mirch (Green chili) paste 3 tbs
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 2 tbs
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Baisan (Gram flour) 4-5 tbs
-Cooking oil for frying
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Pani (Water) 2 Cups or as required
Tadka:
-Palak (Spinach) blanched 1 bunch
-Hari mirch (Green chilies) 7-8
-Desi ghee ¾ Cup
Directions:
-In pressure cooker,add beef boneless cubes,cumin seeds,salt,black pepper crushed,ginger garlic paste, green chili paste,water,mix well and bring it to boil.
-Cover and cook on medium low flame until meat is tender (approx. 40-45 minutes) then mash well,take out in a bowl & set aside.
-In pressure cooker,add split green lentil,wheat,rice,water,mix well & bring it to boil.
-Cover and cook on medium flame until tender (approx. 1 hour).
Prepare Kabab:
-In bowl,add beef mince,green chili paste,ginger garlic paste,salt and mix well.
-Add gram flour and mix until well combined.
-Grease hands with oil,take a mixture and make small kababs of equal sizes (makes 40-45).
-In frying pan,heat cooking oil and fry kababs until golden brown & set aside for later use.
-Turn off the flame and blend the mixture with the help of the blender until required consistency.
-Turn on the flame,add cooked meat and mix well.
-Add salt and mix well.
-Add water and mix well.
-Now add prepared kababs and give it a good mix.
Tadka:
-In blender,add spinach,green chilies,blend well & set aside.
-In frying pan,add desi ghee and let it melt.
-Add blended green paste and fry for 4-5 minutes.
-Now pour tadka on hareesa mixture,mix & serve!

-Chulha on karein,cooked meat shamil karein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Namak dal ker mix karein.
-Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Ab tayyar kababs dal dein aur mix ker lein.

-In the center of the frying pan,add cooking oil,onion,capsicum and stir fry for 1 minute then add chicken,mix well & set aside.
-In saucepan,add butter and let it melt.
-Add all-purpose flour and mix well for 1 minute.
-Add milk and whisk well.
-Add cheddar cheese,salt,red chili powder,chicken powder,whisk continuously and cook until sauce thickens & set aside.
-In frying pan,add butter and let it melt.
-Add onion,garlic,mix well and sauté until translucent & set aside.
-In bowl,add potatoes and mash well with the help of the masher.
-Now add sautéed onion+garlic,baking powder,achar gosht masala,all-purpose flour,eggs and mix until well combined.

Directions:
Prepare Dough:
-In small jug,add instant yeast,sugar,warm water and mix well,cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.
-In all-purpose flour,add salt,oil and mix well.
-Now add yeast mixture and mix well.
-Gradually add warm water and knead until dough is formed,cover and let it rest for 2-3 hours or overnight in refrigerator.
-Grease your hands with oil and knead dough again until smooth.Dough is ready.
Chicken Filling:
-In frying pan,add oil and onion,fry until translucent.
-Add chicken and mix well until it changes color.
-Add ginger garlic paste,yogurt,garam masala powder,turmeric powder,red chili powder,cumin powder, red chili crushed and salt,mix well.
-Cover and cook on for 4-5 minutes then cook on high flame until it’s dry & set aside.

Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Oil 1-2 tbs
-Qeema (Mince) 250 gms (Beef/mutton)
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tbs
-Hari mirch (Green chilies) chopped 3-4
-Dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tbs
-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed ½ tbs
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tbs
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped ½ Cup
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 200 gms
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tbs
-Pani (Water) 1 tbs or as required
-Samosa patti/Manda patti
-Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
-In frying pan,add oil,mince and mix well until changes color.
-Add ginger garlic paste,green chilies,coriander seeds,red chili powder,salt,red chili crushed and cumin seeds,mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes.
-Add fresh coriander and mix well.
-Add onion and mix well for 2 minutes.
-Let it cool down.
-In small bowl,add all-purpose flour,water and mix well to make a smooth paste & set aside.
-Take samosa patti/manda patti and make pocket,add filling in the center and roll into the shape of samosa and seal corners with all-purpose flour & water paste.
-Similarly make other samosas (makes 15-16).
-In wok,heat cooking oil and fry samosa until golden brown.
-Can be freeze in air tight container for up to 1 month.

-Add potato fries and boil until half-done (approx. 6-8 minutes).
-Now pat dry potato fries with the help of the kitchen towel or paper & let them cool.
-Can be stored in freezer in zip lock bag for up to 1 month.
-In pot,heat cooking oil and fry potato fries for 3 minutes and rest it for 5 minutes.
-Heat cooking oil and again fry potato fries until light golden & crispy and set aside.

Directions:

-Add red bell pepper,mushrooms,spinach and stir fry for 1 minute.
-Add cottage cheese,½ tbs prepared spice mix,mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes & set aside.
-Use a sharp knife to cut a pocket into the side of each chicken fillet,sprinkle ½ tbs prepared spice mix on both sides of fillets and stuffed with prepared filling and insert tooth pick or skewer to seal the stuffing.
-In frying pan,add cooking oil,butter and let it melt and fry stuffed chicken fillet for 4-5 minutes each side or until golden brown (cover in between).
Prepare Hollandaise Sauce:
-In frying pan,add butter and let it melt,take out in a bowl,rest it for 2-3 minutes and remove milk solids to clarify butter.
-In saucepan,add water and bring it to boil,place another bowl,add egg yolk,lemon juice and whisk well.
-During whisking,add water,salt,black pepper crushed and whisk continuously until it is light & fluffy (approx. 1-2 minute).
-Add water and whisk again.
-Remove from heat,gradually add melted butter and whisk continually until well smooth.Hollandaise sauce is ready!
-On serving plate,place fried chicken fillets,drizzle hollandaise sauce and garnish with fresh parsley & serve!

-Baisan (Gram flour) sifted 3/4 Cup
-Palak (Spinach) 2 Cups
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tsp
-Baking soda 1/4 tsp
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) crushed 1 tsp
-Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Garam masala powder ½ tsp
-Hot water 3-4 tbs or as required
-Cooking oil for frying
Prepare Tadka:
-Cooking oil 3-4 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 small
-Lehsan (Garlic) sliced 2 cloves
-Sabut lal mirch (Button red chillies) 3-4
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp
-Kary pata (Curry leaves) 8-10
Directions:
-In pot,add yogurt and whisk well.
-Add gram flour,onion,ginger garlic paste,salt,coriander seeds,red chilli powder,garam masala powder, red chilli crushed,turmeric powder and whisk until well combined.
-Add water and whisk again.
-Put it on stove,mix continuously and bring it to boil,cover and cook on low flame for 1 hour & keep mixing in between.
-In bowl,add gram flour,spinach,ginger garlic paste,baking soda,cumin seeds,turmeric powder,salt,red chili powder,garam masala powder and mix well.
-Gradually add hot water and mix well,cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.
-Grease hands with oil,take a mixture and make balls of equal sizes (makes 9-10).
-In wok,heat cooking oil and fry spinach balls on medium flame until golden brown.
-In cooked kadhi,add fried spinach balls and mix gently,cover and cook on low flame for 20-25 minutes.
For Tadka:
-In frying pan,add cooking oil,onion,garlic,button red chillies and fry until light golden.
-Add cumin seeds,curry leaves and mix well.
-Now pour tadka in curry & serve!

-Thora thora ker ka garam pani shamil karein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein,dhak ker 10 minutes kliya rakh dein.
-Haathon ko oil sa grease karein aur mixtue ko la ker ek jaisay sizes ki balls tayyar ker lein (makes 9-10).
-Karhai mein cooking oil garam karein aur palak ki balls ko darmiyani ancch per golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein.
-Cooked kadhi mein fried palak balls dal ker gently mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 20-25 minutes kliya paka lein.

-In frying pan,add cooking oil and fry kababs from both sides until golden brown.

-Samosa patti 10-12
-Chili garlic sauce ½ tbs
-Mozzarella cheese grated 1 tbs

-Prick chicken fillets with fork from both sides.
-Sprinkle salt,black pepper crushed and white pepper powder,apply evenly and let it marinate for 15-20 minutes.
-In frying pan,add oil and fry chicken fillets from both sides until done (4-5 minutes each side).
-Cut into desired shapes & set aside.
For Coleslaw:
-In bowl,add cream,mayonnaise,black pepper crushed,white pepper powder,salt and whisk well.
-Add cabbage and give it a good mix.
-Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Assembling:
-In all-purpose flour,add water and mix well to make a paste & set aside.
-Take two samosa patti,place one samosa patti horizontally,apply all-purpose flour paste then place second samosa patti vertically over first one,it will make plus (+) sign.
-Add and spread chili garlic sauce,add mozzarella cheese,green onion leaves,cooked chicken pieces, coleslaw in the center and fold the top side so that it covers the filling.
-Apply all-purpose flour paste and fold all sides to make a square box.
-Make sure that all sides are properly sealed and prepare the remaining box patties similarly.
-In eggs,add salt,white pepper powder,black pepper powder,mozzarella cheese and whisk well.
-Now coat prepared box patties in all-purpose flour,dip into beaten eggs then coat in bread crumbs and again dip into beaten eggs then coat in bread crumbs.
-In frying pan,heat oil and fry box patties from both sides until golden brown.
-Serve with tomato ketchup.

Ing:
2 tbsp of olive oil for frying the veggies
1 tbsp of olive oil for pan frying the chicken
1 tbsp of olive oil for cooking the puree
2 tbsp of tandoori masala
1 to 2 tsp Shaan butter chicken powder
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp lemon pepper
salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 tbsp of ketchup
11/2 cups whipping cream
2 tomatoes
1 banana pepper
1 small onion
2 pounds chicken cut in 1 inch cubes
1 tbsp each of ginger and garlic
Method:
Marinate the chicken with ginger and garlic, salt, lemon pepper, and tandoori masala Keep it aside.
In your sauce pan add the olive oil and let it warm up, cut the tomatoes, banana peppers and onions in cubes, add them to the oil and let it get nice and soft, now add this mixture to a blender and puree it. In the same saucepan add 1 tbsp olive oil and add the chicken in the pot until it is nice and tender add a little water in it if your chicken is dry, at this point make sure you don\\\'t overcook your chicken, put the chicken in another bowl and add 1 tbsp of olive oil in the same saucepan, now go ahead and add the tomato and onion puree in it and stir, season it with salt and make sure you cook the mixture to cook off the raw onion taste. Now go ahead and add the chicken in it and stir it well, then add the whipping cream and the 1 tbsp of ketchup and the Shaan masala as well as the 2 tbsp of butter!

Gulab Jamun with Milk Powder Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
Sheera (Sugar syrup):
-Pani (Water) 2 Cups
-Cheeni (Sugar) 1 Cup
-Hari elaichi (Cardamom) slightly crushed 7-8
Gulab Jamun:
-Dry milk powder 1 Cup
-Maida (All-purpose flour) ½ Cup
-Baking powder 1 tsp
-Hari elaichi (Cardamom) seeds ½ tsp
-Ghee 3 tbs
-Doodh (Milk) ¼ Cup
-Ghee for frying
Directions:
For Sheera (Sugar syrup):
-In saucepan,add water,sugar,cardamom and cook until sugar is dissolved.
For Gulab Jamun:
-In bowl,add dry milk powder,all-purpose flour,baking powder,cardamom seeds and mix well.
-Add ghee and mix until crumbled.
-Add milk and mix well,cover and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
-Wet your hands with water and knead until smooth dough.
-Now makes 10-12 small smooth balls of same size,make sure they have no cracks.
-In wok,heat ghee and fry on low flame while stirring gently.
-Make sure ghee is not very hot otherwise gulab jamun will not cook well from inside or will burn.
-When gulab jamuns becomes golden,add them directly to the hot sugar syrup and leave it for 30 minutes.
-Garnish with pistachio and serve.

-Haathon ko pani sa geela karein aur dough ko dubara ghond lein.
-Ab is mein sa ek size ki 10-12 choti smooth balls bana lein,is baat ka khayal rakhein ka balls mein koi cracks na hun.
-Karhai mein ghee garam karein aur halki ancch per fry ker lein aur musalsal stir kertay rahein.
-Is baat ka khayal rakhein ka ghee bohat ziyada garam na ho werna gulab jamun ander sa kachay reh jayenga ya phr jal jayenga.
-Jab gulab jamun golden ho jayen tou foran garam sheeray mein dal dein aur 30 minutes kliya chor dein.
-Pista sa garnish ker ka serve karein.

-Oil 2 tbs

Directions:
-Wash & pat dry ginger and garlic properly.
-In chopper,add ginger,garlic,salt,oil and chop until well combined.
-Add ginger garlic paste in dry & clean jar,add oil & store for up to 8-10 days in refrigerator shelf.
-Add ginger garlic paste in ice cube tray and can also be stored up to 1 month in freezer.
Tip:
-Don’t put it on refrigerator’s door.

Ingredients:
-Badam (Almonds) ¾ Cup
-Pista (Pistachio) ½ Cup
-Kaju (Cashew nuts) ½ Cup
-Saunf (Fennel seeds) 2 tsp
-Sonth (Dried ginger) ½ inch piece
-Hari elaichi seeds (Green cardamom seeds) powder ½ tsp
-Brown sugar or Raw sugar ½ Cup (optional)
-Jaifil (Nutmeg) powder ½ tsp
Directions:
-In frying pan,add almonds,pistachio,cashew nuts and roast for 2 minutes.
-Add fennel seeds and roast for 1 more minute & let it cool down.
-In mixer,add roasted nuts,dried ginger and green cardamom seeds powder,grind well until fine powder (in batches) & take out in airtight jar.
-In mixer,add brown sugar or raw sugar and grind well & take out in airtight jar.
-Add nutmeg powder and mix well.
-Let it cool completely then store in airtight container.
-Can be serve with porridge,yogurt,cererals,milk,smoothies,shakes,desserts & sweets.
Important instructions:
For babies above 10 months and toddlers, start with adding ¼ TSP & slowly increase it to 1 TSP.
For children of 2 years & above, add 1 TSP to ½ TBS in milk, porridge or cereals.
This powder can be given to babies above 10 months, toddlers & children of all ages
