مَا نَنسَخْ مِنْ آيَةٍ أَوْ نُنسِهَا نَأْتِ بِخَيْرٍ مِّنْهَا أَوْ مِثْلِهَا ۗ أَلَمْ تَعْلَمْ أَنَّ اللَّـهَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ ﴿١٠٦﴾ أَلَمْ تَعْلَمْ أَنَّ اللَّـهَ لَهُ مُلْكُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ ۗ وَمَا لَكُم مِّن دُونِ اللَّـهِ مِن وَلِيٍّ وَلَا نَصِيرٍ ﴿١٠٧﴾ أَمْ تُرِيدُونَ أَن تَسْأَلُوا رَسُولَكُمْ كَمَا سُئِلَ مُوسَىٰ مِن قَبْلُ ۗ وَمَن يَتَبَدَّلِ الْكُفْرَ بِالْإِيمَانِ فَقَدْ ضَلَّ سَوَاءَ السَّبِيلِ ﴿١٠٨﴾ وَدَّ كَثِيرٌ مِّنْ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ لَوْ يَرُدُّونَكُم مِّن بَعْدِ إِيمَانِكُمْ كُفَّارًا حَسَدًا مِّنْ عِندِ أَنفُسِهِم مِّن بَعْدِ مَا تَبَيَّنَ لَهُمُ الْحَقُّ ۖ فَاعْفُوا وَاصْفَحُوا حَتَّىٰ يَأْتِيَ اللَّـهُ بِأَمْرِهِ ۗ إِنَّ اللَّـهَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ ﴿١٠٩﴾ وَأَقِيمُوا الصَّلَاةَ وَآتُوا الزَّكَاةَ ۚ وَمَا تُقَدِّمُوا لِأَنفُسِكُم مِّنْ خَيْرٍ تَجِدُوهُ عِندَ اللَّـهِ ۗ إِنَّ اللَّـهَ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ بَصِيرٌ ﴿١١٠﴾

Haray Bharay Nuggets Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) 3 tbs
-Podina (Mint leaves) 2 tbs
-Hari mirch (Green chilies) 1-2
-Bread slices 2
-Chicken boneless cubes 500 gms
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) powder 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) 1 & ½ tsp
-Anda (Egg) 1
-Bread crumbs 1 Cup
-Dried parsley 1 tbs
-Anday (Eggs) 2
-Doodh (Milk) ¼ Cup
-Maida (All-purpose flour) ½ Cup
-Corn flour ¼ Cup
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) powder ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp
-Oil for frying
Directions:
-In chopper,add fresh coriander,mint leaves,green chilies,bread slices and chop well.
-Add chicken,black pepper powder,salt,garlic paste,egg and chop until well combined and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
-If mixture is too soft,add bread slices or if the mixture is too hard,add milk.
-In bowl,add bread crumbs and dried parsley,mix well & set aside.
-In bowl,add eggs and milk,whisk well & set aside.
-In bowl,add all-purpose flour,corn flour,black pepper powdersalt and mix well.
-Grease your hands with oil,take a mixture and make a ball.
-Now coat in all-purpose flour mixture and dip into beaten eggs then coat in bread crumbs.
-Cut into desired shape with the help of the cutter.
-In frying pan,heat oil and fry until golden brown.
-Can be stored up to 1 month in freezer.

-Bowl mein bread crumbs aur dried parsley dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Bowl mein anday aur doodh dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Bowl mein maida,corn flour,kali mirch powder aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Haathon ko oil sa grease karein aur mixture ko la ker ball bana lein.
-Ab maida ka mixture mein coat ker lein aur pheetay hoye anday mein dip karein phir bread crumbs mein coat ker lein.
-Cutter ki madad sa desired shape mein cut ker lein.
-Frying pan mein oil garam karein aur golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein.
-Freezer mein 1 month tak store ker saktay han.

Gulab Jamun with Milk Powder Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
Sheera (Sugar syrup):
-Pani (Water) 2 Cups
-Cheeni (Sugar) 1 Cup
-Hari elaichi (Cardamom) slightly crushed 7-8
Gulab Jamun:
-Dry milk powder 1 Cup
-Maida (All-purpose flour) ½ Cup
-Baking powder 1 tsp
-Hari elaichi (Cardamom) seeds ½ tsp
-Ghee 3 tbs
-Doodh (Milk) ¼ Cup
-Ghee for frying
Directions:
For Sheera (Sugar syrup):
-In saucepan,add water,sugar,cardamom and cook until sugar is dissolved.
For Gulab Jamun:
-In bowl,add dry milk powder,all-purpose flour,baking powder,cardamom seeds and mix well.
-Add ghee and mix until crumbled.
-Add milk and mix well,cover and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
-Wet your hands with water and knead until smooth dough.
-Now makes 10-12 small smooth balls of same size,make sure they have no cracks.
-In wok,heat ghee and fry on low flame while stirring gently.
-Make sure ghee is not very hot otherwise gulab jamun will not cook well from inside or will burn.
-When gulab jamuns becomes golden,add them directly to the hot sugar syrup and leave it for 30 minutes.
-Garnish with pistachio and serve.

-Ghee dal ker crumbled hunay tak mix ker lein.
-Doodh dal ker ache tarhan mix karein,dhak ker 10 minutes kliya refrigerate ker lein.
-Haathon ko pani sa geela karein aur dough ko dubara ghond lein.
-Ab is mein sa ek size ki 10-12 choti smooth balls bana lein,is baat ka khayal rakhein ka balls mein koi cracks na hun.
-Karhai mein ghee garam karein aur halki ancch per fry ker lein aur musalsal stir kertay rahein.
-Is baat ka khayal rakhein ka ghee bohat ziyada garam na ho werna gulab jamun ander sa kachay reh jayenga ya phr jal jayenga.
-Jab gulab jamun golden ho jayen tou foran garam sheeray mein dal dein aur 30 minutes kliya chor dein.
-Pista sa garnish ker ka serve karein.

Chocolate Éclair
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Doodh (Milk) 500 ml
-Cheeni (Sugar) 1 Cup or to taste
-Vanilla essence ½ tsp
-Doodh (Milk) ½ Cup
-Rafhan custard powder 5 tbs
-Doodh (Milk) ½ Cup
-Pani (Water) ½ Cup
-Makhan (Butter) 100 gms
-Cheeni (Sugar) 1/4 Cup
-Namak (Salt) 1 pinch
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 1 Cup
-Anday (Eggs) 3 small
-Cooking chocolate 1 Cup
-Cream 3/4 Cup
Directions:
-In pot,add milk and bring it to boil.
-Add sugar and mix well.
-Add vanilla essence and mix well.
-In milk,add custard powder and mix well.
-In boiling milk,add dissolve custard,whisk continuously and cook until custard is thick then strain with the help of the strainer and whisk continuously until cooled down (room temperature).
-Refrigerate until use.
-In pot,add milk,water,butter,sugar,salt,mix well and cook on low flame for 2 minutes.
-Turn off the flame,add all-purpose flour and mix until well combined.
-Turn on the flame and cook on low flame until dough is formed (approx. 2-3 minutes).
-Let it rest for 3-4 minutes.
-Add eggs,one by one and mix until well combined.
-In piping bag,add prepared dough mixture.
-On baking tray,place butter paper and sprinkle all-purpose flour.
-Pipe in prepared dough on to baking tray (using large nozzle).
-Bake in preheated oven at 200 C for 10 minutes then reduce temperature to 180 C for 30-35 minutes.
-Cool down completely on wire rack (makes 18-20).
-In bowl,add cooking chocolate,cream and microwave for 1 minute then mix well.
-Make hole,fill éclair with prepared custard through the bottom then dip the top into melted chocolate,allowing excess to drip off & refrigerate.
-Garnish with melted white chocolate & serve!

-Boiling doodh mein dissolve custard dal ker musalsal mix kertay rahein aur custard garha hunay tak paka lein phir strainer sa strain ker lein aur whisk kertay hoye he thanda ker lein (room temperature).
-Use kernay tak refrigerator mein rakh dein.
-Pot mein doodh,pani,makhan,cheeni aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Chulha bund ker dein aur maida dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Chulha on karein aur bohat halki ancch per dough bun janay tak paka lein (approx. 2-3 minutes).
-3-4 minutes kliya rest dein.
-Ek,ek ker ka anday shamil kertay jayein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Tayyar dough mixture ko piping bag mein dal dein.
-Baking tray per butter paper laga ker maida chirak dein.
-Baking tray per large nozzle ki madad sa dough ko pipe in ker lein.
-Preheated oven mein 200 C per 10 minutes kliya bake karein phir 30-35 minutes kliya 180 C per bake ker lein.
-Wire rack per rakh ker thanda ker lein (makes 18-20).
-Bowl mein cooking chocolate aur cream dal ker 1 minute kliya microwave ker lein phir ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Hole ker lein aur eclair ko tayyar custard sa fill ker lein phir top part ko melted chocolate mein dip ker lein & refrigerate ker lein.
-Melted white chocolate sa garnish ker ka serve karein.
