Documentry made by Shaheed Foundation A BRIEF OVERVIEW OF THE ISSUE Dera Ismail Khan- one of the southern District of North West Frontier Province of Pakistan, has become the slaughterhouse for the Shia community. The banned Sipah-e-Sahaba has indiscriminately killed dozens of innocent Shias including women and children. This also includes precious persons like Doctors, engineers, Professors, Businessmen in this Economically deprived District. So for 84 innocent people have embraced martyrdom. The irony of the fate is that none of the murderers of 84 innocent people have been brought to justice. Although the Police is well aware of the barbaric killers belonging to banned terrorist group Speha-e-Sahaba, yet there is a fear to take action against the terrorists who come in the day light openly & kill innocent civilians. The terrorists also threat the Judges and witnesses thereby influencing the fair trial. Due to fear of terrorists and failure of law enforcing agencies to bring the terrorists to justice in the past, the families of the murdered people even scare to lodge the FIR against the terrorists. NOTE: NONE OF THE 84 INNOCENT PEOPLE’S MURDERER IS CAPTURED AND BROUGHT TO JUSTICE BY LAW ENFORCING AGENCIES. RATHER THE TERRORISTS WHO CONFESSED BEFORE THE COURTS WERE SET FREE. Syed Rajab Ali Zaidi Superintendent of Police (SP) was killed along with his son Muazam 28, on 21 Dec 2003 on D.I.K-Darya Khan road as he was coming back to his home. So far Police has failed to unearth the culprits involved in the heinous killing of SP and his son. Inspector Ghulam Qanbar of Special Branch was killed on 13 Sep 2001 in D.I.K. He was targeted because he captured a deadly dangerous terrorist Murtaza Mawia with 5 lack money on his head a few months before his martyerdom. Advocate Khursheed Anwar – Centeral General Secretary Tehreek-e-Jafria Pakistan was martyred on 28 Sep 1999 along with his daughter Umme Lila 18 and guard Hassan on New Chongi D.I.K. He was the General Secretary of Tahreek-e-Jafria Pakistan. The accused were set free as a result of patch up between the family of advocate and the terrorists. Umme Lila 18, daughter of Advocate Khursheed Anwar embraced martyrdom along with his father as she was mourning his father’s death. The terrorist turned back and killed her. She was a brilliant student studying in F.Sc. Advocate Syed Afeef Abbas Shah was killed on 30 Dec 2004 in District Bar D.i.K at about 1:30 PM. He was targeted as he contesting the case of 5 innocent people who became the victim of the terrorists in 1999 while they were sleeping. The murderers could not be apprehended by the law enforcing agencies. Syed Bashir Husssain Kazmi – a retired Tehsildar was martyred on 25 May 2008 along with his brother Kifayat Hussain and two young nephews. The terrorist also killed a policeman at the spot as he tried to capture them. The other Youngman of the same family named Mazhar Abbas was martyred earlier in the this month (May 2008). Doctor Abdul Ali Bangash – a famous Sargon Doctor was assassinated in 1998 in District Headquarter hospital D.I.K in the light of a bright day while he was on his duty. The murderer on foot ran away from the scene with out any problem and police once again failed to trace the perpetrators and the master minds of this heinous crime. Doctor Ghulam Shabir an MBBS doctor was killed in his clinic on 2 Feb 2000. The culprits once again could not be brought to the justice by those who were responsible to bring them to the justice to create an example, so that nobody else could dare to kill the precious people of Pakistan. Allama Kazim Aseer Jarvi who belonged to village Jara D.I.K was killed along with his son on 28 March 92 while he was coming back to his home from Lahore. His young son Amar 14 who witnessed the killing of his father and brother later died of this psychological shock. Allama Allaha Nawaz Murtazvi was killed in February 1994 while he was coming from D.I.K to his village Haji mora to lead a Jumma prayerSyed Hassan Ali Kazmi a renowned Shia leader and Politician was killed on 7June 2001 in Mohallah Eisab Zai D.I.K. He contested the 1988 election and secured 20,000 votes. He is known as an icon of Shia-Sunni unity since he tried all his life for sectarian harmony.Liaqat Ali Imrani a well known social activist and local Journalist was killed in 2006. Maqbool Hussain a senior journalist (as quoted by BBC) was killed in D.I.K in October 2006 Fayyaz Hussain of Pakistan Army (DSG) became the victim of terrorists along with other 4 persons in Sardary Wala. Hawaldar Abdur Rasheed (Retd) was one of the victims of this incident in which terrorists opened fire on armless people. Iftikhar Hussain of Pak Army (DSG) was also amongst the 5 victims along with Sami 13 and a young child Arif hussain who was 8 years old. Hassan Ali an employee in Police was killed on 28 Sep 1999 while he was on his duty as a guard with Advocate Khursheed Anwar. He was 28. Qamar Abbas an other Police employee was killed while he was on his duty in a procession of SSP on Eid Milad. He was killed as his name ‘Abbs’ was prominent on his name plate. Hawaldar Rabnawaz (Police) from Ahle Sunnet sect embraced martyrdom when he tried to capture the terrorist who were fleeing after killing Inspector Qambar on 13 Sep 2001. Professor Nizakat Ali Imrani Professor Nizakat Imrani 44, was the Chairman of Commerce & Business Depart of Gomal University who became the victim of barbaric terrorists on 23 Dec 2006 as he was coming back to home after attending the Annual Convocation of the University. He was ranked amongst the most brilliant Professors of Gomal University. A few months earlier his elder brother Liaqat Imrani- a well known social activist and local journalist, was killed. On 25 May 2008, 5 innocent Shia belonging to same family and a policeman were killed in the light of a bright day. FUTURE THREAT The cause of Shia sufferings in D.I.Khan is Talibanization. The Talibans and other militants trained from Afghanistan belonging to D.I.K and tribal area have ran away from Afghanistan and Tribal area to D.I.Khan & have succeeded to make it a stronghold for themselves. They are not only targeting Shias but also carrying bomb blasts in Video center, Cinemas and Govt: Officials. The recent history of D.I.K has quiet clearly shown it. More prominent innocent Shia personalities are the ‘would be target’ of the sectarian militants The present activities of the terrorists and the growing influence of Talibanization in the vicinity of this sensitive District poses a great threat to the innocent citizens of Pakistan, especially to Shias. Conclusion The present radical trend in a sensitive District like D.I.Khan is a great threat to enlightened, moderate and progressive forces in the country. In the context of D.I.Khan following measures should be taken. Provincial government should be instructed to use iron hand against the terrorists to insure that the innocent people’s slaughtered is stopped and their life and property is safeguarded. A free and fair Commission should be constituted to investigate the elements perpetrating terrorism in D.I.Khan. CONCLUSION CONT…. People don’t start with learning and experiencing. People start every action and their life with a kind of restlessness. What does being restless mean? They understand something is within themselves and they look for it. There is some obscure asset, but we don’t know exactly what it is and we don’t know why we’re restless. So we try to find it. It’s the same when people are choosing a goal. They constantly think, “What goal is better for me?” An inner knowledge helps them in choosing their goal. When you reach this goal, you say, “You are what eases my restless heart.” More than trying to choose our goal, we must try to find our goal within ourselves. We ourselves must discover what our goal is, not what our goal should be. We have an inner knowledge within us for choosing our goal. God hasn’t created us without a goal. So choosing a goal is not in our hands. Our goal in life has been chosen for us from before. “O human beings, surely you must strive (to attain) to your Lord, a hard striving until you meet Him.” [Qur’an 84:6] You will eventually meet God, but you will suffer on this path. This won’t be easy. It’s complicated and difficult. [God says,] “I’ve created you in this way. So go wherever you want.” This is the only suitable goal for a person. Not being suitable doesn’t mean being valueless. It means it’s impossible. [So we’re not saying,] “Try not to choose any other goals!” No, you aren’t able to choose another goal. Other things can’t be your goal. They won’t set you on fire. This is our nature. “The nature made by God in which He has made men.” [Qur’an 30:30] We have been created in a way that this is what we want. How did the Commander of the Faithful, Ali (as), choose his goal? One is surprised at this. What was the Imam’s feeling about his goal - getting close to God? Imam Husayn (as) said, “Whenever I saw my father, the Commander of the Faithful (as), he was crying.” O Imam, what is this goal doing to you? We know in general that this goal is probably God and getting close to Him. We don’t have Imam Ali’s (as) wisdom. We can’t imagine, “O Imam, you constantly cried for this? You cried for it every night. What had this goal done to you?! Tell me a little so that it may affect me some too. Why am I so unfeeling?!” In the story narrated by Nauf, he said the same thing. He saw Imam Ali (as) was restless as he was moving away. He asked the Imam, “Where are you going?” See what Imam said. “I’m going toward my longings.” O Imam, may I be sacrificed for you. What are your longings? Nauf asked the Imam, “What are your longings?” He knew the answer in general but wanted to know more. Do you know how the Imam responded? What innocence! What glory! He said, “The One Who should know my longings, knows.” He didn’t answer. He wanted to talk to God Himself. Imam, so you have a longing, but you can rest now. God knows you. You love Him. And He loves you. So why do you want to go and cry?! You’re friends with God! One cannot understand this. The fact that we can’t understand Imam Ali (as) shows that we haven’t yet found this goal and it hasn’t set us on fire yet. We should be calm, like a still water in which the bottom of the pond can be seen. O goal, pull us to you and captivate us. Introduce yourself to me. So choosing a goal is not in our hands. Our goal in life has been chosen for us from before. “O human beings, surely you must strive (to attain) to your Lord, a hard striving until you meet Him.” [Qur’an 84:6] You will eventually meet God. It went off just outside a Shiite mosque in the city's main Qisakhawani bazaar which was packed with shoppers, police said, but it was not clear if the mosque was the target. Most of the victims Martyred when an explosives-laden car blew up in a busy marketplace in the heart of Peshawar, the capital of the violence-hit province bordering Afghanistan. A powerful bomb ripped through the Saraye Alamadar-e-Karbala located in Peshawar at around 19:30 HRS last night it was learnt. The blast, which Martyred 27 Shiite and wounded 84, occurred just hours after six people died in a car bomb explosion at a market in the semi-autonomous Orakzai tribal district near Peshawar. The blast was immediately followed by a power-break down making it difficult to carry-out the rescue efforts. Meanwhile, the security agencies have fully cordoned off the site of the blast; the exact number of martyrs is still being ascertained. The place a sort of hotel-inn is utilized by Shiites on their way to Parachinar en-route Peshawar as a stay-house for a stop-over .The victims include Shiites largely hailing from Parachinar intending to celebrate their Eid-ul-Azha with relatives back home - which alas-was not to be ! This is a “meccan” surah. This surah mentions details of the Day of Judgement when everyone will be questioned about their deeds in this world. The Holy Prophet (saw) has said that the one who recites this surah will not get his/her book of deeds from his back on the Day of Reckoning. If written and worn by a pregnant woman, the delivery of the baby becomes easy. However, it is important that after delivery, this surah should be kept away from her. If this surah is tied on any animal (e.g. camels or horses) then it keeps them safe.

Ghasemi won the first period after opening up a 4-0 lead in the first 20 seconds. Dlagnev took the scoreless second period in a sudden-death clinch, before Ghasemi sealed bronze with a winning point just nine seconds from the final hooter. Afterwards Ghasemi dedicated his vctory to the people of Iran. The 120 KG title went to Uzbekistan's remarkable Artur Taymazov who clinched his third consecutive Olympic gold. Meanwhile, three-time Asian champion Naser Ehsan Lashgari claimed the bronze in the men's 84 KG category by beating Bulgaria's world junior silver medallist Ibrahim Bolukbasi. 26 year old Lashgari only needed two periods to win the contest, using his wealth of experience to defeat his opponent 3-2, 3-0.

Además de materializar referéndums, según lo acordado en otros artículos de la Constitución. Desde el triunfo de la Revolución Islámica de Irán, se han celebrado 10 elecciones presidenciales y 6 personas han ocupado este cargo: Abol Hasan Bani Sadr, Mohamad Ali Rayai, Ayatolá Seyed Ali Jamenei, Akbar Hashemi Rafsanyani, Mohamad Jatami y Mahmud Ahmadineyad. Dos de ellos, es decir, Bani Sadr y Rayai no llegaron a cumplir sus periodos de mandatos. El primero fue destituido por el Parlamento por alejarse de las metas de la Revolución Islámica y los requisitos que debe tener como presidente. El segundo tampoco pudo cumplir con su periodo de mandato. Murió en un atentado con bomba perpetrado por un miembro infiltrado de la banda terrorista Muyahedin-e Jalq (MKO, por sus siglas en inglés), contra la oficina del primer ministro, Mohamad Yavad Bahonar, quien también perdió la vida. Una de las elecciones presidenciales multitudinarias de Irán fue la del 2009, donde el 84.83 % de los ciudadanos aptos para votar, acudieron a las urnas y además de elegir a su propio candidato manifestaron su apoyo a la República Islámica de Irán. Si queremos tener un buen comportamiento y realizar buenas obras, no solo depende de nuestra fe. El Corán dice: Cada cual actúa conforme a su forma de ser (17:84) ...las habilidades son determinantes para que una persona pueda hacer una buena acción. Por ejemplo, un hádiz (tradición) dice que los pecados de una persona de mal genio no serán perdonados. ¿Por qué no se perdona el mal genio? Porque cada vez que deja un pecado, debido a su temperamento vuelve a cometer ese pecado por el mal hábito de conducta que tiene... Uno de los factores clave de la piedad es que una persona debe cuidarse a sí misma. Otro factor importante es que el ser cuidadoso debe repetirse tanto hasta que se vuelva una habilidad... Si una persona dice que tener piedad es difícil, decimos que al principio parece así. Se necesita tiempo para que una persona adquiera esta habilidad. Pero esta dificultad se superará... Algunas personas imaginan que su intensa fe en Dios debería obligarlas a hacer buenas obras. Es un gran error. Porque no se forma una creencia intensa, a menos que hagas buenas obras por un tiempo y abandones el pecado por un tiempo... ¿Por qué es tan importante la acción? Cuando sabes que las acciones son muy importantes, comienzas a tener piedad siendo vigilante. Entonces, obtienes hábitos. O debes enfrentarte a los malos hábitos para ser libre... Nuestro problema son nuestros hábitos que se basan en nuestros deseos carnales. Nuestro problema son las habilidades que no desarrollamos. La cantidad de fe y conocimiento que tenemos es suficiente. Solo tenemos que esforzarnos en nuestras acciones... Debemos incrementar el valor de las acciones por nosotros mismos, para que comencemos a tener cuidado de nosotros mismos... Una persona piadosa es aquella que está alerta. Una persona piadosa no es aquella que es muy religiosa y ha ganado piedad debido a su fe. Podemos tener piedad antes que tener fe. Podemos ser una persona cuidadosa que ha ganado disciplina debido a su vigilancia. Por tanto, nadie debe esperar a tener fe para tener piedad. Ali reza Panahian.
