Pesan Ayatollah Sayyid Ali Khamenei Pemimpin tertinggi Republik Islam Iran kepada Para Jamaah Haji beitollah-il-Haram 1432 Hijriah بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم الحمد لله رب العالمين و صلوات الله و تحياته علي سيد الانام محمد المصطفي و آله الطيبين و صحبه المنتجبين Musim semi haji sudah tiba dengan kesegaran dan suasana spritual dan kecemerlangan dari Allah SWT, dan hati orang-orang beriman dengan keinginan yang amat besar akan terbang disekitar Ka\'bah ketuhanan dan kesatuan. Mekkah, Mina, Mash\'ar dan Arafat merupakan tempat para manusia beruntung yang merespon suara : ((و اذن في الناس بالحج ...)) berarti ajaklah manusia untuk pergi haji, dan hadir di jamuan Allah yang maha pengampun. Tempat suci ini adalah rumah keselamatan dan pusat hidayah yang ayat-ayat ilahi bersinar padanya dan payung perlindungan juga diperluas di atas kepala semua. Bersihkan hati anda semua di dalam Zamzam Safa, zikir dan rendah hati; bukalah mata batin dengan ayat-ayat terang Allah; pilihlah ikhlas dan berserah diri yang merupakan tanda pengabdian hakiki; ulangilah berkali-kali cerita seorang ayah yang membawa anaknya Ismail ke tempat korban, dan kemudian mengenal jalan cerah dan terang yang telah dibuka untuk mencintai Allah yang Maha Kuasa, dan masuklah ke dalam jalan itu dengan usaha dan keinginan beriman dan niat jujur. Magom Ibrahim adalah salah satu dari ayat-ayat tersebut. Tempat kaki Ibrahim a.s. di samping Ka\'bah suci merupakan satu satunya tanda magom Ibrahim. Magom Ibrahim adalah tempat ikhlas, ampunan dan pengorbanan; tempat istigomah terhadap keinginan hawa nafsu dan kecintaan ayah terhadap anaknya dan juga terhadap kekuasaan kafir dan syirik dan kekuatan namrud masa. Dua jalan penyelamat ini sekarang terbuka di hadapan kita seluruh umat islam. Usaha, keberanian dan keinginan yang kuat dari kita semua dapat mengarahkan kita ke sasaran dan tujuan yang dibimbing oleh para Nabi mulai dari Adam sampai dengan Nabi Terakhir dan menjanjikan kemuliaan dan keberuntungan untuk para pengikut mereka. Di hadapan Umat Islam yang amat mulia ini, sebaiknya para jamaah haji memperhatikan maslah-masalah penting dunia islam. Sekarang masalah yang paling pokok adalah kerusuhan dan revolusi di berbagai negara islam. Selama musim haji tahun lalu dan tahun ini terjadi beberapa kejadian di dunia Islam dimana kejadian-kejadian tersebut dapat merubah nasib umat islam dan menyampaikan kabar gembira tentang masa depan yang cemerlang, penuh kemuliaan, kemajuan material dan spritual. Di Mesir, Tunisia dan Libya, para diktator bejat yang mempunyai ketergantungan sudah jatuh dari takhta kekuasaan dan di beberapa negara islam lain juga gelombang-gelombang kerusuhan rakyat mengancam istana-istana kekuatan dan kekayaan mereka. Lembaran baru sejarah umat ini telah terbuka, menyampaikan kebenaran tentang ayat-ayat terang ilahiah yang memberikan pelajaran-pelajaran yang sangat berharga. Kebenaran-kebenaran tersebut harus diimplementasikan dalam seluruh masalah bangsa-bangsa muslim. Pertama, kini di tengah bangsa-bangsa yang sudah puluhan tahun berada di bawah kekuasaan asing, hidup suatu generasi muda yang mengambil resiko dengan penuh percaya diri dalam menghadapi para adi daya dan kemudian mulai berani berusaha merubah situasi. Hal lain adalah bahwa meskipun adanya para penguasa sekular, dan usaha mereka untuk menghapuskan agama di Negara-negara tersebut, islam dengan pengaruhnya memberikan kecemerlangannya, seperti mata air segar dalam ucapan, perkataan dan perbuatan tumpukan-tumpukan manusia, telah mampu menjadi pembimbing hati dan lisan di Negara-negara tersebut, dan juga menghayati komunitas-komunitas dan perilaku mereka. Tempat-tempat adzan, mushala-mushala, takbir-takbir dan slogan-slogan islami adalah tanda terang dari kebenaran tersebut dan juga pemilihan umum akhir-akhir ini di Tunisia merupakan argumentasi sekaligus jawaban terhadap tuntutan tersebut. Tanpa keraguan, pemilihan umum yang bebas di setiap Negara Islam bisa menghasilkan layaknya demikian sebagaimana yang dihasilkan di Tunisia. Satu hal lagi adalah bahwa dalam kejadian satu tahun terakhir ini, telah ditunjukkan bahwa Allah yang maha kuasa memberikan kekuasaan kepada bangsa-bangsa sehingga tak seorangpun dapat menghalanginya. Bangsa-bangsa itu dengan kekuatan ilahi mampu merubah nasib mereka sendiri untuk mencapai kemenangan ilahi. Pemerintahan-pemerintahan adidaya khususnya Amerika Serikat, yang selama puluhan tahun dengan kebijakan politik dan militernya, mengabdikan negara-negara kawasan dan melakukan penjajahan ekonomi, budaya dan politik terhadap bagian sensitif dari dunia ini, kini dibenci oleh bangsa-bangsa kawasan tersebut. Kita harus yakin bahwa sistem-sistem baru hasil revolusi-revolusi ini tidak akan menjadi seperti sistem-sistem sebelumnya dan peta politik kawasan ini akan dibentuk dan digambarkan oleh bangsa mereka sendiri dengan orientasi kemuliaan dan kemerdekaan penuh mereka. Hal lain adalah bahwa ciri munafik para adidaya barat telah dikenal oleh masyarakat negara-negara kawasan. Amerika Serikat dan Eropa dalam kasus Mesir, Tunisia dan Libya berusaha mendukung oknum-oknum mereka sendiri dan ketika bangsa-bangsa itu sudah berhasil, maka para adidaya itu memperlihatkan diri dengan kebohongan sebagai teman dan sahabat bangsa-bangsa yang sudah menghasilkan kemenangan itu. kebenaran-kebenaran berharga dan ayat-ayat terang ilahiah, hasil kejadian-kejadian setahun terakhir di kawasan ini adalah lebih dari yang sudah dijelaskan dan orang-orang ahli siasat dapat melihat dan memahami kebenaran-kebenaran tersebut. Akan tetapi kini seluruh umat islam, khususnya bangsa-bangsa yang sudah bangkit, memerlukan dua unsur pokok: Pertama, melanjutkan untuk tetap istiqamah dan menghindari melemahnya keinginan. Berdasarkan firman Allah SWT kepada Nabi Muhammad SAW: ((فاستقم كما امرت و من تاب معك و لا تطغوا)) و ((فلذلك فادع واستقم كما امرت)) , dan juga dari lisan Nabi Musa a.s. : ((و قال موسي لقومه استعينوا بالله واصبرو، ان الارض لله يورثها من يشاء من عباده و العاقبه للمتقين)) Ketaqwaan terbesar untuk bangsa-bangsa yang sudah bangkit adalah bahwa jangan sampai terhentikan, dan jangan terbuai dengan keberhasilan-keberhasilan sementara yang telah diperoleh selama ini. Ini adalah bagian terpenting dari ketaqwaan yang telah Allah SWT anugerahkan yaitu masa depan yang cemerlang. Kedua, kesadaran terhadap tipu-daya para negara adidaya-adikuasa sombong yang telah mengalami kerugian karena pemberontakan dan revolusi tersebut. Mereka tidak akan pernah diam dan dengan kekuatan politik, militer dan keuangannya akan memulai mempengaruhi negara-negara itu. Modal ataupun alat yang mereka gunakan adalah menyuap, mengancam dan menipu. Berdasarkan pengalaman, di antara orang-orang elit juga ada yang mudah ditipu dan disuap sehingga mereka mau tidak mau melayani musuh karena ketakutan, kerakusan dan jebakan. Oleh karena itu, para pemuda, para cendekiawan dan ulama harus lebih sadar. Resiko yang amat berbahaya adalah campur tangan dan pengaruh barisan kafir dan sombong dalam pembentukan sisem politik baru di negara-negara ini. Mereka akan berusaha keras sehingga sistem-sistem baru itu tidak dibentuk berdasarkan identitas islami dan rakyat. Orang-orang yang menyukai negaranya dan memikirkan kemuliaan, harkat dan martabat dan kemajuan negaranya harus berusaha keras agar sistem-sistem baru ini dibentuk penuh berdasarkan keislaman dan kerakyatan. Peranan undang-undang dasar mereka itu adalah sangat penting. Persatuan nasional dan pengakuan agama, suku dan etnis di negaranya adalah syarat kemenangan mereka di masa depan. Bangsa-bangsa berani yang telah berusaha bangkit di Mesir, Tunisia dan Libya dan bangsa-bangsa pejuang lainnya harus mengetahui bahwa satu satunya jalan penyelamat dari kezaliman dan tipuan Amerika Serikat dan para adi daya sombong itu adalah terwujudnya keseimbangan kekuasaan di dunia sesuai dengan kepentingan mereka. Jika para muslim ingin menyelesaikan permasalahannya dengan para adikuasa dunia harus menjadi sebagai negara besar dari segi kekuasaan, dan hal tersebut tidak dapat tercapai kecuali dengan kerja sama, persahabatan dan persatuan negara-negara islam. Ini merupakan wasiat Imam Khomeini, yang tak dapat terlupakan. Amerika Serikat dan NATO hanya dengan alasan mencari khadafi sang diktator kotor Libya itu, mengebom Libya dan rakyatnya selama beberapa bulan. Khadafi adalah seorang yang, sebelum revolusi bangsa Libya, merupakan sahabat Amerika Serikat dan NATO, mereka memeluknya, mencuri kekayaan Libya dengan berpura-pura mencium tanggannya. Setelah terjadinya revolusi, mereka dengan alasan mencari khadafi, menghancurkan semua infrastruktur Libya. Negara mana yang dapat mencegah pembunuhan massa dan kerusakan Libya oleh NATO? Jika tangan para adidaya barat yang begitu kejam tidak dipotong, lalu kita selalu akan melihat ancaman-ancaman itu terhadap negara-negara islam dan keluar dari ancaman tersebut tidak dapat terwujud kecuali membentuk kubu kuat dunia islam. Kini barat, Amerika Serikat dan Zionis lebih lemah dibandingkan dengan sebelumnya. Banyak permasalahan ekonomi, kekalahan terus menerus di Afghanistan dan Irak, demonstrasi besar besaran masyarat Amerika Serikat dan negara-negara barat lain yang semakin hari semakin tersebar, perjuangan masyarakat Palestina dan Lebanon, revolusi dengan penuh keberanian masyarakat Yaman, Bahrain dan berbagai negara lain di bawah pengaruh Amerika Serikat, semuanya merupakan kabar gembir untuk umat islam khususnya negara-negara revolusioner baru. Ibu-ibu dan bapak-bapak yang beriman di seluruh dunia khususnya di Mesir, Tunisia dan Libya harus lebih memanfaatkan kesempatan ini dengan tujuan pembentukan kekuasaan internasional islami. Orang-orang elite dan juga para garis depan revolusioner itu sebaiknya berserah diri kepada Allah SWT dan percaya pada janji kemenangannya dan juga menghiasi lembaran baru sejarah umat islam ini dengan perbuatan-perbuatan yang terpuji yang diridhai oleh Allah SWT dan menjadi lingkup kemenanganNya. والسلام علي عبادالله الصالحين Sayyid Ali Khamenei 29 Dzulqa\'dah 1432

AYATULLAH KHAMENAEI’S MESSAGE TO HAJJ PILGRIMS – 2011/1432A.H. In the Name of Allah, the All-Beneficent, the All-Merciful All praise belongs to Allah, the Lord of the worlds, and may divine blessings and greetings be to the Master of the creatures, Muhammad al-Mustafa and his immaculate family and his elect companions. The spiritual spring of Hajj has arrived with its freshness, purity and God-given grandeur and majesty, gathering again the faithful and eager hearts like butterflies encircling the Ka’bah of Divine Monotheism and Islamic Unity. Camped at Makkah and Mina, Arafat and Mash´ar are the fortunate human beings who, having responded to the call of (وَأَذِّن فِي النَّاسِ بِالْحَجِّ): (22:27) “proclaim the Hajj to all the people”, are being honored with the hospitality of the Clement and Munificent Lord. Here is the blessed House and the source of guidance from which the enlightening Divine signs radiated and the canopy of safety was set up to cast its universal shade. Wash your hearts in the Zamzam of piety, humility and God’s remembrance. Open the inner eye to the lights of the Divine signs. Embrace the spirit of submission and dedication, which are the hallmarks of true servant-hood. Keep on refreshing in your hearts the memory of that patriarch who, in willing compliance, led his Ishmael (Ismâeil) to the scene of sacrifice, thus showing us the clear path of attaining the friendship of the Glorious Lord and the manner of traversing it with a resolve infused with faith and an intent imbued with sincerity. The station of prophet Abraham (Ibrâhim) is one among these clarifying signs. The footprint by the side of Holy Ka’bah of prophet Ibrâhim, may Peace be upon him, is only a symbol of the station of Ibrâhim. The station of Ibrâhim is his station of dedication and self-sacrifice, his fortitude and resistance to personal desires and fatherly feelings as well as against the domination of unfaith, polytheism and Nimrod, the tyrant of the time. Today these two paths of deliverance lie open before each of us, individuals belonging to the Muslim Ummah. Determination, courage and firmness of resolve on part of each one of us can advance us towards the same goals to which mankind have been invited by the Divine envoys from Adam to the Seal of the Prophets, with the promise of dignity and felicity, in this world and in the Hereafter, for those who take this path. It will be worthy of the Hajj pilgrims’ attention at this great assembly of the Islamic Ummah to address the most important issues of the Islamic world. The uprisings and revolutions in some important Islamic countries are at the head of these issues. The events that have taken place in the Islamic world in the period between the previous and present Hajj pilgrimages can change the destiny of the Islamic Ummah, and they forebode a bright future accompanied with dignity and progress, material and spiritual. Dictators and ‘corrupt’ taghoots, allied with foreign powers, have been overthrown in Egypt, Tunisia and Libya, and the stormy waves of popular uprising in some other countries threaten to bring down the castles of wealth and power. This new chapter in the history of Our Ummah reveals certain facts which are all manifest Divine signs and give us vital lessons. These facts should be taken into account by Muslim nations in all their calculations. First, a young generation has emerged from the hearts of these nations after decades of political subjugation to foreign powers, which with its admirable self-confidence, is ready to face threats, confront the dominant powers and is determined to change the status-quo. Second, despite the authority and efforts of secular rulers and their overt and covert measures to curtail the influence of religion in these countries, Islam, with its conspicuous and impressive presence, has become the guiding principle of popular expression and sentiment. Like a fountainhead effusing through popular discourse and behavior it has given vitality and freshness to the rallies and activities of the millions. The mosques and minarets, Islamic slogans and calls of Allahu Akbar, all are clear indications of this fact and the recent Tunisian elections provide decisive evidence for this claim. There is no doubt that free elections in any Islamic country will hardly result in anything but what happened in Tunisia. Moreover, as revealed for all by this year’s events, God Almighty has placed such a force in the resolve and determination of nations that no power whatsoever can withstand it. With this God-given power nations can change their destiny and partake of Divine help. Furthermore, during the last decades arrogant powers, led by the United States, had reduced the regional states to a subjugate condition through their political and security tactics. They imagined to have opened an obstacle-free highway for their rising economic, cultural and political domination over this susceptible part of the world. But now they are the primary target of the disgust and hatred of the region’s nations. Undoubtedly, the regimes emerging from these revolutions will never submit to the disgraceful inequalities of the past, and the political geography of the region will be drawn by the nations in pursuance of their dignity and complete independence. In addition, the crafty nature of the hypocritical Western powers has become all too apparent for the people of these countries. The U.S. and Europe made their utmost efforts to retain their pawns in Egypt, Tunisia and Libya, each of them in a particular way. But when their wishes had to give in before the resolve of the nations, they cast a wily friendly smile at the triumphant public. There are further precious facts and manifest Divine signs embedded in the regional events of the past year, which are not hard to discern for reflective minds. Nevertheless, the entire Islamic Ummah and especially the revolutionary nations stand in need of two basic elements: First, the continuity of their stand and avoidance of slackness in resolve. In the Qur’an, the Divine summons to the Greatest Messenger, may God bless him and his family, are addressed in these words: فَاسْتَقِمْ كَمَا أُمِرْتَ وَمَن تَابَ مَعَكَ وَلاَ تَطْغَوْا “Be steadfast, just as you have been commanded—[by Allah] and whoever has turned [to God] with you—and do not overstep the bounds (11:112)” and (فَلِذَلِكَ فَادْعُ وَاسْتَقِمْ كَمَا أُمِرْتَ). “Be steadfast, just as you have been commanded (42:15).” The Prophet Moses, may peace be upon him, is quoted as telling his people: (وقَالَ مُوسَى لِقَوْمِهِ اسْتَعِينُوا بِاللّهِ وَاصْبِرُواْ إِنَّ الأَرْضَ لِلّهِ يُورِثُهَا مَن يَشَاء مِنْ عِبَادِهِ وَالْعَاقِبَةُ لِلْمُتَّقِينَ) “Turn to God for help and be patient. The earth indeed belongs to God, and He gives its inheritance to whomever He wishes of His servants, and the outcome will be in favor of the pious people. ” (7:128) At the present, the most significant aspect of piety for the risen nations is not to halt in their auspicious movement, and not to let themselves be diverted by the achievements of this phase. This is the important part of the piety whose possessors are rewarded with the “favorable outcome.” Second, careful awareness with regard to the plots and gimmicks of the arrogant international powers who have suffered a setback from these uprisings and revolutions. They evidently will not sit idle. They will reenter the arena with all their political, financial and security outfits to reestablish their influence and control in these countries. Their outfits are carrot and stick and deceit. Experience has shown there are some among the elite who are susceptible to these gimmicks. Fear, greed or negligence prompt them to serve the enemy. The vigilant eyes of the youth, intellectuals and religious scholars should be closely watchful. The greatest threat posed by the Camp of Unfaith and arrogant powers lies in its intervention and influence over the structures of the new political systems in these countries. They will do their utmost to see that the new systems do not take on an Islamic and republic identity. All the concerned people in these countries and all those who cherish their homeland’s honor, dignity and progress should work to ensure the complete and perfect Islamic and republic character of the emergent polity. In this regard, the role of the constitutions will be significant. National unity and official recognition of sectarian, tribal and ethnic differences are a precondition of future success. The valiant revolutionary nations of Egypt, Tunisia and Libya, as well as other awakened and combatant nations, should know that the sole means of deliverance from the oppression and guile of the United States and other Western hubristic powers is to establish a global balance of power conducive to their interests. The Muslims should bring themselves on a par with the great world powers in order to be able to reach a serious solution of their problems with the World-devourers. This cannot be achieved except with the cooperation, understanding and solidarity of Islamic countries. This was an unforgettable advice of the great Imam Khomeini. For months on, the United States and NATO dropped bombs on the heads of the Libyan people making Gaddafi, a vicious dictator, an excuse. Gaddafi was someone who was considered their close friend before the valiant uprising of the Libyan people. They used to coddle him, steal the wealth of Libya through his hands and press or kiss his hand in order to dupe him. Following the people’s uprising, they made him an excuse to destroy the entire infrastructure of Libya. Which state could stop the tragic massacre of the Libyan people and destruction of the country at the hands of NATO? Until the claws and fangs of the bloodthirsty and barbaric Western powers are not broken, such dangers will remain conceivable for Islamic countries. Their safety from such dangers is not possible except by forming the Islamic world as a powerful pole. Today the West, United States and Zionism are weaker than ever before. Economic troubles, successive failures in Afghanistan and Iraq, deep-running public outrage in America and other Western countries with its daily widening scope, the struggles and sacrifices of the people of Palestine and Lebanon, the daring popular uprisings in Yemen, Bahrain and some other countries under American influence—all these are significant portents for the Islamic Ummah, especially for the emergent revolutionary nations. Faithful men and women throughout the Islamic world, particularly in Egypt, Tunisia and Libya should make the most of this opportunity for the formation of an international Islamic power block. The vanguard and the elite of the uprisings should place their trust in Almighty God and, with reliance on His promise of help, adorn the new chapter in the history of the Islamic Ummah with their lasting achievements, thus earning God’s approval and fulfilling the prerequisites of His help May Peace be upon God’s righteous servants! المنتجبين. آ جکل حج کی بہار اپنی تمام تر روحانی شادابی و پاکیزگی اور خداداد حشمت و شکوہ کے ساتھ آ گئی ہے اور ایمان کے نور اور شوق کے زیور سے آراستہ دل، پروانوں کی طرح کعبہ توحید اور مرکز اتحاد کے گرد محو پرواز ہیں۔ مکہ،منا،مشعر اور عرفات خوش قسمت انسانوں کی منزل ہیں جنہوں نے ”واذن فی الناس بالحج“ کی پکار پر لبیک کہتے ہوئے خداوند غفور و کریم کے مہمان ہونے کی سعادت پائی ہے۔ یہ وہی مبارک مکان اور ہدایت کا سرچشمہ ہے کہ جہاں پر اللہ تعالی کی بین نشانیوں کو جلا بخشی گئی اور جہاں پر ہر ایک کے سر پر امن و امان کی چھتری قرار دی گئی۔ دلوں اور ذکر و خشوع کو زمزم میں پاک کریں۔ اپنی بصیرت کی آنکھ کو حضرت حق کی تابندہ آیات پر کھول دیں۔اخلاص و تسلیم پر جو کہ حقیقی عبودیت کی علامت ہیں ٹوٹ پڑیں۔ اس باپ کی یاد کوجو کمال تسلیم کے ساتھ اپنے اسماعیل کو قربانگاہ تک لے کر گئے،بار بار اپنے دل میں زندہ کیجئے۔ اس طرح وہ منور طریق جو کہ رب جلیل سے دوستی کے لئے ہمارے سامنے کھول دی گئی ہے اسے پہچانئے اورسچے مومن کے عزم اور نیت صادقانہ کے ساتھ اس پر قدم رکھیں۔ مقام ابراہیم انہیں آیات بینات میں سے ایک ہے۔ کعبہ شریف کے پاس ابراہیم علیہ السلام کی قدم گاہ مقام ابراہیم کی واحد نشانی ہے، مقام ابراہیم ان کے ایثار،اخلاص اور قربانی کا مقام ہے۔ نفسانی تقاضوں اور پدری جذبات کے سامنے اور کفر و شرک کے غلبے اور نمرود زمانہ کے تسلط کے آگے ڈٹ جانے کا مقام ہے۔ نجات کے یہ دونوں راستے امت اسلامی کے ہم سب افراد کے سامنے موجود ہیں۔ ہم میں سے ہر ایک کی جرات، بہادری اور محکم ارادہ ہمیں ان مقاصد کی طرف روانہ کر سکتا ہے جن کی طرف آدم سے خاتم تک تمام الہی پیغمبروں نے ہمیں دعوت دی ہے اور اس راستے پر چلنے والوں کو دنیا و آخرت میں عزت و سعادت کا وعدہ فرمایا ہے۔ امت مسلمہ کے اس عظیم محضر میں، شایستہ یہی ہے کہ حجاج کرام عالم اسلام کے اہم ترین مسائل پر توجہ دیں۔ ان بے شمار مسایل میں سے سرفہرست، بعض اسلامی ممالک میں برپا ہونے والا انقلاب اور عوامی قیام ہے۔ گذشتہ سال حج اور امسال حج کے درمیانی عرصہ میں عالم اسلام میں ایسے واقعات رونما ہوئے ہیں جو کہ امت مسلمہ کی تقدیر بدل سکتے ہیں اور مادی اور روحانی ترقی اور عزت و افتخار سے سرشار ایک روشن مستقبل کی نوید دے سکتے ہیں۔ مصر، تیونس اور لیبیامیں فاسد، محتاج اور ڈیکٹیٹر طاغوت، تخت اقتدار سے گر چکے ہیں جبکہ بعض دوسرے ممالک میں عوام کی ٹھاٹھیں مارتی لہروں نے زر و زور اور اقتدار کے محلات میں ویرانی اور تباہی کی گھنٹیاں بجا دی ہیں۔ ہماری امت کی تاریخ کے اس تازہ باب نے ایسے حقایق آشکار کئے ہیں جو کہ مکمل طور پر آیات بینات الہی ہیں اور ہمارے لئے حیات بخش سبق لئے ہوئے ہیں۔ ان حقایق کو اسلامی امہ کی تمام اقوام کے محاسبات میں استعمال میں لایا جانا چاہئے۔ سب سے پہلے یہ کہ جو اقوام کئی دھائیوں سے غیروں کے سیاسی تسلط میں رہ رہی تھیں ان کے اندر سے ایسی جوان نسل ظاہر ہوئی ہے جو اپنے اوپر محکم یقین اور تحسین بر انگیز جذبے کے ساتھ خطرات کو قبول کرتے ہوئے مسلط شدہ طاقتوں کے مقابلے پر کھڑی ہو کر اپنی تقدیر بدلنے پر کمر بستہ ہے۔ دوسرے یہ کہ سیکولر حکمرانوں کے تسلط کے باوجود اپنے ممالک میں دین کو محو کرنے کے لئے ان کی ظاہری اور خفیہ کوششوں کے با وصف، اسلام نے بھرپور اور پرشکوہ اثر و رسوخ کے ذریعے دلوں اور زبانوں کو نور ہدایت بخشی اور کروڑوں لوگوں کے گفتار و کردار کی صورت چشمہ جوشان کی طرح، ان کے رویوں اور اجتماعات کو رونق و شادابی عطا کی ہے۔ اذانیں، عبادات، اللہ اکبر کی صدائیں اور دوسرے اسلامی نعرے اور تیونس کے حالیہ انتخابات اس حقیقت کی واضع نشانی اور برھان قاطع ہیں۔ بلاشبہ اسلامی ممالک میں سے ہر ایک ملک میں غیرجانبدارانہ اور آزادانہ انتخابات کا نتیجہ وہی ہو گا جو تیونس میں سامنے آیا ہے۔ تیسرے یہ کہ اس ایک سال کے دوران پیش آنے والے واقعات نے سب پر یہ واضع کر دیا ہے کہ خدائے عزیز و قدیر نے اقوام کے عزم و ارادوں میں ایک ایسی طاقت رکھ دی ہے کہ کسی دوسری طاقت میں اس کا مقابلہ کرنے کی جرات اور سکت ہی نہیں ہے۔ اقوام اسی خداداد طاقت کے بل بوتے پر اپنی تقدیر کو بدل سکنے کی طاقت رکھتی ہیں اور اس طرح خدا کی نصرت کو اپنے شامل حال کر سکتی ہیں۔ چوتھے یہ کہ استکباری حکومتوں نے، جن میں سر فہرست امریکا ہے ، کئی دھائیوں سے مختلف سیاسی اور سیکورٹی کے ہتھکنڈوں کے ذریعے خطے میں موجود حکومتوں کو اپنا تابع فرمان اور اپنے نصایح کا پایبند بنا کر، دنیا کے اس حساس ترین خطے میں اپنے اقتصادی ،ثقافتی اور سیاسی تسلط کے لئے رکاوٹوں سے پاک وسیع شاہراہ بنا رکھی تھی ، اب اس خطے کی اقوام کی نفرت و بیزاری کی آماجگاہ بن چکی ہیں۔ ہمیں یہ اطمینان رکھنا چاہئے کہ ان عوامی انقلابوں کے نتیجے میں برقرارہونے والے نظام سابقہ ذلت آمیز غیرمتوازن رویوں کے سامنے تسلیم نہیں ہونگے اور اس خطے کی اقوام کے ہاتھوں سیاسی جغرافیہ ،عزت و استقلال کاملہ کی طرف تبدیل ہو جائے گا۔ اس کے علاوہ یہ کہ مغربی طاقتوں کا منافقانہ اور دھوکے بازی پر مبنی مزاج اس خطے کے عوام پر آشکار ہو چکا ہے۔ امریکا اور یورپ نے حتی الامکان مصر،تیونس اور لیبیا میں اپنے مہروں کو بچانے کیلئے زور لگایا اور جب عوام کا ارادہ ان کی خواہشات پر فایق آ گیا تب کامران عوام کے لئے دھوکے پر مبنی دوستی کی مسکراہٹ سجائی۔ اللہ تعالی کی روشن آیات اور بیش قیمت حقایق جو گذشتہ ایک سال کے عرصے میں اس خطے میں رونما ہوئے ہیں اس سے کہیں زیادہ ہیں اور صاحبان تدبر و بصیرت کے لئے ان کا مشاہدہ اور ادراک دشوار نہیں ہے۔لیکن اس سب کے باوجود تمام امت مسلمہ اور خصوصا قیام کرنے والی اقوام کو دو بنیادی عوامل کی ضرورت ہے: پہلے: قیام میں تسلسل و تداوم اور محکم ارادوں میں نرمی سے شدید پرہیز۔ اللہ تعالی نے قرآن مجید میں اپنے پیغمبر صلی اللہ علیہ و آلہ وسلم کو یوں فرمایا ہے” فاستقم کما امرت و من تاب معک و لا تطغوا“ اور ” فلذلک فادع واستقم کما امرت“، اور حضرت موسی علیہ السلام کے بقول، ”وقال موسی لقومہ استعینوا باللہ و اصبروا، ان الارض للہ یورثھا من یشاءمن عبادہ والعاقبتہ للمتقین“، قیام کرنے والی اقوام کے لئے موجودہ زمانے میں تقوی کا سب سے بڑا مصداق یہ ہے کہ اپنی مبارک تحریک کو رکنے نہ دیں اور خود کو عارضی کامیابیوں کا شکار نہ ہونے دیں۔ یہ اس تقوی کا وہ اہم حصہ ہے جس کو اپنانے والے کے لئے عاقبت بخیر کی وعید عطا ہوئی ہے۔ دوسرے: بین الاقوامی مستکبرین اور ان عوامی انقلابوں سے چوٹ کھانے والی حکومتوں کے ہتھکنڈوں کے سامنے ہوشیار رہنا۔ وہ لوگ ہاتھ پر ہاتھ رکھ کر بیٹھ نہیں جائیں گے اور اپنے تمام تر سیاسی، سلامتی اور مالی وسایل کے ساتھ ان ممالک میں اپنے اثر و رسوخ اور طاقت کے دوبارہ تسلط کے لئے میدان میں اتریں گے۔ ان کا ہتھیار لالچ، دھمکی، فریب اور دھوکہ ہے۔ تجربے سے یہ ثابت ہوا ہے کہ خواص میں بعض ایسے لوگ بھی ہوتے ہیں جن پر یہ ہتھیار کارگر ثابت ہوتے ہیں اور خوف، لالچ اور غفلت انہیں شعوری یا لاشعوری طور پر دشمن کی خدمت میں لا کھڑا کرتے ہیں۔ جوانوں، روشنفکر دانشوروں اور علمائے دین کی بیدار آنکھیں پوری توجہ سے اس چیز کا خیال رکھیں۔ اہم ترین خطرہ ان ممالک میں برپا ہونے والے جدید سیاسی نظام کی ساخت و پرداز پر کفر و استکبار کے محاذکی مداخلت اور اس پر اثراندازی ہے۔ وہ اپنی تمام توانائیوں کو کام میں لاتے ہوئے کوشش کریں گے تاکہ نئے برپا ہونے والے نظام ،اسلامی اور عوامی تشخص سے خالی رہیں۔ ان ممالک کے تمام مخلص و ھمدرد حضرات اور وہ تمام افراد جو اپنے ملک کی عزت ، وقار اور تکریم کے لئے پر امید ہیں ان سب کو بھرپور کوشش کرنی چاہئے تا کہ نئے نظام میں اسلامی اور عوامی ہونا اپنے تمام تر مفہوم کے ساتھ جلوہ گر ہو۔ اس کے لئے آئین کا کردارسب سے نمایاں ہے ۔ قومی وحدت اور مذہبی قبایلی اور نسلی تنوع کو تسلیم کرنا، آیندہ کامیابیوں کی اہم شرط ہے۔ مصر، تیونس اور لیبیا اور دوسرے ممالک کی جراتمند، بہادر ،بیدار اور مجاہد اقوام کو یہ جان لینا چاہئے کہ ظلم، امریکی مکر و فریب اور دوسرے مغربی مستکبران سے انکی نجات کا صرف اور صرف یہ راستہ ہے کہ دنیا میں طاقت کا توازن انکے حق میں قائم ہو جائے۔ مسلمانوں کو اپنے تمام مسائل کو دنیا کے جہان خوروں کے ساتھ قطعی طور پر حل کرنے کے لئے یہ ضروری ہے کہ وہ اپنے آپ کو عالمی طاقت ہونے کی صف میں لاکھڑا کریں۔ یہ تب ہی ہو سکتا ہے جب عالم اسلام کے تمام ممالک باہمی تعاون اور یکجہتی کا مظاہرہ کریں۔ یہ ناقابل فراموش نصیحت امام خمینی ( رہ )عظیم کی ہے ۔ امریکا اور نیٹو، خبیث اور ڈکٹیٹر قذافی کے بہانے کئی ماہ تک لیبیا اور اس کے عوام پر آگ برساتے رہے ہیں۔جبکہ قذافی وہی شخص تھا جوکہ عوام کے جراتمند قیام سے پہلے ان کے نزدیک ترین دوستوں میں شمار ہوتا رہا۔ وہ اس سے گلے ملتے رہے اس کی مدد سے لیبیا کی دولت کو لوٹتے رہے اور اس کو مزید بہلانے کے لئے اس کے ہاتھ کو گرم جوشی سے دباتے تھے یا پھر اس پر بوسے دیتے تھے۔ عوام کے انقلاب کے بعد اسی کو بہانہ بنا کر لیبیا کا تمام تر بنیادی ڈھانچہ تباہ و برباد کر دیا۔ کون سی حکومت ہے جس نے نیٹو کو عوام کے قتل عام اور لیبیا کی تباہی جیسے المیے سے روکا ہو؟ جب تک مغربی وحشی اور خون خوار طاقتوں کے ہاتھ اور دانت توڑ نہ دئیے جائیں گے اس طرح کے خطرات اسلامی ممالک کو In a graduation ceremony at Imam Ali (a.s.) Military Academy, Ayatollah Khamenei the Commander-in-Chief of the Iranian Armed Forces said that the Armed Forces are the first line of national defense and stressed that America and the Zionist regime should know that the Iranian nation will not attack other countries. He added that the Iranian nation will not tolerate the threats of the material powers and that any kind of invasion and threat will be met with a crushing response from the Iranian nation. Vali Amr Muslimeen, Ayatullah Sayyed Ali Khamenei calls for unity and brotherhood between the Shia & Sunni brothers around the world. When the youth of a country awaken, there will be increased hope of a general awakening in that country. Today Muslim youth have awakened throughout the world of Islam. So many traps have been set in the way of proud and determined Muslim youth, but they have managed to eliminate these problems. You see what has happened in Tunisia, in Egypt, in Libya, in Yemen and in Bahrain. You see the movement that has taken place in other Islamic countries. This is all good news. You dear youth should know that the history of the world and the history of humanity is at a great momentous juncture today. A new era is starting throughout the world. The great and clear sign of it is the attention to Allah the Exalted, the cries for assistance from the inexhaustible source of divine power and reliance on divine revelations. Humanity has passed through the days of materialistic ideologies and schools and thought. Today neither Marxism, nor western liberal democracy, nor secular nationalism has any appeal. You see what is going on in the cradle of western liberal democracy - in America, in Europe. They admit failure. Today among members of the Islamic Ummah, the greatest appeal belongs to Islam, the Holy Quran and the school of thought that is based on divine revelation. Allah the Exalted has promised that the divine and Islamic school of thought and the school of thought that is based on divine revelation can help humanity achieve happiness. This is a very sacred, very important and very significant phenomenon. Today Islamic countries have risen up against dependent dictatorships. This is a prelude to an uprising against global and international dictatorship, namely the tyranny of the corrupt and evil network of the Zionists and the arrogant powers. Today international autocracy and dictatorship is embodied by the tyranny of America, America\'s followers and the satanic and dangerous Zionist network. Today they are acting like a dictator throughout the world by using different methods and different means. What you did in Egypt, what you did in Tunisia, what you did in Libya, what you are doing in Yemen, what you are doing in Bahrain - and strong motivation has built up in other countries to do the same - is part of a battle against this dangerous and harmful dictatorship that has been pressuring humanity for two centuries. The momentous juncture that I spoke about is the transition from the hegemony of this dictatorship to national freedom and the rule of spiritual and divine values. This will happen: do not consider discount it. This is a divine promise: \"And surely Allah will help him who helps His cause.\" [The Holy Quran, 22: 40] Allah the Exalted stresses that if you help His cause, He will assist you. This might look unlikely from a materialistic perspective, a perspective that is based on material calculations. However, there were many things which used to look unlikely, yet they happened. Around fifteen months ago, would you have thought the Egyptian taghut would be humiliated and annihilated like that? At that time, if people had been told that Mubarak\'s corrupt and dependent regime would be overthrown, many of them would have rejected the claim as unlikely, but it happened. Two years ago, if somebody had claimed that those amazing events would happen in North Africa, the majority of the people would have rejected it. If somebody had claimed that in a country like Lebanon, a group of faithful youth would manage to defeat the well-equipped Zionist army, nobody would have believed him. But these things happened. If somebody had said that the Islamic Republic would manage to resist for 32 years and achieve more power and progress on a daily basis in spite of all the enmity by the east and the west, nobody would have believed him, but it happened. \"Allah promised you many acquisitions which you will take, then He hastened on this one for you and held back the hands of men from you, and that it may be a sign for the believers and that He may guide you on a right path.\" [The Holy Quran, 48: 20] These victories are divine signs. They are signs of God\'s overwhelming power. Whenever the people step into the arena, whenever we enter the arena with all our heart and soul, there will definitely be divine assistance. Allah the Exalted shows us the path: \"And (as for) those who strive hard for Us, We will most certainly guide them in Our ways.\" [The Holy Quran, 29: 69] God will guide and assist. He will help people achieve their goals. The condition is that we should be present in the arena. What has happened so far is very significant. For two hundred years, westerners ruled the Islamic Ummah by making use of their scientific advances. They occupied Islamic countries: some of them directly, some of them indirectly with the help of local dictatorships. England, France and finally America - which is the Great Satan - spread their hegemony over the Islamic Ummah. They humiliated the Islamic Ummah as much as they could. They planted the cancerous tumor of Zionism at the heart of the strategic Middle East region and they strengthened it in every way. They were sure that their interests and policies had been safeguarded in this critical part of the world. But the Islamic resolve of Muslim people and their presence wiped out all these impossible dreams and put an end to all these goals. Today the arrogant powers of the world feel helpless in the face of Islamic Awakening. You are dominant. You will win. The future belongs to you. What has been done is a great achievement. But the important point is that this is not the end. This is only the beginning. Muslim nations must continue their struggle so that they can eliminate the enemy in different arenas. The battle is a battle of wills. Any side whose will is stronger has the upper hand. A person whose heart depends on Allah the Exalted has the upper hand. \"If Allah assists you, then there is none that can overcome you.\" [The Holy Quran, 3: 160] If you get divine assistance, nobody will overpower you and you will move forward. We want Muslim nations that make up the great Islamic Ummah to be free. We want them to be independent. We want them to be honorable. We want them to avoid humiliation. We want them to organize their life with the lofty and progressive rules of Islam. And Islam can help them to do so. They kept us scientifically backward for many years. They trampled on our culture. They destroyed our independence. Today we have awakened and we will conquer the arenas of science one after the other. Thirty years ago, when the Islamic Republic was established, the enemies used to say that although the Islamic Revolution had achieved victory, it would not be able to manage different areas of life. They used to say that the Islamic Revolution would back down. Thanks to Islam, today our youth have managed to make great achievements in scientific areas, achievement that would not have occurred to the enemies themselves in the past. Thanks to reliance on Allah the Exalted, today Iranian youth achieve great scientific accomplishments. They produce enriched uranium. They produce stem cells. They make great advances in biotechnology. They venture into space. And all of these things are due to reliance on Allah the Exalted and the slogan of \"Allahu Akbar\". [Audience shout \"Allahu Akbar\"] We must not underestimate our own capabilities. Among the biggest problems that western culture has imposed on Islamic countries is two wrong and misguided conceptions. First, they instilled a sense of incompetence into Muslim nations. They made Muslim nations believe that they were not capable of doing anything - neither in the political arena, nor in the economic arena, nor in the scientific arena. So many traps have been set in the way of proud and determined Muslim youth, but they have managed to eliminate these problems. You see what has happened in Tunisia, in Egypt, in Libya, in Yemen and in Bahrain. You see the movement that has taken place in other Islamic countries. This is all good news. You dear youth should know that the history of the world and the history of humanity is at a great momentous juncture today. A new era is starting throughout the world. The great and clear sign of it is the attention to Allah the Exalted, the cries for assistance from the inexhaustible source of divine power and reliance on divine revelations. Humanity has passed through the days of materialistic ideologies and schools and thought. Today neither Marxism, nor western liberal democracy, nor secular nationalism has any appeal. You see what is going on in the cradle of western liberal democracy - in America, in Europe. They admit failure. Today among members of the Islamic Ummah, the greatest appeal belongs to Islam, the Holy Quran and the school of thought that is based on divine revelation. Allah the Exalted has promised that the divine and Islamic school of thought and the school of thought that is based on divine revelation can help humanity achieve happiness. This is a very sacred, very important and very significant phenomenon. Today Islamic countries have risen up against dependent dictatorships. This is a prelude to an uprising against global and international dictatorship, namely the tyranny of the corrupt and evil network of the Zionists and the arrogant powers. At that time, if people had been told that Mubarak\\\\\\\'s corrupt and dependent regime would be overthrown, many of them would have rejected the claim as unlikely, but it happened. Two years ago, if somebody had claimed that those amazing events would happen in North Africa, the majority of the people would have rejected it. If somebody had claimed that in a country like Lebanon, a group of faithful youth would manage to defeat the well-equipped Zionist army, nobody would have believed him. But these things happened. If somebody had said that the Islamic Republic would manage to resist for 32 years and achieve more power and progress on a daily basis in spite of all the enmity by the east and the west, nobody would have believed him, but it happened. \\\\\\\"Allah promised you many acquisitions which you will take, then He hastened on this one for you and held back the hands of men from you, and that it may be a sign for the believers and that He may guide you on a right path.\\\\\\\" [The Holy Quran, 48: 20] These victories are divine signs. They are signs of God\\\\\\\'s overwhelming power. Whenever the people step into the arena, whenever we enter the arena with all our heart and soul, there will definitely be divine assistance. He will help people achieve their goals. The condition is that we should be present in the arena. What has happened so far is very significant. England, France and finally America - which is the Great Satan - spread their hegemony over the Islamic Ummah. They humiliated the Islamic Ummah as much as they could. They planted the cancerous tumor of Zionism at the heart of the strategic Middle East region and they strengthened it in every way. They were sure that their interests and policies had been safeguarded in this critical part of the world. But the Islamic resolve of Muslim people and their presence wiped out all these impossible dreams and put an end to all these goals. Today the arrogant powers of the world feel helpless in the face of Islamic Awakening. You are dominant. You will win. The future belongs to you. What has been done is a great achievement. [English] Noroz Messege of Iran Supreme leader Sayyed Ali Khamenei - Farwardin 1391 Leader Reiterates Significance of Iran\\\\\\\'s Economic Progress in New Year TEHRAN (FNA)- Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei named the new Iranian year as the \\\\\\\"Year of National Production, Supporting Iranian Labor and Capital\\\\\\\", and once again underlined the importance of efforts to bolster the country\\\\\\\'s economic progress. In a televised address on the occasion of the advent of the Iranian New Year on Tuesday, Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei extends his congratulatory message in the early hours of the Persian calendar year of 1391. Ayatollah Khamenei said \\\\\\\"Economic Jihad\\\\\\\", which was the slogan of the previous year, is never-ending, adding that one important aspect of economic issues is \\\\\\\"domestic production.\\\\\\\" The Leader said if domestic production prospers, most of the enemies\\\\\\\' efforts will undoubtedly fail. بازديد رهبر انقلاب از شركت كارخانجات داروپخش http://farsi.khamenei.ir/news-content?id=19505 در سال تولید ملی و در آستانه‌ی روز كارگر، حضرت آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای رهبر معظم انقلاب اسلامی صبح روز 10 اردیبهشت 1391، با حضور در كارخانجات تولیدی داروپخش، از نزدیك در جریان آخرین دستاوردهای تولیدِ دارو در كشور قرار گرفتند و در جمع هزاران نفر از كارگران نمونه‌ی سراسر كشور تأكید كردند: تحقق واقعی اهداف مختلف كشور از جمله استقلال سیاسی، نیازمند خوداتكایی و استقلال اقتصادی است. استقلال اقتصادی نیز به شكل‌گیری تولید ملی مشروط است و تولید ملی نیز با احترام حقیقی، همگانی و عملی به كار ایرانی و سرمایه‌ی ایرانی به وجود خواهد آمد. رهبر انقلاب اسلامی در ابتدای ورودشان به محل شركت كارخانجات داروپخش، در جایگاه یادمان شهدای كارگر حضور یافتند و با قرائت فاتحه، برای ایشان علو درجات را از درگاه خداوند مسئلت كردند. حضرت آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای سپس در سالن استریل تولید داروهای تزریقی و قطره حضور یافتند و از مراحل مختلف تولید، كنترل و بسته‌بندی این داروها بازدید به عمل آوردند. بخش تولید، كنترل و بسته‌بندی داروهای تزریقی و قطره‌های استریل چشمی و بینی شركت تولیدی داروپخش در مدت یك سال و به دست متخصصان داخلی طراحی و ساخته و تجهیز شده است. از جمله داروهای تولیدی در این بخش، داروی هورمون رشد است كه مراحل تولید آن بسیار پیچیده و تنها در انحصار چند كشور معدود است. امروز همزمان با بازدید رهبر انقلاب اسلامی از كارخانجات تولیدی داروپخش، نخستین داروی تزریقی این مجموعه با نام تجاری «انوكساپارین 6000» تولید و روانه‌ی بازار شد. در این دیدار همچنین وزاری بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشكی و نیز تعاون، كار و رفاه اجتماعی و همچنین وزیر صنعت، معدن و تجارت گزارشی از اهم فعالیت‌ها را ارائه كردند. خانم دكتر وحید دستجردی وزیر بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشكی با اشاره به دستاوردهای كارخانه‌های تولید داروی كشور با وجود تحریم‌ها گفت: تحریم‌ها به عنوان یك فرصت موجب شده است كه متخصصان داخلی با عزم جدی در تولید دارو و به‌ویژه داروهای با فناوری‌های پیشرفته گام بردارند و جمهوری اسلامی ایران به كشور اول منطقه در تولید دارو تبدیل شده است. http://english.khamenei.ir//index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=1627 Supreme Leader Meets with Laborers 29/04/2012 On the eve of International Labor Day, Ayatollah Khamenei the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution met today with a group of exemplary laborers from across the country. Speaking at the meeting, His Eminence described labor as the driving force behind the progress of all societies. Ayatollah Khamenei said that socialist and capitalist governments take advantage of laborers and added that in contrast to socialism and capitalism, Islam is honest with laborers and considers labor as valuable. The Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution said that it is necessary to apply Islamic principles to labor and laborers. He added that investment and labor are two essential requirements for national production and progress. \\\"It is necessary to value Iranian labor and investment so that national production becomes viable in the real sense of the word.\\\" His Eminence stressed that the enemies have focused their plots on economic issues and added: \\\"The signs of this great plot are becoming more visible on a daily basis in current conditions. But by Allah\\\'s favor, the Iranian nation will remove this obstacle from its path by relying on the same willpower that helped them remove the previous obstacles.\\\" The Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution stated that the efforts of Iranian laborers, investors and managers are the requirement for overcoming the economic plots of the enemy. He reiterated: \\\"The people should also reveal their determination to oppose the enemy by consuming our domestic products.\\\" Ayatollah Khamenei stressed that the government should pay attention to the issue of domestic production and stated: \\\"There is a need for fundamental work in this area. The strength our economy depends on constant efforts by the executive, legislative and judiciary branches of government.\\\" His Eminence said that supporting healthy economic activities, labor, production and investment is among the responsibilities of the three branches of government. He referred to the measures that should be adopted in this regard and added: \\\"Improving skills, training the workforce, adopting the correct managerial perspective and creating a sense of security both for laborers and for investors are among the things that should be done.\\\" The Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution said that confronting and combating economic disruption in an appropriate way is a necessity for strengthening domestic production. He added that smuggling and misusing the money that the people have invested in the banks are among the manifestations of economic disruption. He explained: \\\"Receiving large amounts of money from our banks to spend on a particular project and then diverting the money to other things is an example of treachery and stealing from the people, and it is necessary to confront such people.\\\" Ayatollah Khamenei said that creating competition, improving the quality of domestic products and minimizing the cost of production are other requirements for national production.
