Well, we all know that we need to mind our manners; at least those of us who have had a proper upbringing.
Still, what happens when our parents tell us to mind our manners?
And who all do you mind your manners in front of?
What does the Messenger of Allah (S) say about minding our manners when in the presence of Allah?
Well Sayyid Shahryar answers in this \"One Minute Wisdom\", using the wise words of the divinely appointed Messenger of Allah (S), the holy Prophet Muhammad (S), where his eminence (S) tells us all to \"Mind Your Manners!\"

Should one give everything they have for the sake of Allah?
In what situation is it wrong to give everything one has for the sake of Allah?
And in what situation is it permissible for one to give all they have for the sake of Allah?
And finally, how can one place the manners of Imam Hasan al-Mujtaba (A) with the tradition of Imam Ja\\\'far al-Sadiq (A) which on face value seem to be contradictory?
Ayatollah Sayyid Ali Khamenei narrates and explains a tradition narrated from the 6th divinely appointed Imam, Imam Ja\\\'far ibn Muhammad al-Sadiq (A), where his eminence (A) answers: \\\"Should You Give Everything You Have For Allah?\\\".

One of the primary responsibilities Muslim parents have toward their children is sharing knowledge and raising them on Islamic principles.
Muslim parents try to guide their children from a young age to develop good character, manners, and a strong faith.
In this process, it is the duty of the parents to make sure that they are teaching their children about Islam and bringing them up in a way that complies with Islamic teachings.
A report by mail online found that in stark contrast with their parents, growing numbers of Muslim youth sympathise with extreme teachings of Islam, with almost four in ten wanting to live under Sharia law in Britain.
The study identifies significant support for wearing the veil in public and joining Islamic schools. Some parents who have been taught about Islam in their home countries were perhaps not able to explore the reasons of their practices or ask questions.
In this edition of the show we ask the following question: Are young British Muslims committed to Islam?

\\\"Reach the Peak\\\" as we delve deeply into the beautiful pages of Nahjul Balagha and the wise words of the Commander of the Faithful, the first divinely appointed Imam, Imam Ali ibne Abi Talib (A).
In this episode, Sayyid Amir Behbahani speaks to us about some \\\"Brand New Gems\\\".
What is the continuation of Hikmah number 4 found in Nahjul Balagha?
And what is the third essential attribute that a Mo\\\'min and a believer must have?
What is the meaning of the Arabic word \\\'Hulal\\\' and what is its singular form?
And what does Imam Ali (A) compare good manners to?
What are the meanings of the Arabic word \\\'Adab\\\' that is found in the narrations?
What is Hikmah number 113 and how does it relate to this Hikmah number 4 found in Nahjul Balagha?
And what are three qualities that are preferable in women?
And finally, according to Imam Ali (A), what is the most valuable inheritance?
If you ultimately want to \\\"Reach the Peak\\\", you\\\'re going to have to take the first step - wherever you are!

On one hand, the paid-off clerics of the enemies of Islam, whether they are in the East or in the West, are creating discord and division among the Muslims.
On the other hand, the hired mercenaries of the enemies of Islam, whether they be funded by the East or the West, are creating havoc, chaos, and destruction in the Muslim lands.
And amidst all these issues, some people decide to be mere spectators, simply stand on the sidelines and watch.
Were this the manners and the stances of the Ahl al-Bayt (A) and the holy Messenger of Allah (S)?
The founding father of the Islamic Revolution, Imam Ruhollah Khomeini (R), explains.
Until when are we going to remain simple-minded?
It\'s time to wake up.

Dua Makarimul Akhlaq - Arabic with English Subtitles (HD)

This Du`a is taught by the Imam Sajjad (a) and is a clear indication of the loftiness of moral virtues expected of a believer. Islam believes in the elevation of the human beings, that a human is a great and dignified creation, far above the animal world. One of the signs of this dignity is the possession of noble and magnanimous qualities. In order to achieve this behavioral excellence, man needs to overcome his base and selfish attributes, and cultivate noble qualities.
In this Du`a the Imam (a) specifies these qualities and shows how we can try to inculcate them in ourselves. Taken as a lesson is Akhlaq, the Du`a is a wonderful program for those who wish to excel in good akhlaq.
The most complete in faith among the believers is he who has best manners
Holy Prophet (s)
Habituate yourself to magnanimity and choose for yourself the most excellent of all etiquettes, for virtuous behavior is a habit. Avoid the most low of all etiquettes, and struggle with yourself to avoid it, for evil is stubborn.
Imam Ali (a)
