Dynamite Loaded Fries Recipe in English: Ingredients: Prepare Potato Fries: -Aloo (Potatoes) peeled 1 kg -Pani (Water) as required -Ice cubes -Boiling water as required -Namak (Salt) 1 tbs -Cheeni (Sugar) 1 tbs -Cooking oil for frying Prepare Chicken: -Cooking oil 1 tbs -Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 2 tbs -Chicken boneless small cubes 250 gms -Soy sauce 1 tbs -Paprika powder 1 tsp -Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste -Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp -Dried oregano 1 tsp -Knorr tomato ketchup 1 tbs Prepare Dynamite Sauce: -Knorr tomato ketchup 1/4 Cup -Mayonnaise 3/4 Cup -Knorr chili garlic sauce 2 tbs -Sriracha sauce 2 tbs -Shahad (Honey) 1 tbs -Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves Directions: Prepare Potato Fries: -Cut potatoes with the help of the french fries cutting machine (1.3 cm thick). -In bowl,add water,ice cubes,potato fries and let it rest for 10 minutes then strain. -In boiling water,add salt,sugar,mix and bring it to boil. -Add potato fries and boil until half-done (approx. 6-8 minutes). -Now pat dry potato fries with the help of the kitchen towel or paper & let them cool. -Can be stored in freezer in zip lock bag for up to 1 month. -In pot,heat cooking oil and fry potato fries for 3 minutes and rest it for 5 minutes. -Heat cooking oil and again fry potato fries until light golden & crispy and set aside. Prepare Chicken: -In frying pan,add cooking oil,garlic and mix well. -Add chicken and mix well until changes color. -Add soya sauce,paprika powder,salt,black pepper powder,dried oregano,mix well and cook for 6-8 minutes. -Add tomato ketchup,mix well & set aside. Prepare Dynamite Sauce: -In bowl,add tomato ketchup,mayonnaise,chili garlic sauce,sriracha sauce,honey,mix until well combined & set aside. Assembling: -On serving platter,add potato fries,drizzle prepared sauce,cooked chicken,drizzle prepared sauce and garnish with green onion leaves & serve! Recipe in Urdu: Ajza: Prepare Potato Fries: -Aloo (Potatoes) peeled 1 kg -Pani (Water) as required -Ice cubes -Boiling water as required -Namak (Salt) 1 tbs -Cheeni (Sugar) 1 tbs -Cooking oil for frying Prepare Chicken: -Cooking oil 1 tbs -Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 2 tbs -Chicken boneless small cubes 250 gms -Soy sauce 1 tbs -Paprika powder 1 tsp -Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste -Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp -Dried oregano 1 tsp -Knorr tomato ketchup 1 tbs Prepare Dynamite Sauce: -Knorr tomato ketchup 1/4 Cup -Mayonnaise 3/4 Cup -Knorr chili garlic sauce 2 tbs -Sriracha sauce 2 tbs -Shahad (Honey) 1 tbs -Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves Directions: Prepare Potato Fries: -Aloo ko french fries cutting machine ki madad sa cut ker lein (1.3 cm thick). -Bowl mein pani,ice cubes aur potato fries dal dein aur 10 minutes kliya chor dein phir strain ker lein. -Boiling pani mein namak aur cheeni dal ker mix karein aur ubal anay dein. -Potato fries dal dein aur half-done boil ker lein (approx. 6-8 minutes). -Ab potato fries ko kitchen towel or paper ki madad sa complete pat dry karein & thanda ker lein. -Zip lock bag mein dal ker 1 month tak freezer mein store ker saktay han. -Pot mein cooking oil garam karein aur potato fries ko 3 minutes kliya fry ker lein phir bahir nikal ker 5 minutes kliya rakh dein. -Cooking oil garam karein aur potatao fries ko crispy hunay tak fry ker lein aur side per rakh dein. Prepare Chicken: -Frying pan mein cooking oil aur lehsan dal ker ache tarhan mix karein. -Chicken dal dein aur rang tabdeel hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein. -Soy sauce,paprika powder,namak,kali mirch powder aur dried oregano dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 6-8 minutes kliya paka lein. -Tomato ketchup dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein. Prepare Dynamite Sauce: -Bowl mein tomato ketchup,mayonnaise,chili garlic sauce,sriracha sauce aur shahad dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein. Assembling: -Serving platter mein potato fries,tayyar sauce,cooked chicken aur tayyar sauce dal dein aur hara pyaz sa garnish ker ka serve karein.
