Ginger & Turmeric: -Pani (Water) 2 Cups -Laung (Cloves) 3-4 -Darchini (Cinnamon sticks) 2-3 -Adrak (Ginger) sliced 1 inch piece -Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ¼ tsp -Pink salt 1 pinch -Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp -Honey ½ tsp or to taste Directions: -In kettle,add water and bring it to boil. -Add cloves,cinnamon sticks,ginger,black pepper crushed,pink salt,turmeric powder and mix well. -Cook on low flame for 10 minutes. -Pour in a serving cup through strainer,add honey,mix well & serve. -Drink twice a day.
