Pasta 2-ways Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
Chicken & Vegetable Pasta:
-Oil 2 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) crushed 1 tsp
-Hari mirch (Green chili) chopped 1
-Chicken boneless cubes ¾ Cup
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 small
-Gajar (Carrot) cubes ¼ Cup
-Matar (Peas) boiled ¼ Cup
-Kernel corns boiled ¼ Cup
-Tamatar (Tomato) cubes ½ Cup
-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) ½ tsp or to taste
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ¼ tsp
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1-2 tbs
-Spiral pasta boiled 2 Cups
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ¼ tsp
Directions:
-In pot,add oil,garlic,green chili and mix well.
-Add chicken,onion and mix well until it changes color.
-Add carrot and mix well.
-Add peas,kernel corns,tomato,red chili powder,salt,turmeric powder and mix well.
-Add fresh coriander and mix.
-Add boiled spiral pasta and give it a good mix.
-Add black pepper crushed & serve.

Preheat oven at 400 degrees
Recipe:
1 whole chicken cleaned and cut
1 to 2 tbsp olive oil
2/3 cup tomato paste
1 tbsp pureed garlic
1 tbsp pureed ginger
salt to taste
1 tbsp lemon pepper
1 tbsp coarse ground pepper
fresh parsley leaves for garnish
dried parsley leaves for garnish
paprika for garnish
Method:
To your chicken you want to drizzle some olive oil and add the fresh ginger, garlic and the rest of the spices mix well and add the tomato paste make sure that all the ingredients are Incorporated than drizzle some olive oil on your baking dish and transfer the chicken in it, make sure you place the chicken pieces evenly and go ahead and cover with foil and stick it in the oven for 45 min turn once, when the chicken is completely cooked turn your broiler on to 550 degrees till it reaches desired dryness, finally sprinkle with dried parsley leaves if you desire and splash it with fresh lemon juice..... Sit back and enjoy!!!!

A wonderful addition to your collection of recipes, quick easy and delicious roasted chicken!
You can either make this in your oven or use an electric skillet
preheat oven to 400 degrees
Ing:
2 whole chicken cut in 8 pieces
in a separate bowl mix the following ing:
1 tbsp fresh ginger and garlic
1/2 cup yogurt
salt to taste
1 tbsp lemon pepper
1 tsp pepper
2 tsp basil
1 cup sour cream (you can use fat free if you like)
4 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp of lemon basil chopped (add it 1/2 way before the chicken get done)
1 tbsp cilantro chopped also added while you ad the lemon basil
Mix all the marinade together throughly than go ahead and add it to the chicken making sure you mix it well. Once everything is really well mixed add it to the electric skillet which is on 400 degrees and cover it, after the 25 minutes uncover and make sure the chicken is done, than leave the skillet open so the liquid disappears and you are left with a thick gravy.
This is a perfect dish that goes really well with either my roasted potatoes and cheese http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i-wU7K... any naan or mashed potatoes!

This is a creamy delicious chicken with just enough spices and flavors that keep you wanting more and more!
Ing:
2 tbsp of olive oil for frying the veggies
1 tbsp of olive oil for pan frying the chicken
1 tbsp of olive oil for cooking the puree
2 tbsp of tandoori masala
1 to 2 tsp Shaan butter chicken powder
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp lemon pepper
salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 tbsp of ketchup
11/2 cups whipping cream
2 tomatoes
1 banana pepper
1 small onion
2 pounds chicken cut in 1 inch cubes
1 tbsp each of ginger and garlic
Method:
Marinate the chicken with ginger and garlic, salt, lemon pepper, and tandoori masala Keep it aside.
In your sauce pan add the olive oil and let it warm up, cut the tomatoes, banana peppers and onions in cubes, add them to the oil and let it get nice and soft, now add this mixture to a blender and puree it. In the same saucepan add 1 tbsp olive oil and add the chicken in the pot until it is nice and tender add a little water in it if your chicken is dry, at this point make sure you don\\\'t overcook your chicken, put the chicken in another bowl and add 1 tbsp of olive oil in the same saucepan, now go ahead and add the tomato and onion puree in it and stir, season it with salt and make sure you cook the mixture to cook off the raw onion taste. Now go ahead and add the chicken in it and stir it well, then add the whipping cream and the 1 tbsp of ketchup and the Shaan masala as well as the 2 tbsp of butter!

Ing:
1 whole chicken cut and cleaned and skinned
2 tsp ginger and garlic
salt to taste
lemon pepper to taste
1 tsp of black pepper
Marinate the chicken with the above ing and put it in the oven on 400 for about 35 min or until chicken is cooked through.
Gravy Ing:
1 tsp of cumin
1 tbsp of whole peppercorns
11/2 cup of rice krispies or cornflakes
11/2 cups of roasted unsalted peanuts
1/2 cup canola oil
salt to taste
Method:
In a small sauce pan dry roast the cumin and the peppercorn to release the flavors making sure not to burn the spices, next put them in a spice grinder and powder the spices. In a sauce pan add about 2 tbsp of olive oil and leave it to warm up in the mean time once the spices are done add them In the food processor with the rice krispies and the peanuts turn the processor on and make sure it has blended well then slowly turn the processor on and start adding the olive oil in it slowly until the mixture has incorporated really well. Next add the mixture to the sauce pan stir and cook for about 2 min. Once the chicken is done add the chicken as well as the drippings in the gravy. Make sure you do a taste test and adjust the seasonings per your taste. Lastly add the chopped coriander and enjoy!

-Add cuts/marks on whole chicken and rub the marination all over the chicken and let it marinate for 4-6 hours or overnight in refrigerator.
-In blender,add almonds,poppy seeds,cashew nuts and blend well.
-Add fried onion and water,blend until well combined & set aside.
-Stuff the marinated chicken with cooked rice,raisins and boiled eggs and tie the whole chicken with thread and use skewers to hold the chicken together.
-In a wok,add oil and place stuffed marinated chicken and fry from all sides until golden brown and sprinkle kashmiri red chili powder and keep turning sides in between.
-Cover and cook on low flame 6-8 minutes each sides and keep changing sides in between & set aside.
-Remove excess oil,add grinded paste and mix well.
-Add yogurt and mix well.
-Add red chili powder,salt,coriander powder,cumin powder,garam masala powder and mix well for 2 minutes.
-Add water,mix well and bring it to boil and cook for 2-3 minutes.
-Add fried chicken and basting with the gravy,cover and cook on low flame until oil separates (8-10 minutes) and keep changing sides in between and basting with gravy.
-Serve with rice.

-Baisan (Gram flour) roasted 3-4 tbs
-Koyla (Charcoal) for smoke
-Cooking oil 1 Cup

-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 3 tbs

-In bowl,add chicken mince,red chili powder,turmeric powder,garam masala powder,salt,gram flour and mix until well combined.
-Give a charcoal smoke for 2 minutes.
-Grease hands with oil,take a mixture 1 tbs and make meat balls of equal sizes (makes 30-32).
-In wok,add cooking oil and fry meatballs until golden brown & set aside.
-In the same wok,add onion and sauté until translucent and take out in a bowl & set aside.
-In grinder,add almonds and grind well.
-Add sautéed onions and grind to make a smooth paste.
-In the same wok,heat cooking oil,add grinded onion & almonds paste and mix well.
-Add ginger,garlic paste,grinded green chilies and mix well.
-Add salt and mix.

Super crunchy and delicious chicken strips, I decided to make both fried and baked to give you an idea of what the difference is.
Ing:
Preheat oven to 400
2 cups oil
2 lbs chicken breast cut in long strips
1 tbsp ginger and garlic
salt to taste
1/2 tsp of pepper
3/4 tsp lemon pepper
Marinate your chicken
1 cup white flour
season the flour with
1/2 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
eggs
season eggs with
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp lemon pepper
11/2 cups panko bread crumbs
season the panko bread crumbs with 1 tbsp dried parsley flakes
Method:
Start of by preparing your chicken and marinating it. Get all your other ingredients and season that well too, next take a chicken strip dip it in flour first, then egg, then lastly dip it in panko bread crumbs and make sure it\'s coated well, prepare all of them and if you are baking them put them on a greased pan and stick them in the oven, if you are going to fry them heat your oil, test your oil if it sizzles then add the chicken strips in one by one on med heat, it should take 5 to 7 minutes for the chicken to cook through!
Bake the chicken for about 25 to 30 minutes making sure it is cooked through! I served them with homemade fries!

-Cut chicken into small cubes.
-In a bowl,add chicken,salt,black pepper powder,soy sauce & mix well,cover & marinate for 15 minutes.
-Add all-purpose flour,cornflour,white pepper powder,baking soda,egg whites & mix well.
-Add water & mix well.
-In a wok,heat cooking oil and fry marinated chicken on medium flame for 2-3 minutes & take out from oil & rest for 3 minutes.
-Heat up oil and fry again on high flame until golden brown & set aside for later use.
-In a wok,add cooking oil,garlic,ginger,dried red chillies & fry until light golden.
-Add chicken stock,brown sugar,soy sauce,rice vinegar,hot sauce,dark soy sauce,salt,white pepper powder,mix well & bring it to boil.

1 large onion Julienned
1 tbsp ginger and garlic
1 tbsp nihari masala
1 fresh lime juiced
2 tbsp white flour
1/2 cup water
salt to taste
fresh ginger Julienned for garnishing
1/4 cup canola oil (1/2 cup was a bit too much)
Method:
In a pot add the oil and fry the sliced onions till golden brown and set aside, next in the same oil add ginger and garlic, making sure you don\\\'t burn it, than add 1 tbsp of the Shan nihary masala and fry it in the oil, once it has released the flavors add the chicken and turn it so it is completely mixed with the spices, cover till the chicken is cooked. In the mean time mix the water with the flour and this will be our thickening agent for the curry, keep it aside. At this time prepare the cucumber pickle. While you are making the pickle keep an eye on the chicken turning it occasionally. Make sure not to over cook the chicken as doing this will make the chicken really tough and dry. Add the flour and water mixture in the curry and stir till it thickens up a bit. If you want more gravy add more water to it, if you want the nihary thick than don\\\'t add the extra water. Season it with salt per your taste and some fresh lime juice, do a taste test and make sure the taste is how you like it, lastly sprinkle the fried onions, fresh cilantro and ginger..

Method:
In a pot add the oil and fry the sliced onions till golden brown and set aside, next in the same oil add ginger and garlic, making sure you don\\\'t burn it, than add 1 tbsp of the Shan nihary masala and fry it in the oil, once it has released the flavors add the chicken and turn it so it is completely mixed with the spices, cover till the chicken is cooked. In the mean time mix the water with the flour and this will be our thickening agent for the curry, keep it aside. At this time prepare the cucumber pickle. While you are making the pickle keep an eye on the chicken turning it occasionally. Make sure not to over cook the chicken as doing this will make the chicken really tough and dry. Add the flour and water mixture in the curry and stir till it thickens up a bit. If you want more gravy add more water to it, if you want the nihary thick than don\\\'t add the extra water. Season it with salt per your taste and some fresh lime juice, do a taste test and make sure the taste is how you like it, lastly sprinkle the fried onions, fresh cilantro and ginger..

Method:
Once you have cut the onions and cucumbers add the lime juice, vinegar, salt and marinate it for at least 20 min. Add the cayenne just before serving, if you want it really spicy you can add it when you add the vinegar.

Ing:
2 tbsp of oil you used to fry the chicken
1 onion sliced and fried (keep aside)
2 whole chicken cut cleaned and fried (keep aside)
21/2 cups chopped spinach
1 cup frozen peas
1 tbsp fresh dill weed chopped
1 tbsp ginger and garlic
1 tsp green chutney
salt to taste
1 1/2 cups rice soaked in water for 20 min
3 cups hot water
Method
Fry chicken and keep aside, soak rice and keep it aside, in a separate pot add the oil and let it warm up then add the green chutney and the ginger garlic, give it about 30 seconds for the flavors to infuse then add the spinach and dill week, saute this for a while and then go ahead and add the peas making sure you mix it all really well give it 2 minutes. Add the hot water let the water come to temp again in the mean time add the salt and to a taste test making sure that it is moderately salty. Water is not supposed to be boiling to add the rice, add the rice and let the water come to a boil, once it boils and the rice should start cooking, it should be half way done, next add the onions stir carefully making sure not to break the rice, next turn your stove on low and add the fried chicken again making sure to stir very carefully. Cover and put the lid on and cook for another 5 to 7 minutes. You can barbeque this rice with warming up the coal and adding the oil and cover again for a couple minutes.

Ingredients:

-Qeema (Mince) 250 gms (Beef/mutton)
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tbs
-Hari mirch (Green chilies) chopped 3-4
-Dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tbs
-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed ½ tbs
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tbs
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped ½ Cup
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 200 gms
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tbs
-Pani (Water) 1 tbs or as required
-Samosa patti/Manda patti
-Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
-In frying pan,add oil,mince and mix well until changes color.
-Add ginger garlic paste,green chilies,coriander seeds,red chili powder,salt,red chili crushed and cumin seeds,mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes.
-Add fresh coriander and mix well.
-Add onion and mix well for 2 minutes.
-Let it cool down.
-In small bowl,add all-purpose flour,water and mix well to make a smooth paste & set aside.
-Take samosa patti/manda patti and make pocket,add filling in the center and roll into the shape of samosa and seal corners with all-purpose flour & water paste.
-Similarly make other samosas (makes 15-16).
-In wok,heat cooking oil and fry samosa until golden brown.
-Can be freeze in air tight container for up to 1 month.

-Is he tarhan baqi samosa bhi bana lein (makes 15-16).
-Karhai mein cooking oil garam karein aur samosa ko golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein.

Ingredients:
•For Cheese Balls:
-Fresh milk 1 ltr
-Vinegar 2 tbs
•For Sheera:
-Sugar 1 cup
-Water 1 & ¼ cup
•For Sweet Milk (Rabri):
-Fresh milk 1 litre
-Sugar ¾ cup or to taste
-Cardamom powder ½ tsp
-Water 2 tbs + cornflour 1 ½ tbs
-Kewra water 1 tbs
-Tetrapak cream 2 tbs
-Almond and pistachio for garnishing
Directions:
•Prepare Cheese Balls:
-Heat milk and bring it to boil.
-Add vinegar and mix it. Strain in cheese cloth and rinse curdled milk with cold water.
-Press to strain excess water.
-Knead to form a soft dough for 8-10 mins and divide and make small ball with no crack.
•Prepare Sheera:
-In a sauce pan, add sugar and water and bring it to boil.
-Add cheese balls, covered and simmer for 6-8 mins.
-Set aside in chilled water.
•Prepare Sweet Milk (Rabri):
-In a pot, heat milk, add sugar and cardamom powder.
-In small bowl,mix water and corn flour and add it to rabri milk.
-Add kewra water and boil until 1/3rd of milk remains and keep stirring in between.
-Remove from flame and add tetrapak cream and give it a good mix.
-Remove cheese balls from cold water and press cheese balls to strain excess water.
-Place cheese balls on serving plate, pour sweet milk (rabri).
-Garnish with almonds and pistachio, refrigerate for 1-2hours.
-Serve chilled.

-Pot mein doodh garam karein,cheeni aur elaichi powder shamil karein.
-Ek chota bowl mein pani aur corn flour dal ker mix ker lein aur rabri milk mein shamil karein.
-Ab is mein kewra water shamil karein aur 1/3rd doodh reh janay tak paka lein,bech mein musalsal chamcha chalatay rahein.
-Chulhay sa hata lein,aur tetrapak cream dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Cheese balls ko thanday pani sa nikal lein aur daba ker ezafe pani nikal lein.
-Cheese balls ko serving plate mein rakh ker upper sa rabri milk dal dein.
