Israel issues tenders for more settler units in the West Bank and East Jerusalem al-Quds. Settlement watchdog, Peace Now says the tenders were published for a total of 18-hundred-59 settler units. According to the NGO, about two-fifths of the units will be built in occupied east Jerusalem al-Quds. The announcement comes only days after Israel gave the final approval for 15-hundred new settler units in east Jerusalem al-Quds. Israel\'s settlement activities have been a main obstacle in the so-called peace talks between the Palestinian Authority and Tel Aviv. The Palestinian Authority has condemned the move as a flagrant violation of international law, saying it plans to turn to the UN Security Council and international courts to stop Israel\'s illegal activities. Israel\'s settlement activities are illegal under international law.

israel has revealed new plans for demolishing Palestinian homes in East Jerusalem al-Quds and the occupied West Bank. The Jerusalem municipality has begun issuing demolition orders for buildings in the city. Most of the orders are in two neighborhoods near the Shoafat refugee camp, in the north of al-Quds and the Palestinian side of the separation fence-- namely Ras Hamis and Ras Shehada. According to Palestinian sources, demolitions will leave some 15-thousand people homeless. This comes against the backdrop of Israel\'s new plans for building some 5-thousand settler units in the occupied Palestinian territories. A top Hollywood producer says he\'s been spying for Israel\'s nuclear weapons program through a worldwide network of companies. Despite global condemnation, Israelis approve the construction of hundreds more new settler units on occupied Palestinian land. Ha\'aretz newspaper says Tel Aviv\'s Civil Administration has approved 799 new settler units be built in the West Bank. The new units will be built in the Givat Ze\'ev settlement north of Jerusalem al-Quds, and in Nofei Prat, near Jericho, and in Shiloh, also in northern Jerusalem. The move comes a week after Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu ordered the Housing Ministry to suspend plans to build more than 20,000 units in the West Bank and East Jerusalem al-Quds.

The United Nations has criticized Israel for destroying 30 Palestinian properties in the Occupied West Bank. UN Humanitarian Coordinator James Rawly says the demolitions have resulted in the displacement of 41 people, including 24 children. Rawly says some of the families have been displaced for the second time in less than two weeks. Rights groups say the demolitions are aimed at grabbing more land for Israel\\\'s settlements and military projects in the occupied Palestinian Territories. Israel has built thousands of settler units in the occupied territories despite international condemnation. The settlements are considered illegal under international law.

Israel announced on Tuesday that it had officially confiscated about 4 dunums of private Palestinian land belonging to the villagers of Qusra, South of Nablus, a move that will restrict access of Palestinians to over 500 more dunums of land in the area. Tel Aviv annexed the confiscated land for the favor of one of the illegal Israeli settler outposts erected on village lands. According to the villagers of Qusra, Israeli settlers have attacked the village at least once in a week since late October of 2010.
