O Allah! Send blessings on Muhammad and on the children of Muhammad. In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful. (All) praise is for Allah; praise belongs to Him (alone) and answers the purpose, even frequent, too much and long (time) praise is necessary, and is a duty. I take refuge with Him from the corruption of desires and passoins, indeed (vain) desires and (carnal) passions would lead astray unto evil, if not my Lord is merciful (to me); I take refuge with Him, from the evil of the devil, who piles high sins, one upon another; I guard (myself), with His help, against every cruel wrongdoer, unjust ruler, and harmful adversary. O my Allah! make me a part of Thy flock, because surely Thy flock (alone) wins; take me in among the group of people dedicated to Thee, because beyond the shadow of doubt, Thy party (alone) makes progress, make room for me among Thy friends, because certainly for Thy friends there is no fear, nor they dismay or lose confidence. O my Allah, let me answer the purpose of (my) religion, because nothing else but this alone guarantee success in my works; make my eternal life (here- after) blissful, because at all events it will be my permanent abode, a sanctuary-away from the vile and the worthless (mean world); let me live a life that fully absorbs good and beauty, every where, at all times, let me die a death that sets me free (happy and blessed) from every kind of evil. O my Allah send blessing on Muhammad, the Last Prophet, the culmination of all Messengers, on his pure and pious children, on his noble companions, and grant me in the hours of this Tuesday three favours. Donot take up the account of my sins, but to overlook them, donot put me in difficulties, but to overcome them, donot be hard and severe, except to curb the transgression, in the name of \\\"Bismillah\\\" the Best of names. In the name of Allah, the Lord of the earth, and the heavens, I keep off and drive away everything which is ugly and bad, worst of all is His displeasure. I collect and gather everything which is beautiful and good, best of all is His pleasure; so be kind and merciful when my time comes, O He Who owns and distributes favours freely! O Allah! A member of the Lebanese parliament from the resistance movement Hezbollah says Tuesday\'s attacks outside the Iranian embassy in Beirut are part of new attempts to turn Lebanon into a post-war Iraq. However, Mohammad Raad added that such terrorist attacks won\'t weaken Iran.

The 21st ministerial meeting of the Economic Cooperation Organization-ECO! On Tuesday, the 21st Meeting of the Council of Ministers of the ECO was held on in the Iranian capital, Tehran. The council accounted for the reports of the ECO and its institutions on progress achieved in the main activity area of the organization that focus, among others, on transport, trade, energy, environment and agriculture. The meeting was started by a short speech by Iran\'s President, Hassan Rouhani who urged some reforms in legal, structural, institutional and planning aspects of the organization after some three decades of activity.

Israel announced on Tuesday that it had officially confiscated about 4 dunums of private Palestinian land belonging to the villagers of Qusra, South of Nablus, a move that will restrict access of Palestinians to over 500 more dunums of land in the area. Tel Aviv annexed the confiscated land for the favor of one of the illegal Israeli settler outposts erected on village lands. According to the villagers of Qusra, Israeli settlers have attacked the village at least once in a week since late October of 2010.

On Tuesday Iranian Ambassador to the Vatican Mohammad Taher Rabbani called a press conference to address media on a number of issues including inter-religious dialogue, the role of religions in international diplomacy, the challenges that Islam and Christianity can address today side by side. During the meeting Ambassador Rabbani praised Pope Francis for his modesty and high morality. The Ambassador also stressed the importance of a collaboration between the Holy See for promotion of peace. The press conference was attended by Italian and foreign media. Journalists and correspondents found the meeting with Iran\'s ambassador to the Holy See extremely useful and constructive.

Several anti-government rallies took place on Tuesday as Egyptians from all walks marked the third anniversary of the ouster of long-time dictator Hosni Mubarak.Rallies took place in the costal city of Alexandria, Sharqiya as well as in the capital Cairo.The aim of the demonstrations is to protest against the army which ousted the country\'s first democratically elected leader back in July. Israeli security forces stormed al Aqsa mosque compound on Tuesday in order to disperse protesters and Muslims praying in the compound. The attacks came ahead of a Knesset debate on a bill that would determine the future status Islam\'s third holiest site. The debate was initiated in the Israeli Knesset by right-wing extremist members who suggested that the al Aqsa mosque compound be partitioned into two -- one for Jewish and the other for Muslim worshippers. They further suggested that the Israeli authorities take full sovereignty of the mosque by relinquishing control from the Jordanian authorities, who have been the protectors of the Mosque for 20 years.

The Supreme Leader stressed that Iranians would continue their move towards a brighter future by making more progress and defusing enemies\\\' conspiracies. Enemies do not refer to strong points but they, instead, multiply weak points, if any, in order to disappoint the people, the young generation in particular, and try to portray a dark future for them in order to make them leave the scene\\\' of social and political life, Ayatollah Khamenei said. The Supreme Leader arrived in this holy city Tuesday morning amid the warm and enthusiastic welcome of the local people. Qom is considered as the religious capital of Iran. Iran's Foreign Ministry summons the Swiss ambassador, who represents US interest in Tehran, in protest to 'interventionist' statements by American officials on Iran's election. The ministry also summoned the Canadian charge d'affaires to convey Iran's official protest to Ottawa over the Canadian officials' recent remarks on Iran's presidential vote. Several European envoys were also summoned on Tuesday over what Iran's Foreign Ministry called 'malicious stance' taken by their countries toward Iran. On Tuesday, US President Barack Obama expressed 'deep concern' about the post-election unrest in Iran but warned that meddling in Iran's internal affairs would be counterproductive. "We respect Iranian sovereignty and want to avoid the United States being the issue inside of Iran," he said. Canadian Foreign Affairs Minister Lawrence Cannon also called on Monday for what he called 'a full and transparent investigation into electoral fraud and discrepancies' in Iran's presidential vote. Friday's presidential election, which saw incumbent Iranian President Mahmoud re-elected for a second term in office, has caused mass rallies by hundreds of thousands of supporters of former prime minister Mir-Hossein Mousavi who reject the election as fraudulent. The interior minister, who is appointed by president and is in charge of holding the election, has denied the allegation, saying the ministry adopted methods which could not possibly be subject to 'irregularities'. At least eight people have been killed so far in recent post-election violence in Tehran.

DUBLIN (AP) -- Ireland announced Tuesday it's expelling an Israeli diplomat in punishment for the Mossad use of forged Irish passports to assassinate a top Hamas official in Dubai. israel has refused to confirm or deny its agents' involvement in the January slaying of Hamas official Mahmoud al-Mabhouh. Dubai police said Israeli agents posing as holidaymakers in the oil-rich Arab emirate killed Mabhouh in his hotel room. They said assassins using 32 fake passports — including eight depicting fictional Irish citizens — participated in the hit squad. The Irish Department of Foreign Affairs and Ireland's national police force, the Garda Siochana, launched parallel investigations, but said their appeals for information from Israel fell on deaf ears. "The misuse of Irish passports by a state with which Ireland enjoys friendly, if sometimes frank, bilateral relations is clearly unacceptable and requires a firm response," Irish Foreign Minister Micheal Martin said as he announced the expulsion. Ireland's two investigations received no cooperation from the Israelis, but nevertheless reached "the inescapable conclusion that an Israeli government agency was responsible," he said. The Israeli embassy in Dublin includes four diplomats and two security officials. Both Ireland and Israel declined to identify the official facing expulsion by name or position, but The Irish Times reported it was one of the security officials. Martin said the official was chosen for expulsion to send a symbolic message, and the Irish investigations found no evidence that any of the embassy staff was involved in the conspiracy. "The official concerned is not accused or suspected of any particular wrongdoing," Martin said. "The official concerned is a victim of the actions of the state they represent." Martin condemned Israel's assassination of Mabhouh. "Many allegations have been made against Mr. Mabhouh which, if true, would categorize him as a committed terrorist," Martin said. But Ireland "does not believe that states should fight terror with terror. As a matter of principle, Ireland opposes extra-judicial killings. We believe that states have a duty to operate according to the law and to respect that way of life that terrorists seek to destroy." Martin's aides said this was the first time Ireland has expelled an Israeli official. It last took such action in the mid-1980s against Russian officials suspected of spying activity on behalf of the former Soviet Union. Israel's ambassador to Ireland, Zion Evrony, said he was summoned Tuesday to the Department of Foreign Affairs to be told of the expulsion. Earlier this month Israeli commandos seized an Irish-run vessel trying to run aid into Gaza Port. All the Irish citizens aboard, including former UN humanitarian official Denis Halliday and Nobel Peace Prize laureate Mairead Corrigan Maguire, were arrested and deported. The Dubai assassins also used fake passports from Britain, Germany, France and Australia. British officials determined that Israeli officials stole the identities of real British citizens, but Martin said all eight Irish passports involved fake identities. He said six of the forged Irish passports used real numbers assigned to real Irish people with different names, while two others were total fabrications. Australia expelled an Israeli diplomat May 24 after concluding that Mossad was involved in forging four Australian passports. Britain expelled an Israeli diplomat in March after reaching the same conclusion about 12 fraudulent British passports used by the alleged assassins. 'Shourd released over health condition' Iran's decision to release American national Sarah Shourd was based on humanitarian grounds, Tehran Prosecutor Abbas Jafari Dolatabadi has told Press TV. Sarah Emily Shourd was released on Tuesday on a bail of $500,000, more than 14 months after she was arrested with two other Americans for illegally entering Iran. "Based on the reports by her lawyer, our investigators and evidence provided by the government... we decided to take the detainee's health situation into consideration and grant her bail," Dolatabadi told Press TV on Tuesday. "Her representatives decided to bail her out... the judge has issued a release order and Ms. Shourd can leave Iran whenever she pleases," he added. Shourd, 31, Shane Michael Bauer and Joshua Felix Fattal, both 27, were arrested in July 2009 after illegally crossing the border from the mountains of Iraq's Kurdistan region. The three Americans were charged with espionage after the Tehran prosecutor found "compelling evidence" that the trio had been cooperating with US intelligence agencies. In a nationwide address on the state-run TV, President Ahmadinejad congratulated the nation on the advent of the spring season and Nowrouz (marking the start of the Iranian new year). "Like previous years, support for national production, exports, capital and labor is on the government agenda for this year," President Ahmadinejad stated. The president lauded the Iranian nation's progress in various economic, scientific, industrial, technological and political fields and vowed that Iran would continue on the same path at a higher pace in the new year. Ahmadinejad stressed that the country should be developed through the thoughts and efforts of the Iranian nation. Pentagon officials have claimed that Iran's successful rocket launch could lead into developing ballistic missiles that could threaten Europe and urged plans to deploy a US missile-defense system to Poland and the Czech Republic. "As they (Iranians) advance in that program, Europe becomes more and more threatened by it," Pentagon Spokesman, Geoff Morrell, alleged on Tuesday. "And, to us, it makes all the more clear the need for a missile defense program to protect our allies in Europe, as well as ourselves." DPA quoted him as saying. Iran launched its domestic sounding rocket, Kavoshgar I, into space simultaneously with the inauguration of its first domestic satellite complex on Monday. Kavoshgar I was launched as a preliminary step towards sending the 'Omid Satellite' into orbit. Omid is the first advanced scientific research satellite exclusively designed and made by Iranian scientists. Representative of the International Committee of the Red Cross Peter Stoeker visited Iranian diplomat Jalal Sharafi in a hospital in Tehran on Tuesday and witnessed in person the traces of severe physical tortures on his body from head to toe. Sharafi - the second secretary of the Iranian embassy in Baghdad - was abducted in southeastern Baghdad on February 4 by a group connected to the Iraqi Defense Ministry which operates under the supervision of the U.S. forces in Iraq. He was released on April 3. In the hospital where Sharafi was also visited by Iraq ambassador to Tehran -Mohamed Majid Al-Sheikh- Stoeker observed holes drilled in Sharafis feet fractures of the nose and neck - some deep bruises on his back - and evidence of a tear to his ear drum and bleeding in the alimentary canal. Sharafi told the Red Cross representative that he had undergone horrific torturing during the first 15 days of his arrest. He was later transferred by an ambulance on a wheelchair to the Foreign Ministry building to attend a news conference with the domestic and foreign reporters and photographers.He told the reporters that during his captivity - he was repeatedly tortured and interrogated about Irans role in Iraq. He said his kidnappers - who spoke in English and Arabic - were in constant contact with their chiefs through walkie-talkies while abducted him in southeastern Baghdad. In the first four or five days an eight-person group regularly beat me up day and night with a wire. He said he was asked - why Iran helps Islamic groups in Iraq and what those groups are.
