Where are you going? #التفسير_الأقوم #The_Sermon_of_Mina #Religious_Leaders_and_Scholars #Imam_Hussain #ظلم #درایت_حدیث​ #تفسیر_قرآن​ #تفقه_و_استنباط #الإمامة يا أَيُّهَا الَّذينَ آمَنُوا أَطيعُوا اللَّهَ وَ أَطيعُوا الرَّسُولَ وَ أُولِي الْأَمْرِ مِنْكُمْ فَإِنْ تَنازَعْتُمْ في‏ شَيْ‏ءٍ فَرُدُّوهُ إِلَى اللَّهِ وَ الرَّسُولِ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ تُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللَّهِ وَ الْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ ذلِكَ خَيْرٌ وَ أَحْسَنُ تَأْويلاً (59 - النساء) عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ الْجُعْفِيِّ قَالَ: قُلْتُ لِأَبِي جَعْفَرٍ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ الْبَاقِرِ ع لِأَيِّ شَيْ‏ءٍ يُحْتَاجُ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ وَ الْإِمَامِ؟ فَقَالَ لِبَقَاءِ الْعَالَمِ عَلَى صَلَاحِهِ. وَ ذَلِكَ أَنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ يَرْفَعُ الْعَذَابَ عَنْ أَهْلِ الْأَرْضِ إِذَا كَانَ فِيهَا نَبِيٌّ أَوْ إِمَامٌ. قَالَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ وَ ما كانَ اللَّهُ لِيُعَذِّبَهُمْ وَ أَنْتَ فِيهِمْ. وَ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ص النُّجُومُ أَمَانٌ لِأَهْلِ السَّمَاءِ وَ أَهْلُ بَيْتِي أَمَانٌ لِأَهْلِ الْأَرْضِ. فَإِذَا ذَهَبَتِ النُّجُومُ أَتَى أَهْلَ السَّمَاءِ مَا يَكْرَهُون‏ وَ إِذَا ذَهَبَ أَهْلُ بَيْتِي أَتَى أَهْلَ الْأَرْضِ مَا يَكْرَهُونَ. يَعْنِي بِأَهْلِ بَيْتِهِ، الْأَئِمَّةَ الَّذِينَ قَرَنَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ طَاعَتَهُمْ بِطَاعَتِهِ فَقَالَ يا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا أَطِيعُوا اللَّهَ وَ أَطِيعُوا الرَّسُولَ وَ أُولِي الْأَمْرِ مِنْكُمْ. وَ هُمُ الْمَعْصُومُونَ الْمُطَهَّرُونَ الَّذِينَ لَا يُذْنِبُونَ وَ لَا يَعْصُونَ وَ هُمُ الْمُؤَيَّدُونَ الْمُوَفَّقُونَ الْمُسَدَّدُونَ بِهِمْ يَرْزُقُ اللَّهُ عِبَادَهُ وَ بِهِمْ تُعْمَرُ بِلَادُهُ وَ بِهِمْ يُنْزِلُ الْقَطْرَ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ وَ بِهِمْ يُخْرِجُ بَرَكَاتِ الْأَرْضِ وَ بِهِمْ يُمْهِلُ أَهْلَ الْمَعَاصِي وَ لَا يُعَجِّلُ عَلَيْهِمْ بِالْعُقُوبَةِ وَ الْعَذَابِ لَا يُفَارِقُهُمْ رُوحُ الْقُدُسِ وَ لَا يُفَارِقُونَهُ وَ لَا يُفَارِقُونَ الْقُرْآنَ وَ لَا يُفَارِقُهُمْ صَلَوَاتُ اللَّهِ عَلَيْهِمْ أَجْمَعِينَ. علل الشرائع، ج‏1، ص: 124

غلو، به معنی افراط در دین و تجاوز کردن از حد و اندازه است. و یکی از عواملی که باعث می‌شود شیطان بر انسان حاکم و مسلط شود و او را به سوی عذاب الهی بکشد، غلو در دین است. غلو در لغت به معنای زیادت و بلند شدن است. در مثل گفته می شود آب دهان دانه گیاه را بلند و بزرگ کرد؛ یعنی بیشتر از اندازه‌اش گردانید. در لسان العرب غلو چنین معنا شده است: غلو تجاوز کردن از حد و اندازه، و یا خارج شدن از حد اعتدال است. و گفته شده غلو بلند شدن و تجاوز از حد و اندازه در هر چیز را گویند. ابن اثیر اصل و ریشۀ کلمهٔ غلو را به معنای ارتفاع و بلندی می داند و نیز تجاوز از حد و اندازه در هر چیز را غلو می‌نامد. به عبارت دیگر، واژه غلوّ در مقابل تقصیر است، و در لغت به معناى تجاوز از حدّ و افراط در شىء است؛ یعنى فرد یا چیزى بیش از آنچه در او است، توصیف شود. و یا در ستایش زیبایى‌هاى ظاهرى و معنوى فردى، بیش از حدّ سخن گفته شود. غلو در اصطلاح شرع به معنای افراط در دین است و آن تجاوز از حد وحی به سوی هوا و هوس و سلیقه‌های مختلف است؛ مانند این‌که پیامبران و امامان را خدا بدانند؛ مثل نصاری که به پیامران و بزرگان خود مقام الوهیت قایل شدند. مصداق بارز غلو در دین اسلام که اگر بدون قرینه به کار برود بر آن صدق می‌شود، غلو کسانی است که به الوهیت ائمه به ویژه امام علی (علیه‌السلام) اعتقاد دارند

#البيعة #الإنتظار #الغيبة إنما البیعة لحجة الله الحی المعصوم علیه السلام و ما وظائفنا تجاهه فی عصر الغیبة الكبرى؟ ..... قال الله الحكيم في محكم كتابه الكريم:يا أَيُّهَا الَّذينَ آمَنُوا أَطيعُوا اللَّهَ وَ أَطيعُوا الرَّسُولَ وَ أُولِي الْأَمْرِ مِنْكُمْ فَإِنْ تَنازَعْتُمْ في‏ شَيْ‏ءٍ فَرُدُّوهُ إِلَى اللَّهِ وَ الرَّسُولِ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ تُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللَّهِ وَ الْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ ذلِكَ خَيْرٌ وَ أَحْسَنُ تَأْويلاً (59 - النساء)عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ الْجُعْفِيِّ قَالَ: قُلْتُ لِأَبِي جَعْفَرٍ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ الْبَاقِرِ ع لِأَيِّ شَيْ‏ءٍ يُحْتَاجُ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ وَ الْإِمَامِ؟ فَقَالَ لِبَقَاءِ الْعَالَمِ عَلَى صَلَاحِهِ. وَ ذَلِكَ أَنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ يَرْفَعُ الْعَذَابَ عَنْ أَهْلِ الْأَرْضِ إِذَا كَانَ فِيهَا نَبِيٌّ أَوْ إِمَامٌ. قَالَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ وَ ما كانَ اللَّهُ لِيُعَذِّبَهُمْ وَ أَنْتَ فِيهِمْ. وَ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ص النُّجُومُ أَمَانٌ لِأَهْلِ السَّمَاءِ وَ أَهْلُ بَيْتِي أَمَانٌ لِأَهْلِ الْأَرْضِ. فَإِذَا ذَهَبَتِ النُّجُومُ أَتَى أَهْلَ السَّمَاءِ مَا يَكْرَهُون‏ وَ إِذَا ذَهَبَ أَهْلُ بَيْتِي أَتَى أَهْلَ الْأَرْضِ مَا يَكْرَهُونَ. يَعْنِي بِأَهْلِ بَيْتِهِ، الْأَئِمَّةَ الَّذِينَ قَرَنَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ طَاعَتَهُمْ بِطَاعَتِهِ فَقَالَ يا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا أَطِيعُوا اللَّهَ وَ أَطِيعُوا الرَّسُولَ وَ أُولِي الْأَمْرِ مِنْكُمْ.وَ هُمُ الْمَعْصُومُونَ الْمُطَهَّرُونَ الَّذِينَ لَا يُذْنِبُونَ وَ لَا يَعْصُونَ وَ هُمُ الْمُؤَيَّدُونَ الْمُوَفَّقُونَ الْمُسَدَّدُونَ بِهِمْ يَرْزُقُ اللَّهُ عِبَادَهُ وَ بِهِمْ تُعْمَرُ بِلَادُهُ وَ بِهِمْ يُنْزِلُ الْقَطْرَ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ وَ بِهِمْ يُخْرِجُ بَرَكَاتِ الْأَرْضِ وَ بِهِمْ يُمْهِلُ أَهْلَ الْمَعَاصِي وَ لَا يُعَجِّلُ عَلَيْهِمْ بِالْعُقُوبَةِ وَ الْعَذَابِ لَا يُفَارِقُهُمْ رُوحُ الْقُدُسِ وَ لَا يُفَارِقُونَهُ وَ لَا يُفَارِقُونَ الْقُرْآنَ وَ لَا يُفَارِقُهُمْ صَلَوَاتُ اللَّهِ عَلَيْهِمْ أَجْمَعِينَ. علل الشرائع، ج‏1، ص: 124 ..... عن أحمد بن إسحاق بن سعد الأشعریّ قال: خرج أبو محمّد، الحسن بن علیّ علیه السّلام علینا، و على عاتقه غلام، كأنّ وجهه القمر لیلة البدر، من أبناء ثلاث سنین. فقال: یا أحمد بن إسحاق، لو لا كرامتك على اللَّه عزّ و جلّ و على حججه ما عرضت علیك ابنی هذا. إنّه سمیّ رسول اللَّه ص إلى أن قال: فنطق الغلام ع بلسان عربیّ فصیح.فقال: أنا بقیّة اللَّه فی أرضه، و المنتقم من أعدائه. فلا تطلب أثرا بعد عین كمال الدين و تمام النعمة، ج‏2، ص: 385

#التفسير_الأقوم​ التفسير الأقوم - آیات 78 و 79 سوره مبارکه بقره : وَ مِنْهُمْ أُمِّيُّونَ لا يَعْلَمُونَ الْكِتابَ إِلاَّ أَمانِيَّ وَ إِنْ هُمْ إِلاَّ يَظُنُّونَ (78) فَوَيْلٌ لِلَّذِينَ يَكْتُبُونَ الْكِتابَ بِأَيْدِيهِمْ ثُمَّ يَقُولُونَ هذا مِنْ عِنْدِ اللَّهِ لِيَشْتَرُوا بِهِ ثَمَناً قَلِيلاً فَوَيْلٌ لَهُمْ مِمَّا كَتَبَتْ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَ وَيْلٌ لَهُمْ مِمَّا يَكْسِبُونَ (79) زندگی انسان همواره در طول تاریخ با رجوعِ غیرمتخصص به متخصص عجین بوده است؛ چیزی که عقل بدون واسطه به آن حکم می کند. و شرعِ مقدس نیز آن را امضا کرده است. همچنین، بزرگ ترین آفات دینداری تقلید کورکورانه است که مصیبت های بزرگی در طول تاریخ به وجود آورده است. این سلسله دروس به بررسی اقسام تقلید و بیان ویژگی های صحیح و ناصحیح آن، با معیار قرآن و روایات می پردازد. از بررسی قرآن و روایات به دست می آید که مقصود از تقلیدِ ممنوع، تنها تقلید کورکورانه از محیط، و عادتِ آباء و اجداد نیست، بلکه تقلید جاهل از عالم و رجوع عامى به فقیه، بر دو قسم است: ممنوع و مشروع. عدم بلوغ فکری، شخصیت زدگی، گذشته نگری و شخصیت گرایی، علاقه شدید به نیاکان و پیشینیان، و تعصب و گروه گرایی، از عوامل و انگیزه های تقلید کورکورانه می باشد. نکوهش تقلید در قرآن ناظر به «تقلیدهای کورکورانه» مشرکان و بت پرستان از گذشتگان «جاهل» خود است؛ پیروی و تقلیدی که به هیچ وجه برای آنها علم آور و عملی از سر دست یافتن به باورهای یقینی نیست. در حالی که تقلید مکلفین در فروع دین از فقهای جامع شرایط و گرفتن احکام دینی از آنها، نوعی مراجعه غیر متخصص به «متخصص» و یقین آور است؛ امری منطقی که به خاطر فطری بودن نه تنها مورد تایید عقلا قرار می گیرد که حتی قرآن نیز در سوره نحل به آن توصیه نموده است. گذشته از آن نکوهش ها و مذمت هایی که در آیات قرآن از تقلید صورت گرفته مربوط به اقتباس باورها در «اصول دین» است و حال آن که تقلید مصطلح فقهی در «فروع دین» یعنی احکام صورت می گیرد و طبق آموزه های مکتب اهل بیت عصمت و طهارت علیهم السلام، اصول دین تقلیدی نیستند و هر کسی باید به قدر توان خود با برهان و استدلال آنها را بپذیرد.

باب العصبية 1 - محمد بن يحيى، عن أحمد بن محمد بن عيسى، عن علي بن الحكم، عن داود بن النعمان، عن منصور بن حازم، عن أبي عبد الله (عليه السلام) قال: من تعصب أو تعصب له فقد خلع ربقة الإيمان عن عنقه. * الشرح: قوله (من تعصب أو تعصب له فقد خلع ربقة الإيمان من عنقه) الربق بالكسر: جمع الربقة وهي في الأصل عروة في حبل تجعل في عنق البهيمة أو يدها تمسكها، والمراد بها ما يشد المسلم به نفسه من عرى الاسلام أي حدوده وأحكامه وأوامره ونواهيه، والتعصب: المحاماة والمدافعة وإعانة القوم والعصبة وذوي القرابة على الظلم وهو من الحمية الجاهلية التي تحدث من طغيان النفس الأمارة ونفثات الشيطان فيها بأن تقاعدك أنفة وعار عليك وعلى قومك فتقدم حينئذ على ما يوجب خروجه من الإيمان وخلع ربقه من عنقه، وهذا من المتعصب ظاهر، وأما من المتعصب له فلابد من تقييده بما إذا كان هو الباعث عليه والراضي به وإلا فلا إثم عليه. 2 - علي بن إبراهيم، عن أبيه، عن ابن أبي عمير، عن هشام بن سالم ودرست ابن أبي منصور، عن أبي عبد الله (عليه السلام) قال: قال رسول الله (صلى الله عليه وآله): من تعصب أو تعصب له فقد خلع ربق الإيمان من عنقه. 3 - علي بن إبراهيم، عن أبيه، عن النوفلي، عن السكوني، عن أبي عبد الله (عليه السلام) قال: قال رسول الله (صلى الله عليه وآله): من كان في قلبه حبة من خردل من عصبية بعثه الله يوم القيامة مع أعراب الجاهلية. * الشرح: قوله (من كان في قلبه حبة من خردل من عصبية بعثه الله يوم القيامة مع أعراب الجاهلية) لتشبهه بهم في العصبية والحمية والخروج من طاعة الله تعالى ومحاسن الأخلاق ومحامد الأعمال، ومن تشبه بقوم فهو منهم. 4 - أبو علي الأشعري، عن محمد بن عبد الجبار، عن صفوان بن يحيى، عن خضر، عن محمد ابن مسلم، عن أبي عبد الله (عليه السلام) قال: من تعصب عصبه الله بعصابة من نار. * الشرح: قوله (من تعصب عصبه الله بعصابة من نار) العصب الشد، ومنه عصابة الرأس - بالكسر - وهي ما يشد به من عمامة وغيرها. - عدة من أصحابنا، عن أحمد بن محمد بن خالد، عن أحمد بن محمد بن أبي نصر، عن صفوان بن مهران، عن عامر بن السمط، عن حبيب بن أبي ثابت، عن علي بن الحسين (عليهما السلام) قال: لم يدخل الجنة حمية غير حمية حمزة بن عبد المطلب - وذلك حين أسلم - غضبا للنبي (صلى الله عليه وآله) في حديث السلا الذي القي على النبي (صلى الله عليه وآله). * الشرح: قوله (لم تدخل الجنة حمية غير حمية حمزة بن عبد المطلب) الحمية: الأنفة والعار والغيرة، وهي من أسباب الحماية أي المنع والدفع، ومن لوزام الغضب والفخر والعجب والكبر لأنها تنشأ من تصور المؤذي مع الترفع على فاعله واعتقاد الشرف عليه. ولما ذم الحمية أشار إلى الحمية المحمودة وهي الحمية في الدين التي هي من مكارم الأخلاق ومحاسن الأعمال التي يتفاضل فيها أهل المجد والشرف. (والسلا) مقصورا الجلدة الرقيقة التي يكون فيها الولد من المواشي. 6 - عنه، عن أبيه، عن فضالة، عن داود بن فرقد، عن أبي عبد الله (عليه السلام) قال: الملائكة كانوا يحسبون أن إبليس منهم، وكان في علم الله أنه ليس منهم، فاستخرج ما في نفسه بالحمية والغضب فقال: (خلقتني من نار وخلقته من طين). * الشرح: قوله (فاستخرج ما في نفسه) أي أظهر ما في نفس إبليس. (بالحمية والغضب فقال (خلقتني من نار وخلقته من طين)) فأخذته الحمية وافتخر وتكبر على آدم بأن أصله من نار وأصل آدم من طين، والنار أشرف من الطين، فصار بذلك إمام المتعصبين، ومقتدى المتكبرين، فأبعده الله من رحمته، وقال (فأخرج إنك من الصاغرين) وإذا كان حاله مع كثرة عبادته حتى قيل إنه عبد الله ستة آلاف سنة لا يدرى أمن سني الدنيا أو من سني الآخرة وحتى ظن الملائكة أنه منهم، كذلك لأجل تكبر وعصبية واحدة على شخص واحد في ساعة واحدة فما ظنك أيها المتعصب المتكبر على كثير من ذرية آدم، وكيف أمنت أن تكون مع قصر مدة عبادتك وكثرة معصيتك مثله، والله هو المستعان. 7 - علي بن إبراهيم، عن أبيه، وعلي بن محمد القاساني، عن القاسم بن محمد، عن المنقري، عن عبد الرزاق، عن معمر، عن الزهري قال: سئل علي بن الحسين (عليهما السلام) عن العصبية، فقال: العصبية التي يأثم عليها صاحبها أن يرى الرجل شرار قومه خيرا من خيار قوم آخرين، وليس من العصبية أن يحب الرجل قومه، ولكن من العصبية أن يعين قومه على الظلم.
