Ayatollah Sayyid Ali Khamenei provides us with a short interpretation of the following verse of the Holy Quran.
Chapter 5 (al-Maida), Verse 3: “This day those who disbelieve have despaired of [defeating] your religion; so do not fear them, but fear Me. This day have I perfected for you your religion and I have completed My favor upon you and I have approved (am satisfied with) Islam as a religion for you.”

Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
Prepare Dough:
-Khameer (Instant yeast) 1 & ½ tsp
-Cheeni (Sugar) 2 tsp
-Pani (Water) warm 1 Cup
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 3 Cups
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp
-Oil 2 tbs
-Pani (Water) warm ¼ Cup or as required
-Makhan (Butter) melted 1 tbs
-Anda (Egg) 1
Beef Filling:
-Beef qeema (Beef mince) 400 gms
-Tamatar (Tomato) finely chopped 1 large
-Pyaz (Onion) finely chopped 1 medium
-Lehsan (Garlic) crushed 2 tbs
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped ¼ Cup
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Sumac powder ½ tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed 1 tsp
-Kalay til (Black sesame seeds) to sprinkle
Cheese Filling:
-Cheddar cheese grated ½ Cup or as required
-Mozzarella cheese grated ½ Cup or as required
-Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed to sprinkle
-Mixed herbs to sprinkle
-Kalonji (Nigella seeds) to sprinkle
Directions:
Prepare Dough:
-In small jug,add instant yeast,sugar,warm water and mix well,cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.
-In all-purpose flour,add salt,oil and mix well.
-Now add yeast mixture and mix well.
-Gradually add warm water and knead until dough is formed,cover and let it rest for 2-3 hours.
-Grease your hands with oil and knead dough again until smooth.Dough is ready!
-In bowl,add butter and egg,mix well & set aside.
Beef Filling:
-In bowl,add beef mince,tomato,onion,garlic,fresh coriander,cumin powder,black pepper powder,salt, sumac powder and red chili crushed,mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.
-On working surface,sprinkle flour and knead dough again.
-Cut the dough into pieces,sprinkle flour and roll out in oval shape with the help of rolling pin.
-On baking tray,sprinkle flour and place rolled dough.
-Add marinated beef mixture and spread evenly.
-Now fold the edges/sides to make a boat shape.
-Brush the edges/sides of the dough with egg+butter mixture and sprinkle black sesame seeds.
-Bake in preheated oven at 200 C for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
-Once cool,cut into slices and serve.
Cheese Filling:
-On baking tray,sprinkle flour and place rolled dough.
-Add cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,red chili crushed and mixed herbs.
-Now fold the edges/sides to make a boat shape.
-Brush the edges/sides of the dough with egg+butter mixture and sprinkle nigella seeds.
-Bake in preheated oven at 200 C for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
-Once cool,cut into slices and serve.

-Thora thora ker ka neem garam pani shamil karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein aur dhak ker 2-3 hours kliya rakh dein.
-Haathon ko oil sa grease karein aur dough ko smooth hunay tak dubara ghond lein.Dough tayyar hai.
-Bowl mein makhan aur anda dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.

Directions:
-In bowl,add chicken,chicken tikka masala,yogurt,mix well and marinate for 15 minutes.
-In frying pan,add cooking oil,marinated chicken and cook until chicken is done (approx. 12-15 minutes).
-In the center of the frying pan,add cooking oil,onion,capsicum and stir fry for 1 minute then add chicken,mix well & set aside.
-In saucepan,add butter and let it melt.
-Add all-purpose flour and mix well for 1 minute.
-Add milk and whisk well.
-Add cheddar cheese,salt,red chili powder,chicken powder,whisk continuously and cook until sauce thickens & set aside.
-In frying pan,add butter and let it melt.
-Add onion,garlic,mix well and sauté until translucent & set aside.
-In bowl,add potatoes and mash well with the help of the masher.
-Now add sautéed onion+garlic,baking powder,achar gosht masala,all-purpose flour,eggs and mix until well combined.
-Preheat waffle maker and grease with oil,add add prepared batter on waffle iron and spread evenly.
-Cook for 8-10 minutes (makes 5-6).
-On serving plate,place waffle,cooked chicken,drizzle white sauce and garnish with green onion leaves & serve!

-Bowl mein aloo dal ker masher ki madad sa ache tarhan mash ker lein.

-Makhan (Butter) 2-3 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
-Yakhni (Stock) 1 & ½ Cup
-Corn flour 2-3 tbs
-Doodh (Milk) 1 Cup
-Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1/4 tsp or to taste
-Mixed herbs 1 tsp
-Cheddar cheese grated 1 Cup
-Aloo (Potato) boiled ½ kg

Directions:
-In saucepan,add butter and let it melt.
-Add garlic and mix well.
-In stock,add corn flour and whisk well.
-Now add dissolve corn flour,milk and whisk well.
-Add white pepper powder,black pepper crushed,salt and mixed herbs,whisk well & cook until sauce thickens.
-Add cheddar cheese,whisk well and cook until cheese melts & set aside.
-In bowl,grate potatoes with the help of the grater.
-Add egg yolk,all-purpose flour and mix well.
-Add salt,mix well and knead until dough is formed.
-Transfer it to a working surface,gradually sprinkle all-purpose flour and knead gently until the flour is fully incorporated and dough is soft and smooth.
-Divide the dough into flour equal part.
-With the palms of both hands,roll the dough on floured surface into a rope about 3/4 inch in diameter.
-With the help of the cutter and cut into crosswise square gnocchi (1 inch).
-To shape the gnocchi hold a fork in one hand and place a gnocchi pillow against the tines of the fork, cut ends out.Use your thumb and press in and down the length of the fork.
-In wok,add water and bring it boil,add gnocchi pasta and boil for 1 minute or they rise to the top then drain & set aside.
-In wok,add butter and let it melt,add gnocchi pasta and fry until golden brown.
-On serving plate,add cooked gnocchi pasta,prepared cheese sauce and garnish with fresh coriander /fresh parsley & serve!

-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 & ½ Cups
-Baking powder ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp
-Milk chocolate grated 200g
-Coconut oil 1 tsp
-Rainbow sprinkles as required
Directions:
-In a blender machine,add sugar & grind to a fine powder & set aside.
-Cut butter into cubes.
Tip: If butter is refrigerated,cover it with hot ceramic/glass bowl for few minutes to soften the butter.
-In a bowl,add butter and beat well.
-On a bowl,place sifter,add powdered sugar,sift it then mix with the help of spatula then beat well until light,fluffy & smooth.
-Add egg,vanilla essence & beat at low speed until mixed.
-Place sifter on a bowl,add all-purpose flour,baking powder,salt and sift dry ingredients together then fold with the help of spatula then beat until just combined & transfer the mixture on a clean working surface lined with cling film.
-Grease hand with butter,make a smooth ball of dough,cover with cling film and press gently to flatten the dough into a square shape & refrigerate for 30 minutes.
-Take out from from refrigerator,remove cling film,dust all-purpose flour & roll out evenly with the help of rolling pin (thickness: ¼ inch)
-Dip cookie cutter in all-purpose flour & cut into desired shapes with the help of the cookie cutter.
-Place cookies on a baking tray lined with butter paper and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Option # 1: Baking in Oven
-Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 15 minutes.
Option # 2: Pot Baking
-In a pot,place steam stand/wire rack,cover & preheat on medium flame for 15 minutes.
-Place cookies tray,cover & bake in pot on low flame for 10 minutes.
-After baking,let them cool on cooling rack to cool completely.
-In a bowl,add chocolate,microwave for a minute & mix well until smooth.
-Add coconut oil & mix until well combined.
-Dip half butter cookies in melted chocolate and decorate with rainbow sprinkles.
-Place butter cookies on butter paper and chill for 5 minutes until chocolate is harden.
-Can be stored in an airtight jar for up to 1 week.

-Refrigerator sa nikal ker cling film ko remove karein,maida chirak dein aur rolling pin ki madad sa evenly bail lein (thickness: ¼ inch)
-Cookie cutter ko maida mein dip karein aur desired shapes mein cookie cutter ki madad sa cut ker lein.
-Cookies ko baking tray (lined with butter paper) per rakh dein & 20 minutes kliya refrigerate ker lein.

The stuffing includes the potatoes, onions, peas, coriander etc. The samosa often served with tamarind chutney or curd.Onion samosa, popularly known as Irani samosa is a stuffed pastry and popular in South Asia, Southeast Asia, Central Asia, Arabian Peninsula, Southwest Asia, North and South Africa. It is generally fried in triangular shape with a savory filling. The stuffing includes the potatoes, onions, peas, coriander etc. The samosa often served with tamarind chutney or curd.
Ingredients
1 cup Atta (Wheat Flour)
1/2 tsp chatmasala.
1 tsp chilli powder
1 bunch coriander leaves
1/2 tsp cumin powder
3 number green chillis
1 cup maida
to fry 0 Oil
1 cup onions
1 cup poha
as needed 0 salt
as needed 0 water
Directions
● Take a bowl add maida,atta,salt, 1 tsp oil mix well then add water to make a soft dough rest it for 10min.
● Now in another bowl,take onions chopped,poha,chilli powder,cumin powder,green chillis chopped,oriander ,chat masala mix well.
● In a small bowl add 1tsp of maida mix with some water and make a paste keep a side.
● Now take the dough make a thin chapaties and take a pan slightly cook the chapatis both the sides do not cook more.
● Once chapaties are ready cut the chapati sheets into long triangle shape.
● Now apply maida paste one side of the sheet make a cone shape stuff the mixture in the cone then close the edge.
● In a pan add oil to deep fry, first half fry and remove then after 5min fry again till golden colour

-Add chicken,black pepper powder,salt,garlic paste,egg and chop until well combined and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
-If mixture is too soft,add bread slices or if the mixture is too hard,add milk.
-In bowl,add bread crumbs and dried parsley,mix well & set aside.
-In bowl,add eggs and milk,whisk well & set aside.
-In bowl,add all-purpose flour,corn flour,black pepper powdersalt and mix well.
-Grease your hands with oil,take a mixture and make a ball.
-Now coat in all-purpose flour mixture and dip into beaten eggs then coat in bread crumbs.
-Cut into desired shape with the help of the cutter.

-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed ½ tbs
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tbs
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped ½ Cup
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 200 gms
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tbs
-Pani (Water) 1 tbs or as required
-Samosa patti/Manda patti
-Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
-In frying pan,add oil,mince and mix well until changes color.
-Add ginger garlic paste,green chilies,coriander seeds,red chili powder,salt,red chili crushed and cumin seeds,mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes.
-Add fresh coriander and mix well.
-Add onion and mix well for 2 minutes.
-Let it cool down.
-In small bowl,add all-purpose flour,water and mix well to make a smooth paste & set aside.
-Take samosa patti/manda patti and make pocket,add filling in the center and roll into the shape of samosa and seal corners with all-purpose flour & water paste.
-Similarly make other samosas (makes 15-16).
-In wok,heat cooking oil and fry samosa until golden brown.

Chocolate Éclair
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Doodh (Milk) 500 ml
-Cheeni (Sugar) 1 Cup or to taste
-Vanilla essence ½ tsp
-Doodh (Milk) ½ Cup
-Rafhan custard powder 5 tbs
-Doodh (Milk) ½ Cup
-Pani (Water) ½ Cup
-Makhan (Butter) 100 gms
-Cheeni (Sugar) 1/4 Cup
-Namak (Salt) 1 pinch
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 1 Cup
-Anday (Eggs) 3 small
-Cooking chocolate 1 Cup
-Cream 3/4 Cup
Directions:
-In pot,add milk and bring it to boil.
-Add sugar and mix well.
-Add vanilla essence and mix well.
-In milk,add custard powder and mix well.
-In boiling milk,add dissolve custard,whisk continuously and cook until custard is thick then strain with the help of the strainer and whisk continuously until cooled down (room temperature).
-Refrigerate until use.
-In pot,add milk,water,butter,sugar,salt,mix well and cook on low flame for 2 minutes.
-Turn off the flame,add all-purpose flour and mix until well combined.
-Turn on the flame and cook on low flame until dough is formed (approx. 2-3 minutes).
-Let it rest for 3-4 minutes.
-Add eggs,one by one and mix until well combined.
-In piping bag,add prepared dough mixture.
-On baking tray,place butter paper and sprinkle all-purpose flour.
-Pipe in prepared dough on to baking tray (using large nozzle).
-Bake in preheated oven at 200 C for 10 minutes then reduce temperature to 180 C for 30-35 minutes.
-Cool down completely on wire rack (makes 18-20).
-In bowl,add cooking chocolate,cream and microwave for 1 minute then mix well.
-Make hole,fill éclair with prepared custard through the bottom then dip the top into melted chocolate,allowing excess to drip off & refrigerate.
-Garnish with melted white chocolate & serve!

-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) ½ Cup

Prepare Chocolate Frosting:
-Chocolate semisweet 400g
-Whipping cream 300ml
-Vanilla essence ½ tsp
-Cocoa powder 2 tbs
Directions:
Prepare Chocolate Cake:
-In hot water,add instant coffee,mix well & set aside.
-In a bowl,place sifter,add all-purpose flour,cocoa powder,baking powder,baking soda,salt & sift together.
-Add caster sugar & mix well.
-Add eggs,milk,cooking oil,vinegar,vanilla essence & beat until well combined.
-Now add dissolved coffee,beat well & set aside.
-Grease 8” round pan with butter & line with butter paper.
-Pour the batter in greased baking pan & bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 40 minutes.
-Take out cake pan from oven and let it cool down.
Prepare Chocolate Syrup:
-In a small jug,add cocoa powder,caster sugar,hot water,whisk well & set aside.
Prepare Chocolate Frosting:
-Place a bowl on double boiler & add semisweet chocolate,whipping cream & whisk well until smooth.
-Add vanilla essence,cocoa powder & whisk until well combined.
-Let it cool,cover & refrigerate for 1 hour.
-Place the bowl on ice bath & beat until soft peaks form (approx. 10 minutes) then transfer to a piping bag.
-Remove cake from baking pan and with the help of the cake knife,horizontally cut three layers of cake.
-Place first layer of cake on cake strand,apply prepared chocolate syrup with the help of brush.
-Now add & spread prepared chocolate frosting with the help of spatula.
-Place another layer of cake and apply prepared chocolate syrup with the help of brush.
-Now spread prepared chocolate frosting & repeat the same process for top layer of cake and cover the sides of the cake with frosting.
-Decorate & chilled until serve!

Prepare Dough:
-In a jug,add warm water,sugar,instant yeast & mix well,cover & let it rest for 4-5 minutes & set aside.
-In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,salt,baking soda & mix well.
-Add yogurt,cooking oil & mix well until it crumbles.
-Add yeast mixture & mix well.
-Gradually add milk & knead until soft dough is formed.
-Add cooking oil and knead again,cover & let it proof for 1 & ½ hour at warm place.
-Sprinkle dry flour,stretch & knead dough for 2-3 minutes then divide the dough into 6 portions.
-Make a small dough (130g),sprinkle dry flour & roll out dough in oval shape with the help of rolling pin.
-Make gashes with the help of finger tips,flip the naan & apply salt water on the other side of naan.
-Heat iron griddle,place naan (wet side down) and cook on low flame until it starts to bubble and bottom turns brown then flip the griddle and cook top side on direct flame until it’s charred.
Prepare Chicken:
-In a bowl,add red chilli powder,salt,onion powder,black pepper powder,paprika powder,garlic powder,dried oregano & mix well.
-Add chicken,mix well & set aside.
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,chicken,mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes,cover & cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes then cook on high flame until oil separates & set aside.
Assembling:
-Place naan on a pizza rack.
-Add & spread pizza sauce,add cooked chicken,onion,tomato,pickled jalapenos,mozzarella cheese,cheddar cheese,dried oregano & red chilli crushed (makes 6).
-In a pot,place steam stand/wire rack,cover & preheat on medium flame for 15 minutes.
-Place naan pizza on rack,cover & bake in pot on medium flame until cheese melts (5-6 minutes).
-Cut into slices & serve!

-In the end, add lemon juice, stir well and set aside.

-In lukewarm water,add sugar and instant yeast,mix & let it sit for 15 minutes.
-In bowl add flour, orange food color,ghee melted,gram flour,yeast mixture,water and make a batter of desired consistency. Let it rest for 10 minutes and consume immediately (within 10-15 minutes).
-Now pour this batter in the sneezing bottle.
-In frying pan, heat desi ghee and squeeze the bottle and make centric rings with the batter.
-When one side is cooked, turn over and fry the other side.
-After frying, immediately put the fried jalebis in the sugar syrup. The sugar syrup should be slightly warm when you add jalebis in it.
-Turn over after a minute so that both sides are coated with the syrup.
-Keep them in the sugar syrup for about 2-3 minutes.
-Remove jablebis with the help of tong and shake lightly so that excess sugar syrup.
-Jalebi is ready to serve.

-Makhan (Butter) 125 gms

-Anda (Egg) 1
-Chocolate chips ½ Cup
Directions:
-In grinder,add brown sugar and coarsely grind it & set aside.
-In bowl,place sifter,add all-purpose flour and baking powder and sift together,mix well and set aside.
-In mixer machine,add butter,caster sugar,grinded brown sugar and beat until well combined.
-Add egg and beat again.
-During mixing,gradually add dry ingredients and beat well.
-Add chocolate chips and mix well with the help of the spatula.
-Cover and rest it for 20-25 minutes in refrigerate or10 minutes in freezer.
-Grease baking tray with oil,take a mixture and make a ball,place it over the baking tray and slightly press it and add chocolate chips.
-Bake in preheated oven at 150 C for 20-25 minutes.

White Sauce:
-Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tbs
-Doodh (Milk) 1 & ½ Cups
-Dried oregano 1 tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Cheddar cheese grated 2 tbs
-Shell pasta (boiled) 400 gms
Directions:
-Boiled pasta as per packet instructions & set aside.

-Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed ½ tsp or to taste

-Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Zarda ka rang (Yellow food color) 1 pinch
-Pani (Water) ½ Cup or as required
-Chicken boiled & shredded 1 Cup
-Gajar (Carrot) 1 Cup
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) 1 Cup
-Bund gobhi (Cabbage) 1 Cup
-Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves ½ Cup
-Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
-In bowl,add all-purpose flour,corn flour,rice flour,egg,black pepper powder,red chili crushed,chicken powder,salt,white pepper powder,yellow food color and mix well.
-Gradually add water and whisk until batter is formed.
-Add chicken,carrot,capsicum,cabbage,green onion leaves and mix well.
-In wok,heat cooking oil and fry on medium flame until golden & crispy.

Cookies 4-Ways with one Dough Without Oven
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Makhan (Butter) soft 200g (room temperature)
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 2/3 Cup
-Brown sugar powdered 1/3 Cup
-Vanilla essence ½ tbs
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp tsp
-Anday (Eggs) 2 (room temperature)
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 & ½ Cups
-Baking soda ½ tsp
-Baking powder ½ tsp
-Oreo biscuits crushed
-M&M’s bounties
-Milk chocolate chunks 3-4 tbs
-Bareek cheeni (Castor sugar) 3-4 tbs
-Darchini powder (Cinnamon powder) 1 tbs
-Instant coffee powdered 1 tbs
Directions:
-In a bowl,add butter,caster sugar,brown sugar,vanilla essence,salt & beat until creamy.
-Add eggs & beat again.
-Place strainer on the bowl,add all-purpose flour,baking soda,baking powder and sift together.
-Mix well with the help of spatula & refrigerate for 15 minutes.
-In a bowls,separate dough into four sections.
Oreo Cookies:
-In one bowl,add oreo biscuits & mix gently.
M&M’s Cookies:
-In second bowl,add m&m’s bounties & mix gently.
Chocolate Chunk Cookies:
-In third bowl,add milk chocolate chunks & mix gently.
-Now take 1 tbs of dough mixture from each bowl and make a balls.
Cinnamon Coffee Cookies:
-In a separate bowl add,caster sugar,cinnamon powder,instant coffee & mix well.
-Take 1 tbs of dough mixture from 4th bowl,make a ball & coat with coffee,cinnamon & sugar mixture.
-Lined baking tray with butter paper,place cookies and decorate with coffee,cinnamon & sugar mixture, oreo biscuits,m&m’s bounties,milk chocolate & press gently.
Baking in Oven:
-Bake in preheated oven at 170 C for 15-18 minutes (on lower grill).
Baking without Oven:
-In pot,add 1 pack of salt,place wire rack (min 2“high) and preheat for 10 minutes.
-Place cookies,cover and bake in pot on low flame for 18-20 minutes.
-After baking,cook down cookies at room temperature for 30 minutes.

-2nd bowl mein m&m’s bounties dal ker gently mix ker lein.
Chocolate Chunk Cookies:
-3rd bowl mein milk chocolate chunks dal ker gently mix ker lein.
-Ab her bowls mein sa 1 tbs dough mixture lein aur balls bana lein.
-Alga bowl mein bareek cheeni,darchini aur instant coffee dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Cinnamon Coffee Cookies:
-4th bowl sa 1 tbs dough mixture lein aur ball bana lein coffee,darchini aur cheeni ka mixture mein coat ker lein.
-Baking tray per butter paper laga ker cookies rakh dein,coffee,darchini & cheeni mixture,oreo biscuits, m&m’s bounties,milk chocolate sa decorate ker ka gently press ker lein.
Baking in Oven:
