Kheer 3-ways Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
Sooji (Semolina) Kheer:
-Sooji (Semolina) 1 & ½ tbs
-Doodh (Milk) 1 Cup
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) 1 pinch
-Desi ghee (Pure clarified butter) ½ tsp
-Dry fruit mix powder 1 tsp
-Brown sugar or Raw sugar 1 tsp or to taste
Directions:
-In pot,add semolina and roast until fragrant.
-Gradually add milk and mix well until well combined.
-Add cardamom powder and mix well.
-Add pure clarified butter,dry fruit mix powder and mix well.
-Add brown sugar or raw sugar and mix well.
-Cover and cook until desired consistency.
Ingredients:
Sabudana Kheer:
-Sabudana (Sago) 1 tbs (soaked 30 minutes)
-Doodh (Milk) 1 Cup
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) 1 pinch
-Dry fruit mix powder 1 tsp
-Cheeni (Sugar) 1 tsp or to taste
-Desi ghee (Pure clarified butter) ½ tsp
Directions:
-In pot,add sago and mash well.
-Add milk and mix well.
-Add cardamom powder and mix well.
-Add dry fruit mix powder and whisk well.
-Add sugar and mix well.
-Add pure clarified butter,mix well and cook until desired consistency.

-Badam (Almonds) 4
-Misri (Rock sugar) 3 small pieces
-Instant oats 2 tbs
-Doodh (Milk) 1 Cup
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) 1 pinch
Directions:
-In mixer,add almonds,rock sugar,instant oats and grind well & set aside.
-In pot,add milk and oats mixture and mix well continuously.
-Add cardamom powder,mix well and cook until desired consistency.

-Saib (Apple) ½ kg
-Cheeni (Sugar) 3-4 tbs or to taste
-Chawal (Rice) basmati 1/4 Cup (soaked for 2 hours)
-Doodh (Milk) 1 & ½ litre
-Cheeni (Sugar) 3-4 tbs or to taste
-Pista (Pistachios) crushed 2-3 tbs
-Kishmish (Raisins) 2 tbs
-Badam (Almonds) crushed 2-3 tbs
-Rafhan custard powder 2 tbs
-Doodh (Milk) ½ Cup
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) ½ tsp
Directions:
-In frying pan,add apples (grated with the help of the garter),mix well and cook on low flame for 5-6 minutes.
-Add sugar,mix well and cook until sugar is dissolved.
-In mortal & pestle,add soaked rice,crush well & set aside.
-In wok,add milk and bring it to boil.
-Now crushed rice,cook on low flame 4-5 minutes and mix continuously.
-Now add cooked apples mixture,sugar,mix continuously and cook on low flame for 10-12 minutes.
-Add pistachios,raisins,almonds and mix well.
-In custard powder,add milk and mix well.
-Now add dissolve custard,mix continuously and cook until custard is thick.
-Add cardamom powder and mix well.
-In serving dish,add apple kheer and garnish with apple slices,pistachios and almonds.
-Chill in refrigerator & serve!

-Ab cooked saib ka mixture aur cheeni shamil karein aur halki ancch per 10-12 minutes kliya paka lein aur musalsal mix kertay rahein.
-Pista,kishmish aur badam dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Custard powder mein doodh dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Add dissolve custard shamil karein aur custard garha hunay tak paka lein aur musalsal mix kertay rahein.
-Elaichi powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Serving dish mein saib ki kheer dal dein aur saib ka slices,pista aur badam sa garnish karein.
-Thanda ker ka serve karein.
