Ayatollah Khamenei made the remark in a message to the Hajj pilgrims. The full text of the message is as follows: In the Name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful Greetings to the holy Ka’aba, the base of monotheism, and pilgrimage place of the faithful. The place on which angels land, and greetings to Masjid al-Haram, Arafat, Mash’ar and Mina, and greetings to humble hearts, and tongues mentioning God, and eyes opened with insight, and thoughts which have set examples to others, and greetings to you blissful Hajj pilgrims, who have succeeded in answering positive to the divine call and are taking advantage of this bountiful occasion. The first duty of Hajj pilgrims is to muse on this global, historical and eternal positive response to the divine call: “verily all thanks and blessings are yours as well as absolute rule, and there is no partner for you, and I accept your call.” All eulogies and thanks, belong to Him, and all blessings come from Him, and all the rules and power belong to Him. This is the viewpoint that is given to a Hajj pilgrim at the first step of this rich and meaningful obligation, and continuation of these rituals takes place in coordination with it, and then, like a lasting training and an unforgettable lesson, it is put in front of him, and requires him to regulate his life plan on its basis. Learning this great lesson and acting upon It, is the same blessed spring which can impart vivacity, liveliness and dynamism to the lives of Muslims, and relieve them from the problems with which they are grappling – both at this time, and in all other times. The idol of human proclivities, vanity and lust, the idol of seeking dominance over others and submission to dominance, the idol of the global arrogance, the idol of laziness and irresponsibility, and all idols that bring humiliation to the endeared human soul will be shattered with this Abrahamic outcry, when it comes from the bottom of one’s heart and turns into a life plan, and will substitute freedom and dignity and health for dependence and hardship and affliction. Brethren and sisters who are performing the Hajj pilgrimage, from any nation and any country, think about this wise divine word, and through a painstaking approach to problems facing the Islamic world, especially in West Asia and North Africa, define for yourself, in view of your personal and environmental capacities and potentialities, a duty and responsibility and then strive towards fulfilling it. Today, the mischievous policies of America in this region, which are the source of war, bloodshed, devastation, homelessness as well as poverty, and backwardness and ethnic and religious differences on the one hand, and crimes committed by the Zionist regime, which has taken its usurping behavior in the country of Palestine to the ultimate degree of ruthlessness and evilness, in addition to repeated violations of the sacred sanctuary of the al-Aqsa Mosque, and trampling on the lives and property of the oppressed Palestinians on the other hand, are the foremost problem for all of you Muslims. About which you must think and in the face of which you must know your Islamic obligation. Religious ulema, political, and cultural elites shoulder a much heavier responsibility, which is unfortunately ignored by them most of the time. The ulema, instead of fanning the flames of religious discord, and the politicians, instead of passivity in the face of the enemy, and the cultural elite, instead of being preoccupied with marginal issues, must try to know the great ailment of the Islamic world and accept their mission, which they are responsible to fulfill before God, and try to cope with it. The regretful incidents in the region, [including] in Iraq and the Levant and Yemen and Bahrain, and in the West Bank and Gaza, and in some other Asian and African countries, are major problems of the Islamic Ummah, in which the plotting hands of the global arrogance must be seen, and for which a remedy must be sought. Nations must demand this from their governments, and governments must remain loyal to their heavy responsibility. Hajj and its glorious gatherings are the loftiest place for the rise and exchange of this historic obligation. The opportunity to denounce [infidels], which must be valued through participation of all Hajj pilgrims, from all places, is one of the most expressive political rituals in this overarching obligation. This year, the bitter and devastating incident of Masjid al-Haram, brought bitterness to all Hajj pilgrims and their nations. It is true that those who passed away in this incident, who went to meet their God while saying prayers and going around Ka’aba and worshipping God, have achieved great bliss and are, God willing, resting in the sanctuary of divine safety, observance and mercy, and this could be a great source of consolation for their families. But this issue cannot reduce the heaviness of the responsibility of those people who are committed to providing security for the guests of the Beneficent God. Neka je selam časnoj Ka\\\\\\\'bi, bazi jedinstva i tavafa vjernika i mjesto spuštanja meleka; i selam Mesdžidu el Haramu i Arefatu i Maš\\\\\\\'aru i Minni; i selam skrušenim srcima, i jezicima koji čine zikir i očima otvorim za razumjevanje i mislima za otvorenim za pouke; i selam vama dragim i usrećenim hadžijama koji se dobili mogućnost da odgovorite na poziv svome Gospodaru i koji ste sjeli za ove blagorodne trpeze. Prva obaveza je dobro razmisliti o ovom svjetskom, svakogodišnjem i historijskom pozivu i odzivu: Odazivam Ti se, Allahu moj, odazivam! Odazivam Ti se, Ti uistinu nemaš druga, odazivam. Zaista, svaka hvala, blagodat i vlast, pripadaju samo Tebi, Ti nemaš druga! Ovo je pogled kojeg izgovaraju hadžije na samom početku ove stroge vjerske obaveze i farza, ispunjene značenjem i shvatanjima tako da u nastavku obavljanja drugih vjerskih obaveza povezanih sa hadžom, koordinacija biva postignuta u skladu sa tim učenjem i tada, kao vječno znanje i poduka, kao lekcija koja nikada neće biti zaboravljena, biva stavljena pred Njega i program djelovanja u nastavku ljudskog života bila usklađen prema njemu. Od njega se traži učenje ove velike lekcije i ujedno djelovanje i rad prema njenom učenju; to je izvorište koje je u stanju da živote svih muslimana učini svježim, živim i naprednim i oslobodi svih problema i nedaća u kojima su se zatekli – u tom vremenu i svim vremenima. Idoli egoizma, kibura i tjelesne požude, idoli superiornosti i želja za vlast, idoli svjetskog imperijalizma, idoli ljenosti i neodgovornosti i svi drugi oblici idola koji uništavaju ljudsku dušu, biće uništeni tek sa ovim Ibrahimovim a.s. zalogom, u onom momentu kada ističe iz dubine duše i kada postane program životni program. Tada će sloboda, čast i zdravlje doći na mjesto ovisnosti, poteškoća i problema. Draga braćo i sestre koji obavljate hadž, bilo koje nacije da bili i iz bilo koje zemlje da dolazili, dobro razmislite o ovoj Božijoj riječi i budnim i preciznim pogledom posmatrajte na probleme sa kojima se susreće islamski svijet, posebno na zapadu Azije i sjeveru Afrike, te na osnovu toga a prema vlastitim i kapacitetima i potencijalima koji postoje u vašoj sredini, odredite sebi obaveze u dužnosti i u njihovom provođenju pokažite zalaganje i trud. Danas su neprijateljska politika Sjedinjenih Američkih Država u ovom regionu sa jedne strane dovela do strašnih i krvavih ratova, do razaranja i prognanstva, dovela je do siromaštva i zaostalosti, dovela je do stvaranaj etničkih i vjerskih netrpeljivosti, dok su sa druge strane zločini cionističkog režima koji konstantno prema palestinskoj naciji zauzima neprijateljsko ponašanje koje je dostiglo do vrhunca nedaća i zla, i konstantno vrijeđanje i skrnavljenje časti svete džamije Aksa i gaženje imovine i života ugrožene palestinske nacije, najvažnija pitanja islamskog svijeta o kojima trebamo dobro razmisliti i shvatiti kakva je naša islamska dužnost i obaveza prema ovim stvarima. Vjerski autoriteti, politički čelnici, javne i kulturne ličnosti na svojim plećima imaju tešku dužnost i obavezu, ali nažalost, u velikom broju slučajeva, oni su zaboravili i zapostavili tu svoju obavezu. Vjerska ulema umjesto što je zauzeta rasplamsavanjem vatre vjerskih nesuglasica i netrpeljivosti, i političari umjesto indiferentnosti pred neprijateljem, i kulturni radnici i javne ličnosti umjesto zabavljanja na marginama svih zajednica trebaju pronaći i shvatiti veliku bol islamskog svijeta i da na tom putu izvrše svoju misiju pred potpunom pravdom Svemogućeg Gospodara; oni su odgovorni za provedbu istih i moraju se potruditi da tu misiju provedu u djelo. Tužna dešavanja u regionu, u Iraku, u Šamu, u Jemenu i Bahreinu, na Zapadnoj obali i u Gazzi, ali i u pojedinim drugim azijskim i afričkim zemljama, su velike nedaće islamskog svijeta u kojima se mogu vidjeti otisci zavjera svjetskog imperijalizma te je stoga potrebno potrčati ka rješavanju ovih problema i liječenju ovih bolesti. Nacije to moraju tražiti od svojih političkih čelnika i politički sistemi moraju biti odani izvršenju svojih teških obaveza. I hadž sa svojim velikim okupljanjem, najbolje je mjesto prezentiranja i razmjene ove historijske obaveze. Ovo je prilika za saopštavanje svog udaljavanja od nevjernika; to je prilika koju sve hadžije – iz svih krajeva svijeta – trebaju posebno cijeniti jer je to jedna od najvažnijih političkih poruka i obaveza u ovoj vjerskih obavezi hadža. Ove godine gorka nesreća u Mesdžidul Haramu je zagorčala osjećaj hadžijama i njihovim narodima. Tačno je da su osobe poginule u tim nesrećama, bilo da su bile u stanju klanjanja namaza, tavafa ili nekog drugog oblika ibadeta, pohitali ka svog Gospodaru i da su postigli veliku sreću i da su pronašli svoje mjesto u milosti Svemogućeg Gospodara, ako Bog da, i to je velika utjeha za njihove članove porodica, ali to ne može da ublaži veliku odgovornost osoba koje su preuzele obavezu osiguranja bezbjednosti ovog velikog događaja. سرانگشت توطئه استکبار جهانی در حوادث گریه‌آور منطقه (۱۳۹۴/۰۷/۰۱ - ۰۹:۰۶) حضرت آیت الله خامنه‌ای رهبر معظم انقلاب اسلامی در پیامی به مناسبت کنگره عظیم حج، «سیاستهای شرارت‌آمیز استکبار در ایجاد گرفتاریهای بزرگ برای امت اسلامی در منطقه» و «جنایتهای رژیم غاصب صهیونیستی و اهانت مکرر به حریم مسجد الاقصی» را مسئله اول همه مسلمانان خواندند و با فراخواندن علما و نخبگان دنیای اسلام به انجام رسالت خود در برابر این حوادث تأکید کردند: اجتماع پر شکوه حج، برترین جایگاه ظهور و تبادل این تکلیف تاریخی و «فرصت برائت» یکی از گویاترین مناسک سیاسی است که باید مغتنم شمرده شود. ایشان همچنین با اشاره به حادثه تلخ درگذشت تعدادی از حاجیان در مسجد الحرام، و مسئولیت سنگین تأمین امنیت ضیوف الرحمان تأکید کردند: عمل به این تعهد و ادای این مسئولیت، خواسته‌ی قطعی ماست. متن پیام رهبر انقلاب اسلامی که صبح امروز (چهارشنبه) از سوی حجت الاسلام و المسلمین قاضی‌عسگر نماینده ولی فقیه و سرپرست زائران ایرانی در صحرای عرفات قرائت شد، به این شرح است: بسم‌الله‌الرّحمن‌الرّحیم و الحمد لله ربّ العالمین، و الصّلاة و السّلام علی سیّد الخلق اجمعین محمّد و آله الطّاهرین و صحبه المنتجبین و علی التّابعین لهم باحسان الی یوم الدّین. و سلام بر کعبه‌ی شریف، پایگاه توحید و مطاف مؤمنان و مهبط فرشتگان؛ و سلام بر مسجدالحرام و عرفات و مشعر و منا؛ و سلام بر دلهای خاشع و زبانهای ذاکر و چشمهای به بصیرت گشوده و اندیشه‌های به عبرت راه یافته؛ و سلام بر شما حج‌گزاران سعادتمند که توفیق لبّیک‌گویی به فراخوان الهی یافته و بر سر این سفره‌ی پُرنعمت نشسته‌اید. نخستین وظیفه، تأمّلی در این لبّیک جهانی و تاریخی و همیشگی است: اِنَّ الحَمدَ وَ النِّعمَةَ لَکَ وَ المُلکَ، لا شَریکَ لَکَ لَبَّیک؛(۱) همه‌ی ستایشها و سپاسها از آنِ او، همه‌ی نعمتها از سوی او، و همه‌ی مُلک و قدرت متعلّق به اوست. این است نگاهی که به حج‌گزار در آغازین گامِ این فریضه‌ی پُرمغز و پُرمعنا داده میشود و ادامه‌ی این مناسک، هماهنگ با آن، شکل میگیرد و آنگاه همچون تعلیمی ماندگار و درسی فراموش‌نشدنی در برابر او گذاشته و تنظیم برنامه‌ی زندگی بر پایه‌ی آن، از او خواسته میشود. فرا گرفتنِ این درس بزرگ و عمل به آن، همان سرچشمه‌ی بابرکتی است که میتواند زندگی مسلمانان را طراوت و حیات و پویایی بخشد و آنان را از گرفتاری‌هایی که بدان دچارند -در این دوران و در همه‌ی دورانها- برَهاند. بُت نفسانیّت و کبر و شهوت، بت سلطه‌جویی و سلطه‌پذیری، بت استکبار جهانی، بت تنبلی و بی‌مسئولیّتی، و همه‌ی بتهای خوارکننده‌ی جانِ گرامی انسانی، با این غریو(۲) ابراهیمی -آنگاه که از عمق دل برآید و برنامه‌ی زندگی شود- شکسته خواهد شد و آزادی و عزّت و سلامت، به جای وابستگی و سختی و محنت خواهد نشست. برادران و خواهران حج‌گزار از هر ملّت و هر کشوری، در این کلمه‌ی حکمت‌آموز الهی بیندیشند و با نگاه دقیق به گرفتاری‌های دنیای اسلام بویژه در غرب آسیا و شمال آفریقا، برای خود با توجّه به ظرفیّتها و امکانات شخصی و محیطی، وظیفه و مسئولیّتی تعریف کنند و در آن بکوشند. امروز سیاستهای شرارت‌آمیز آمریکا در این منطقه -که مایه‌ی جنگ و خونریزی و ویرانی و آوارگی و نیز فقر و عقب‌ماندگی و اختلافات قومی و مذهبی است- از یک سو، و جنایتهای رژیم صهیونیستی -که رفتار غاصبانه در کشور فلسطین را به نهایتِ درجه‌ی شقاوت و خباثت رسانیده- و اهانت مکرّر به حریم مقدّس مسجدالاقصی و لگدکوب کردن جان و مال فلسطینیان مظلوم از سوی دیگر، مسئله‌ی اوّلِ همه‌ی شما مسلمانان است که باید در آن بیندیشید و تکلیف اسلامی خود را در برابر آن بشناسید. و علمای دینی و نخبگان سیاسی و فرهنگی وظیفه‌ای بس سنگین‌تر دارند که متأسّفانه غالباً مورد غفلت آنان است. علما به جای برافروختن آتش اختلافات مذهبی، و سیاسیّون به جای انفعال در برابر دشمن، و نخبگان فرهنگی به جای سرگرمی به حاشیه‌ها، درد بزرگ دنیای اسلام را بشناسند و رسالت خود را که در پیشگاه عدل الهی، مسئول ادای آنند پذیرا گردند و از عهده‌ی آن برآیند. حوادث گریه‌آور در منطقه -در عراق و شام و یمن و بحرین- و در کرانه‌ی غربی و غزّه و در برخی دیگر از کشورهای آسیا و آفریقا، گرفتاری‌های بزرگ امّت اسلامی است که سَرانگشت توطئه‌ی استکبار جهانی را در آن باید دید و به علاج آن اندیشید؛ ملّتها باید آن را از دولتهای خود بخواهند و دولتها باید به مسئولیّت سنگین خود وفادار باشند. و حج و اجتماعات پُرشکوه آن، برترین جایگاه ظهور و تبادل این تکلیف تاریخی است؛ و فرصت برائت که باید با شرکت همه‌ی حج‌گزاران از همه‌جا مغتنم شمرده شود، یکی از گویاترین مناسک سیاسی در این فریضه‌ی جامع‌الاطراف است. امسال حادثه‌ی تلخ و خسارت‌بار مسجدالحرام، کام حاجیان و ملّتهای آنان را تلخ کرد. درست است که درگذشتگان این حادثه که در حال نماز و طواف و عبادت به دیدار حق شتافتند، به سعادتی بزرگ دست یافته و در حریم امن و رعایت و رحمت الهی آرمیده‌اند ان‌شاءالله -و این تسلّایی بزرگ برای بازماندگان آنها است- ولی این نمیتواند از سنگینیِ مسئولیّت کسانی که متعهّد امنیّت ضیوف‌الرّحمانند بکاهد. عمل به این تعهّد و ادای این مسئولیّت خواسته‌ی قطعی ما است. والسّلام علی عبادالله الصّالحین سیّدعلی خامنه‌ای ۴ ذی‌الحجّة ۱۴۳۶ ۲۷ شهریور ۱۳۹۴
