BAE Systems - the UK\'s largest arms manufactures - was the first stop on what would be a fast-paced journey across Central London highlighting the capital\'s ties to the global arms trade. With scores of protestors arrested during Tuesday\'s Stop G8 demos, the police presence was a heavy one. Demonstrators from a coalition of anti-capitalists groups explained why the arms firms provoked their anger. With just days to go before the G8 Summit kicks off in Ireland the capital is the focal point. With the demonstrators taking the media and other protestors on what seemed like a magical mystery tour of locations associated with the arms trade in London.

With just days to go before the G8 Summit kicks off in Ireland the capital is the focal point. With the demonstrators taking the media and other protestors on what seemed like a magical mystery tour of locations associated with the arms trade in London.
For many taking part in the flash demonstrations, the arms trade may have been the Wednesday\'s focus but it is the G8 summit being held in the Lough Erne resort in Ireland\'s County Fermanagh for which the most anger is reserved.
The leaders of the world\'s eight most powerful countries have already begun arriving for the two-day summit. Protestors say they will be doing all they can to highlight their objections to a group they say is failing in its duty to the very people they are supposed to represent.

What Iranians wants from next president
The new president in Iran will take office in a few weeks and naturally will make some changes both in domestic and international policies. Experts believe the new administration should be seen by other countries as a chance for resetting ties with Iran. Ordinary people say, under any circumstances Iran must keep its principle and at the same time efforts must be made to remove or ease the unilateral sanctions of the west. Meanwhile, other experts believe improving relations with the international community could help Iran\'s economy see better days.

MATERIAL: Six Stranded Embroidery Floss (DMC Brand)
PATTERN INFO:
This is just a simple candy stripe.
You will need 4 colors cut about 20\\\" (inches) long for practicing purposes.
If you are more advanced make sure you cut your strings about 55\\\" (inches) long (and then folded to form a loop) so you have enough string to make a complete bracelet with ties. Remember, you can also double up on colors to make a thicker stripe.
Just set them up as 1 2 3 4 (or 11 2 33 2 for the thumbnail) and starting with the first string on the left (always) make three forward knots across the bracelet. When you get to the end pick up the new first string and repeat the forward knotting across the other three strings.
Continue forward knotting across until the desired length is achieved!

The Iranian Embassy in Lebanon marks the 31st anniversary of the abduction of four Iranian diplomats - Ahmad Motevaselian, Seyyed Mohsen Mousavi, Taqi Rastegar Moqaddam, and Kazem Akhavan.
They were abducted on July the 4th, 1982 - amid the Lebanese civil war - by Israeli-affiliated militias. Headed by Samir Gaegae, the militias stopped their car on the way to Beirut at the Al-Barbara checkpoint in Northern Lebanon. The militias were known for their close ties with Israel.
When asked about the case of the four men, Gaegae first said they were handed over to Israel, but later claimed they had been killed. Iran\'s ambassador to Lebanon says Tehran has the evidence that suggests they are still being kept captive in Israeli jails.
