What is an integral quality of temporary love?
And what is the difference between a permanent love and a temporary one; and how does this apply to Allah?
In what aspect has Allah intrinsically created human beings?
Finally, why is our love for Allah not permanent?
The late Ayatollah Misbah-Yazdi (R) provides us with a short, but profound lesson on the basics of loving Allah.

President Hamid Karzai for the first time has made public that the US wants to have permanent military presence in Afghanistan. He has also unveiled the number of bases the US is mulling over. Karzai wants to let the US have these bases but with some conditions. But on the streets, local Afghans are angry at the prospect of permanent US bases in their country. The say such bases will bring about more problems to Afghans, and that they no more trust foreign forces. It has now been 12 years of war since the US invaded Afghanistan, ostensibly to fight the Taliban and bring peace.

Both sides say the discussions have been very productive and have identified all of the issues needed to be addressed in reaching a comprehensive and final agreement.Iran\'s foreign minister Mohammad Javad Zarif and believes a comprehensive deal could be agreed on in the next five months. Iran\'s foreign minister says the P-five-plus-one negotiators have agreed that issues related to Iran\'s defense industry and scientific capabilities will not be part of the ongoing nuclear talks in Vienna. The P-five-plus-one representative Catherine Ashton said even though there is a lot to do, they have had a good start. The talks in Vienna marked the first round of high-level negotiations held between Tehran and the P5+1 group after they reached a landmark interim deal in Geneva in November. Iran and the five permanent members of the UN security council plus Germany will meet again in Vienna on the 17th of March. Technical meetings will also take place on the sidelines of the next IAEA meeting in early March. Iran and the permanent members of the U-N Security Council plus Germany start a two-day expert-level meeting in Vienna.
Tehran has sent experts from nuclear, oil, banking and other industrial sectors. Iran\'s Foreign Ministry\'s director for political affairs, Hamid Ba\'eedinejad, is leading the team. This, as an American delegation, including experts from the country\'s State and Treasury Departments, is also present. The last meeting of the two sides was held in Geneva on October 15 and 16. Following the talks described by both sides as constructive, Tehran and the six powers decided to send their experts to Vienna at the end of October to discuss details of Iran\'s new proposal to resolve outstanding issues over its nuclear energy program. The latest talks come as Iran and the International Atomic Energy Agency wrapped up two days of negotiations on Tuesday, which were also described as very productive.

On the nuclear talks between Iran and the permanent members of the UN, known as the P5+1, A breakthrough seems to be on the horizon after years of negotiating.
Iran\'s new nuclear negotiating team, headed by FM Mohammad Javad Zarif, may be able to get Iran what it was always entitled to based on international law: its inalienable right to civilian nuclear technology, without giving up its right to nuclear enrichment.
In this debate, we\'ll discuss the possibilities of reaching this deal, and its political ramifications, both regionally and beyond.
But how serious and sincere are the US and its European allies in the talks as they derailed at least two earlier agreements?

Iran\'s Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif, who\'s heading the Iranian delegation, has met with E-U\'s foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton on the second day of a new round of negotiations in Geneva. Ashton represents the so-called P-five-plus-one group. Her spokesman Michael Mann says the latest talks were QUOTE \"very substantial and detailed\". Zarif has echoed the same remarks, saying discussions have already delved into content and details. However, he added that differences remain between the two sides. Both sides are working to finalize a draft agreement to resolve the standoff over Tehran\'s nuclear program. This, as the Iranian deputy foreign minister says any agreement on the horizon is bound to respect Iran\'s right to enrichment.

As dialog continues between Iran and the five permanent members of the UN Security Council plus Germany, a group of US senators is threatening to push for more anti-Iran sanctions.
Fourteen Democratic and Republican lawmakers have pledged to work together on legislation aimed at imposing new sanctions on Iran over the coming weeks. The bipartisan group of lawmakers includes Democrats Robert Menendez and Republican Bob Corker. The lawmakers say they want to prevent Iran from acquiring the capability to develop a nuclear weapon. The US has passed several rounds of illegal sanctions against the country, hitting the Iranian public hard. Tehran says its nuclear energy program is for power generation and producing medical radio isotopes.

It\'s the third day of nuclear negotiations in Geneva. Iran and the permanent members of the UN Security Council plus Germany have wrapped up the first round of talks over Tehran\'s nuclear energy program.
The negotiations are now adjourned for further internal consultations. Iran\'s Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif heads the Iranian team and EU\'s Foreign Policy Chief Catherine Ashton represents the P-five-plus-one group of countries. They\'re trying to hammer out a draft agreement to resolve the decade-old standoff over Tehran\'s nuclear program. Iran\'s right to uranium enrichment remains one of the major sticking points in the talks. Tehran has already made it clear that any agreement which does not include the issue of enrichment is not acceptable. The previous round of talks failed to reach an agreement after France, under the influence of Israel, blocked a proposed deal.

It\'s the third day of intense discussions in Geneva between Iran and the five permanent members of the U-N Security Council plus Germany over the Iranian nuclear energy program. Now hopes are rising that a final deal that many say could end a decade-long standoff over the Iranian nuclear energy program is just around the corner.
Friday has been a day of multiple meetings between the negotiating parties. The Iranian delegation has been engaged with one-on-one meetings with other delegations to hammer out the details of the draft in the past few hours. Now we are getting reports that Iran\'s Foreign Minister Mohammad-Javad Zarif has held a fresh discussion with EU foreig policy chief Catherine Ashton - the latest of a series of meetings throughout the day. The White House says U-S Secretary of State John Kerry is going to Geneva to join the talks. U-S officials say Kerry will try to narrow differences over a proposed deal that fell through a fortnight ago. The French and British Foreign Ministers are also heading to Switzerland. Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has already arrived in Geneva and has met his Iranian counterpart Mohammad-Javad Zarif.

Iran and the five permanent members of the UN Security Council plus Germany are preparing for the fourth day of talks on the Iranian nuclear energy program in Geneva, Switzerland. Hours before they wrapped up Friday\'s discussions, all the signs looked positive that a final deal could be sealed to end a decade-long standoff over the Iranian nuclear energy program.
The chief diplomats of the US, France, Britain and Germany said they will be joining the Geneva talks on Saturday. The Chinese foreign minister is also expected to arrive later in the day. They\'re expected to narrow the differences and finalize a nuclear deal with Iran, which fell through in the last round of talks a fortnight ago. Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov is already in Geneva and has held a meeting with his Iranian counterpart Mohammad Javad Zarif. A Saudi foreign policy advisor has expressed concern over a nuclear deal between Iran and the five permanent members of the UN Security Council plus Germany.
Abdullah al-Askar says Saudi Arabia would make efforts toward building a nuclear bomb, in case the deal fails to prevent Iran from what he called nuclear weapons. So far, the Saudi government has not shown any official reaction to the deal signed between Iran and the P-five-plus-one in Geneva. However, Saudis in recent weeks have spoken out against a rapprochement between Iran and the US. Riyadh has also been pressuring Washington to maintain a tough stance on Tehran over its nuclear energy program.

Under the Geneva deal between Iran and five permanent members of the United Nations Security Council plus Germany, the western countries have agreed to ease sanctions on Iran in response to Tehran\'s confidence-building move to continue its nuclear energy program at a lower level. But, there are different accounts of the exact timing of the partial sanctions removal.
The U-S says Iran will see up to seven-billion-dollars worth of its frozen assets un-blocked. Out of this amount, Washington is expected to un-freeze some four-point-two billion dollars in oil revenue frozen in foreign banks. But, some remaining 40 billion dollars of Iran\'s oil export money will remain frozen. This is the amount Iran obtained through selling its oil under U-S and E-U sanctions imposed in early 20-12. Iran could also access another four-hundred-million dollars for educational purposes, such as the transfer of university tuition fees. France\'s Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius says this could happen in December. But British Foreign Secretary William Hague, as well as the spokesman for E-U\'s foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton, say they expect the sanctions easing to be completed in January.
