1 tbsp of olive oil
fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup tri colored bell pepper
1/2 pear juvanilled
1 small onion juvanilled
fresh cillantro
salt to taste
pinch of pepper
Method:
Add olive oil in the pan once it gets hot add the onions, stir fry for a little bit and than go ahead and add the bell pepper, pear, fresh lemon juice and turn of the heat. Chop the cilanrto and add it to the stir fry mix and add the squash, drizzle some olive oil and sprinkle with black pepper and serve!!! Remember to garnish with more fresh cilantro, paprika and dried parsley!!!!!

Method:
Mix the white flour and rice flour than add the cheese stir and make sure it's combined than go ahead and add fresh pepper per your taste. Lastly add the olives, mix and start adding water to the batter slowly until you have a pancake batter consistency !!!! Heat olive oil in a pan than add big tablespoon fulls of batter in the pan and pan fry one side until golden brown than turn and do the same for the other end!! Sit back and enjoy!!!!!
Can be served with hot sauce!!!!

Recipe:
1 tbsp of olive oil
3 cups day old rice mixed with soy sauce
1 cup spring onions diced
1 cup celery diced
1/3 cup red bell pepper diced
1/3 cup orange bell pepper diced
1/3 cup green bell pepper diced
1 cup shredded carrots
3/4 cup coleslaw
2 eggs (optional)
Salt to taste
pepper to taste
1 1/2 cups of boiled beef
Method:
Heat the oil and add the onions and stir fry a little, followed by the celery, the three colored peppers, carrots, and coleslaw saute all the veges making sure you don't cook it too much as the veges will become soggy. Add the salt and pepper make sure you do a taste test at this time, and if you choose to add the eggs this is the time you add the eggs in the middle of the pot and stir mix all the veges together and lastly go ahead and add the cooked meat, give it a good stir and mix the rice with all the veges making sure not to break the rice. Cover the rice and let it cook for just five min, uncover stir again and enjoy... Can be served with the crunchy noodles and soy sauce with a bit of hot sauce!!

4 cups cooked rotini noodles
2 tbsp olive olive

4 carrots diced
4 celery diced
1 cup try colored capsicums
1 can pineapple chunks or tidbit (optional)
1 cup ketchup
1 cup sweet and sour sauce
soy sauce to taste
2 1/2 cups jumbo shrimp tail off and devained
Method: Marinate the shrimp with the soy sauce and set aside.
Heat your olive oil and add the onions, carrots, celery, and capsicums till you reach desired crunchiness followed by the pineapple,soy sauce, ketchup, and sweet and sour sauce mix thoroughly and put in the shrimps and pasta, once the dish is nice and hot transfer to a big serving bowl and enjoy!!

Grilled chicken in a rich, creamy coconut curry and smoked with barbecue flavor!!!
Recipe:
1 Whole Chicken cut and cleaned
1tbsp fresh ginger
1tbsp fresh garlic
1tbsp salt
fresh pepper to taste
Marinate the chicken in the above ingredients and put it in a 400 degree preheated oven for 35 min. Make sure chicken is cooked through, turn the broiler on to 550 and broil the chicken until it is charbroiled at your satisfaction, while the chicken is in the oven make the curry.
Curry ingredients:
1 med onion
3 fresh roma tomatoes
2 mild or hot jalapenos upon your taste
1 tbs turmeric powder
1/2 tbsp of salt
dried parsley for garnish
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 13.4 oz can of coconut milk
Italian parsley chopped for garnish
1 charcoal used to smoke the curry (optional)
Method:
Put 2 tbsp olive oil in a sauce pan, while that gets warm put the diced onion, diced tomatoes, diced jalapenos and the whipping cream in the blender and blend until everything is blended well, than pour the paste in the sauce pan and cook for about a minute. Sprinkle the turmeric in there as well as 1/2 tsp of salt, make sure you do a taste test, This would be a good time to put the charcoal on the stove so its fully lighted by the time your curry is ready. Check on the chicken if the chicken is cooked through turn the broiler on and charbroil the chicken and add it to the coconut curry then put the charcoal on the foil and add a little olive oil and cover the sauce pan, depending on how strong you want the barbecue flavor to be will determine on how long you leave the charcoal in the curry. Finally sprinkle with fresh and dried parsley
Serve and enjoy!!

Prisoner Hatem Qafisha, an administrative detainee, said the prison\'s administration started to handcuff the prisoners\' hands and legs during meetings with the lawyers, and when using bathrooms. Qashafa also said that the prisoners suffer from these brutal procedures besides the hard living conditions due to the hot weather, the continuous cut in the electricity and the lack of the electrical equipment. The prisoner Musaab Fathi from Ramallah, an administrative detainee since 5/6/2011, also said that prisoners in section 6 live in harsh living conditions; the prisons\' administration didn\'t provide the basic materials for cooking, so prisoners just eat little amount of food that the prison provides and they are forced to drink warm water because there are no refrigerators in that section. He added that the prison\'s administration also put the African detainees in the same section, the thing that causes a lot of dispute between the prisoners.

Method:
Drizzle olive oil in a frying pan and let it get nice and hot than spread butter or margerine on the bread than go ahead and add the one slice of cheese, black pepper, cucumbers, tomatoes, banana peppers and the meat. Cover with the other slice of bread and toast it in the olive oil until it reaches the crispiness you like.

Delicious homemade Kabobs!

2 lbs uncooked ground beef
21/2 cups of canola oil for frying
2 pieces of toast crushed
2 egg yolks
11/2 tsp of onions powder
2 tsp of fresh ginger and garlic
11/2 tsp of lemon pepper
salt to taste
11/2 tsp of gharam masala
1/2 cup fresh chopped coriander
2 tbsp of ghee melted
Method:
In the food processor add the toast and grind it then add the meat in it and the hot ghee, ginger and garlic, lemon pepper, salt, onion powder, gharam masala, egg yolks, and pulse the food processor until well combined. Lastly add the fresh coriander and black pepper and mix completely. Let the mixture sit for about 20 min then roll them in desired shapes and fry it until nice and brown!

1/2 cup Canola Oil
You can mix these two ingredients together and keep it aside.
2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 tbsp Black Pepper
Salt to taste
2 tbsp Lemon Pepper
2 tbsp dried Parsley flakes
2 tbsp sumac (Optional)
2 tbsp Paprika
5 tbsp Canola Oil
1/4 cup Canola Oil for brushing on top of the chicken
Method:
Put all the spices in a bowl or plate and add the oil in it and mix it really well to make sure all the spices are incorporated well. In the bowl that has the chicken add 1/2 cup of canola oil and the spices and mix it really well. Get in there with your hands and rub the spices in the chicken really well, let the mixture marinate for about 1/2 hour or overnight. Take some saran wrap and place the chicken pieces on the saran wrap than cover with another piece of saran wrap and pound it with anything you have I used a lemon squeezer for this) At this time it would be great to get your grill hot. Brush the thin chicken pieces with oil and place them on the grill, turn and cook the other side and give it a splash of fresh lemon juice!!

I made some changes in the recipe on the video!
8 Servings
Ingredients:
2 lb of the ground lamb or beef (my mom says it would be best if you have a mix of both types of meat)
2 onions grated and strained (mom says its really important to make sure there is no onion juice. Squeeze all the juice as much as possible before adding)
1 large egg (beaten)
5 medium tomatoes to be used for later when grilling or baking
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon red pepper tablespoon (optional)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional, mom adds it in sometimes. Also if you wanna add fresh garlic, ground 2 cloves into meat mixture.)
Directions:
Mix meat, onions, egg, salt and pepper(s) wellz Make sure to massage it throughly. Leave in the refrigerator overnight (or for several hours but its best to leave it for longer).
Press the meat around long, thick metal skewers. This is the difficult part. Make sure not to put too much meat on each skewer. It\'s taken lots of practice for my mom to perfect how much meat to put on each one. Make sure the skewers are thick as well. If they\'re too thin, the meat won\'t hold. Thread whole tomatoes on another skewer. Barbeque each side for about five minutes, turning frequently. If skewers are not available or barbequing is not possible, kabab-e koobideh can be shaped into long, thin portions on aluminum foil and grilled at high temperature in the oven.
Serve with hot Saffron rice or on middle-eastern bread. If serving with rice, add a little sumac on top.

Pingu then rocks his chair and ends up pulling everything off the table. His parents become furious and Pingu ends up getting a spanking. He tries to make amends, but gets neglected instead and runs away, feeling that his parents don\'t love him anymore. Pingu\'s parents enjoy some quiet time, but they\'re not really enjoying it because they are worried about Pingu because of what time it is and what they have done. Meanwhile, Pingu becomes hopelessly lost. He nearly gets crushed by falling ice, and then comes face to face with three ugly, menacing monster-faces in the snowdrifts. They look like a human skull, a goblin/grumpy dwarf and a dinosaur/dragon. Terrified, he runs and hides in an ice cave. His parents, realizing how late it is, feel pretty bad of how they treated Pingu, so they come out and find him, with Father using his post truck to find him. Pingu notices his parents finding him and shows himself. Happy to see their son, Mother and Father both apologize to him and they take him back home. After Pingu is fed hot soup by Mother, they all go to bed together happily.

He is understandably rather furious at this and goes to tell Pingu off, but Robby tries to pull him back. This annoys him even more and he follows Pingu home. Pingu goes indoors and hides inside his toy box, while Mother is ironing a towel, but she is not paying attention and burns it, much to her dismay. The neighbour bangs on the door and comes in. The neighbour explains to Pingu\'s Mother what happened, and Mother gets Pingu to apologize. Pingu is afraid to apologize because of how mean he is, however Mother comforts Pingu and Pingu apologizes to the neighbour, and he and Pingu make up and shake hands. The neighbour and Pingu then have a game. Pingu gets his the farthest because his jumps over the other!, much to the neighbour\'s annoyance
