As Israeli troops close in on Gaza City, clashes with various Palestinian fighters intensify. Sameh Habeeb, a photojournalist based in Gaza City, reports, shortages of water, food, gas and fuel have left many with nothing but what they have stored from before the attack began. Habeeb says the Israeli army has been warning Palestinians to evacuate in advance of bombings, but explains that for the majority of the people, they have nowhere to go. While Habeeb was describing the mushrooming humanitarian crisis in Gaza City, his house was being shelled by the unending violence between the IDF and the Hamas forces. Sameh Habeeb is a freelance journalist and photographer based in Gaza City, Gaza Strip, Palestinian Territories. He worked previously as a producer for Ramattan News Agency.

A wonderful addition to your collection of recipes, quick easy and delicious roasted chicken! You can either make this in your oven or use an electric skillet preheat oven to 400 degrees Ing: 2 whole chicken cut in 8 pieces in a separate bowl mix the following ing: 1 tbsp fresh ginger and garlic 1/2 cup yogurt salt to taste 1 tbsp lemon pepper 1 tsp pepper 2 tsp basil 1 cup sour cream (you can use fat free if you like) 4 tbsp tomato paste 2 tbsp of lemon basil chopped (add it 1/2 way before the chicken get done) 1 tbsp cilantro chopped also added while you ad the lemon basil Mix all the marinade together throughly than go ahead and add it to the chicken making sure you mix it well. Once everything is really well mixed add it to the electric skillet which is on 400 degrees and cover it, after the 25 minutes uncover and make sure the chicken is done, than leave the skillet open so the liquid disappears and you are left with a thick gravy. Delicious fork tender baked potatoes with a cheesy homemade cheese sauce! Ing for the potatoes: Preheat oven to 400 degrees 5 lbs of baking potatoes cubed 4 tbsp unsalted butter Salt to taste 1 tsp pepper 1 tsp lemon pepper 11/2 to 2 tsp basil Method: Sprinkle the potatoes with olive oil and go ahead and add all the rest of the seasoning making sure you mix all the ingredients really well. Cover the potatoes with some aluminium foil and stick them in the oven at 400 degrees for about 25 min, depending on your oven you might need to increase the time, make sure they are fork tender. Cheese Sauce 4 tbsp unsalted butter 2 tbsp all purpose flour 2 cups milk 1/2 tsp of white pepper 16 oz cheddar cheese (can add more if you like) Melt butter in a sauce pan and add the all purpose flour stir well until you get a very light brown color, add the milk and stir continuously stir it with a silicone whisk making sure there is no lumps in there, continue to stir until it starts to thicken up, now add the white pepper and the cheese keep stirring continuously until the cheese has melted. You can put it on low on the stove making sure you are stirring it now and than to prevent it from sticking! Once the potatoes are done you can pour the cheese on the potatoes and enjoy!

There is a plan to force financial institutions to share information that could more easily lead to the detection of tax fraud.
