2 cups white flour
2 tbsp oil
plain water to bind a pliable dough
Method:
All the above ingredients and make a soft pliable dough, let the dough rest for about 20 minutes than roll them out flat individually or a big chapati and make bite size shapes with cookie cutter and fry till the poof up!!

2 cups day old rice
2 to 3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp green chutney
2 cups wheat flour
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tbsp turmeric
1 tbsp cayenne
2 tbsp dried parsley
1 tbsp mango powder
1 tsp fresh ginger
1 tsp fresh garlic
1 tsp lemon juice
salt to taste
pepper to taste
2 tbsp of parsley
enough water to bind dough
Method:
Mix the olive oil with the flour, followed with the rice, chutney, and all the spices stir, do a taste taste, at this point add salt or cayenne if needed than add the parsley and slowly add water to bind the dough.
Let the dough rest for about 20 min covered with saran wrap than make small balls and roll out flat than heat up the pan and put the rolled roti in it than add about 1 tsp olive oil on the roti and turn it a couple times until you see some brown spots on the roti. If the roti is too sticky add a pinch of olive oil that will help with not sticking, once the roti is done cover with saran wrap to insure that it does not dry out!!!!!
Makes about 8 med rotis. Enjoy

Now take the rested dough divide into equal portions and make into balls by applying oil to hands and keep aside for 3-4min
Now take the rested balls and flat the dough by applying oil on the base and make into thin sheets and apply on top of the sheet and sprinkle flour and fold as shown in the video and rest for 2-3min
now take the rested folded dough and roll like chapati and cook on both the sides by applying oil.
remove the parata from tawa and with both the hands just push the paratha with both the hands so that the layers comes out.

A message from George Galloway
More than 1,300 dead – more than 400 of them children – and still they are dragging bodies from the ruins.
The death toll in Gaza is rising, while the world’s leaders and media look away in search of a new story.
We will not look away. The Palestinians in Gaza need our help now, just as they did when Israel’s bombs and illegal weapons were dropping.
Thousands of people have contacted me to say that they have marched, cried at the television pictures and feel helpless in the face of the suffering.
That’s why I have launched a major initiative in response to the humanitarian crisis in Gaza. I will be leading an aid convoy from London to Gaza leaving on 14 February and travelling through France, Spain, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Libya, Egypt and through Rafah and into Gaza. It will bring material aid and raise the banner of Palestine in all the countries that we visit.
The convoy will be led by a British fire engine, ambulances, and many trucks full of practical aid given by the various communities in Britain.
It is quite an undertaking, which I anticipate will have a high public profile throughout its journey and on its arrival in Gaza, god willing, some 30 days later.
The convoy is already supported by the Stop the War Coalition – which organised the largest demonstrations in British history – as well as the Anglo-Arab Organisation, several British trade unions and a large number of Muslim organisations. Fundraising for the convoy is taking place all over Britain.

They all go to Grandpa\'s house and while Mother tries treatments, Pingu and Pinga run around babbling and dancing, possibly to entertain Grandpa, but end up annoying him. Mother lectures them and tells them to be quiet, but they pretend to cook something in a pot and the lid falls off. Mom tells them to stop messing about and again tells them to be quiet, but they play dress-up while Pingu is on a sled and they crash into the drawer. Pingu\'s mom, exasperated, makes them go outside, where Pingu finds a board and puts it above a giant wad of snow to play seesaw. Mother, exasperated again, tells them to stop. Pingu then kicks snowballs into the door and kicks one into Mother. She finally has had enough of their behavior and tells them to go home. They then use markers to make fake spots and then call Mother. She comes home, lifts the bed sheets and finds them all spotty, like the measles. When Mother rubs their heads she finds out they have used crayon and they try it on Mother. When she jumps on the bed in the ending, she breaks it (much to Pingu\'s surprise). They then laugh.

Ing:
2 cups Yellow Split Lentils soaked overnight
5 cups boiling Water
1 Cinnamon stick
7 to 8 Cloves
Boil these four ing until the lentils are tender but not mushy!
Ing needed to be pureed
1/2 of a large Onion
2 Tomatoes
puree these ingredients and keep it aside for later use
Wagaar/Making the curry
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
4 to 5 Curry Leaves (tear the pieces)
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
1/2 tsp Mango Powder
turn off when the spices are done and keep it aside
Tomato Paste (optional) only needed to increase the reddishness of the curry
Salt to taste
fresh Coriander chopped for garnishing
Method:
Once the lentils are cooked, make sure you remove the cloves and cinnamon stick, turn your stove on and in a sauce pan add 1 tsp of olive oil and add the onion and tomato puree as well as the curry mix we had made and let cook until you think the raw flavor is gone, I added 2 table spoons of tomato paste because I didn\\\'t like the color, but this step is completely optional. Stir all the ingredients really well, add salt and do a taste test, if the taste is right for you than go ahead and add the boiled lentils, making sure you stir it gently until all the ingredients have incorporated well. This can be served with flat bread (rotis) or rice as well as puris.

Patisa is more hard and dark in color, Soan papdi is very soft like fibre or flakes.Soan papdi or soam papdi or sonpapri or sanpapdi or patisa is a popular South Asian ,India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Nepal sweet. It is usually square in shape or served as flakes, and has a crisp and flaky texture.This sweet is commonly sold in streets which attracts kids a lot.
Ingredients
1 tsp cadodom powder
1 1/2 cup ghee or dalda
1 cup gram flour
1 cup Maida
2 cup sugar
Method:
First take a non stick pan add ghee , then gramflour, maida and cook till the raw flavour goes away in a slow flame and keep a side and it should be warm by the time you add sugar.
Now take a small steel container add sugar pour very little water and mix well till it is slight golden in colour or as shown in the video
once it is done mix the sugar in the ghee mixture and mix as show in the video till u get nice strings.
once it is done add almonds or any dry fruits, and put the mixture on a flat base and shape it,cut once it is little cold.

Step 1: Cut off the top
Cut off the top of the bottle, at the top of the bottle\'s smooth section, to make an even edge about 3 inches above where the fluted rim will be.
Tip
Use a green bottle for accented color.
Step 2: Cut strips
Wrap the measuring tape around the bottle, mark and cut evenly-spaced strips down from the top of the bottle, about 3 inches long. Then cut the strips in half once, and in half again, so that you have thin, even strips all the way around the bottle.
Step 3: Bend the strips
Carefully bend the strips outward, making a level edge around the top of the bottle. Turn the bottle upside down and press it against a flat surface to make sure the rim is even.
Tip
Make sure the creases are regularized for a symmetrical vase.
Step 4: Weave the rim
Weave one strip over the one next to it and then under the following two, creasing it so that its tip is at the base of the third strip.
Step 5: Bend and crease the next one
Bend and crease the strip you wove over with the first strip, and fold it over the next two and under the following one.
Step 6: Bend and crease the third strip
Bend and crease the third strip the same way as the first one -- over one and under two.
Step 7: Keep bending
Continue weaving the strips in this alternating pattern until only three strips are left. Tuck each of the last three under the next strip until they\'re tucked in completely.
Step 8: Add weight
Add marbles, beach glass, or stones to your vase to weigh it down so that it doesn\'t fall over. And when you get tired of your vase or want to redecorate, simply recycle it.

depending on how cold it is you can add
1 sugar to the yeast in
1 cup water
salt to taste
1 egg
7 tbsp oil
Method:
Sift your flour in the container you are going to knead your dough next add salt, egg, and olive oil, mix it really well, now slowly start adding the water and yeast mixture this should make a sticky dough, keep kneading for about 3 min and you should have a nice soft dough. Let the dough rise till it has doubled in size, then make small individual balls and roll them out to about 5 to 6 in in diameter. You will need some extra flour for dusting while you roll the pitas. Start laying them on a floured surface to prevent them from sticking, start cooking the rotis with the first one you had rolled out that way it will give it some time to rise a little, in a med hot pan put the rotis one by one on the frying pan, flip only twice, you can add a little olive oil to prevent it from drying out!

Directions:
Prepare Aloo Tikki:
-In bowl,add peas,split Bengal gram,cumin seeds,chaat masala,red chili powder,green chili,salt,fresh coriander,mint leaves and mix well then mash slightly & set aside.
-In bowl,grate potatoes with the help of the grater.
-Add corn flour,rice flour,salt and mix until well combined.
-Grease hands with oil and take a mixture,make a ball and flatten the ball with the help of the hand.
-Add prepared filling in the center then press and seal all edges to make a kabab (makes 8-10).
-In frying pan,add cooking oil and fry kababs from both sides until golden brown.
Prepare Green Chutney:
-In chopper,add garlic,mint leaves,fresh coriander,green chilli,salt,cumin seeds,yogurt and blend until well combined.
Prepare Meethi Chutney:
-In saucepan,add sugar,jaggery,dried mango powder,Kashmiri red chili powder,black salt,cumin seeds, garam masala powder,red chili powder,salt and water,mix well and bring it to boil and cook on low flame for 5 minutes.
Assembling:
-On serving plate,place aloo tikki,boiled chickpeas,red chutney,yogurt,green chutney,tomato,onion, yogurt,meethi chutney,nimco sev & serve!

-Bowl mein matar,chana daal,zeera,chaat masala,lal mirch powder,hari mirch,namak,hara dhania aur podina dal ker ache tarhan mix karein phir slightly mash ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Bowl mein aloo ko grater ki madad sa grate ker lein.
-Corn flour,chawal ka atta aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Haathon ko oil sa grease karein aur mixture ko la ker ball bana lein aur haath ki madad sa flat ker lein.
-Tayyar filling ko bech mein rakh dein aur press ker ka edges ko seal ker ka kabab tayyat ker lein (makes 8-10).
-Frying pan mein cooking oil dal dein aur kababs ko dono sides sa golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein.
Prepare Green Chutney:
-Chopper mein lehsan,podina,hara dhania,hari mirch,namak,zeera aur dahi dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein.
Prepare Meethi Chutney:
-Saucepan mein cheeni,gur,amchor powder,Kashmiri lal mirch powder,kala namak,zeera,garam masala powder,lal mirch powder,namak aur pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad 5 minutes kliya halki ancch per paka lein.
Assembling:
-Serving plate mein aloo tikki,boiled chanay,meethi chutney,dahi,green chutney,tamatar,pyaz,dahi,red chutney aur nimco sev dal ker serve karein!

The flag bearers of human rights have gone deaf and blind. Let\\\\\\\'s not talk about the mainstream media. This is a shameful state of affairs! This is flat out hypocrisy of organizations such as the UN! This is a sick world we live in!
Under the given circumstances, do the Yemenis have any other choice but to retaliate against the evil Saudi regime? Should the world be surprised and shocked if this oppressed nation turns around and attacks Saudi Arabia?
Any sane and justice seeker person would say that it is the right of the Yemenis to resist against non-stop and unjustified Saudi aggression. The right to self defense is a natural and inevitable right of Yemenis too.
