A recent report issued by the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) says around 180 Palestinians were killed by Israeli occupation forces in 2011, Press TV reports. According to reports, more than 120 people including children and women have been killed and over 600 injured in the Gaza strip during air raids and ground incursions in 2011. “2011 was the bloodiest year since the end of Israel's war on Gaza. We still continue to suffer from a huge shortage of some types of medicines,” Ashraf al-Qedra of Gaza Health Ministry told Press TV. Israel has been imposing a land and sea blockade on the tiny coastal strip since 2007. It controls Gaza's airspace and territorial waters and restricts the movement of people or goods in or out of Gaza. The Israeli regime waged a 22-day Christmas war on the densely populated coastal sliver in 2008 which left more than 1,400 Palestinians dead including at least 300 children. The offensive also destroyed 4,000 houses and devastated a large portion of infrastructures in the blockaded strip. Israeli military forces also targeted UN-run schools and centers. More than 50,000 people were also displaced as a result of the three-week war. Tel Aviv also used internationally-banned weapons, including white phosphorus bombs, against the Gazans during the three-week war. On December 27, the Israeli military's Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Benny Gantz warned that Tel Aviv would launch another war on the coastal enclave. The Israeli military, meanwhile, frequently bombs the besieged sliver, claiming that the acts of aggression are conducted for defensive purposes.

US intelligence agencies have been aware of a potential attack 'from the sea against hotels and business centers' in Indian port city of Mumbai. One US intelligence official said India had been told of an apparent plot to launch an attack from the sea, the AP agency reports. The official added specific locations, including the Taj hotel, were listed in the US warning. The reports came as India's navy chief said there had been 'systemic failures' in the country's security and intelligence services. Three days before militants landed in Mumbai to launch deadly attacks, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh had warned the country's police chiefs that India could not afford another attack. کے لئے آنے والے \"نوجوان نسل اور اسلامی بیداری\" کے زیر عنوان تہران میں منعقدہ بین الاقوامی کانفرنس کے شرکاء سے اپنے خطاب میں آمریت کے خلاف خطے کی اقوام کی تحریک کو صیہونیوں کی عالمی ڈکٹیٹر شپ کے خلاف جدوجہد کا مقدمہ قرار دیا۔ قائد انقلاب اسلامی نے نوجوانوں کو امت مسلمہ کا بہترین سرمایہ قرار دیا اور کانفرنس میں شرکت کے لئے دنیا کے تہتر ملکوں سے آنے والے سیکڑوں نوجوانوں سے خطاب میں فرمایا کہ عالم اسلام کے نوجوانوں کی بیداری نے پوری دنیا کی مسلم اقوام کی بیداری کی امیدوں میں اضافہ کر دیا ہے۔ قائد انقلاب اسلامی نے مصر، تیونس، لیبیا اور دیگر اسلامی ملکوں میں قوموں کے انقلابات سے استکباری طاقتوں کو پہنچنے والے نقصانات اور ان پر لگنے والی کاری ضربوں کی تلافی کے لئے ان طاقتوں کے ذریعے کی جاری کوششوں کا جائزہ لیا۔ آپ نے فرمایا کہ دشمن، ناپاک منصوبے اور سازشیں تیار کرنے میں مصروف ہے اور اسلامی اقوام، خاص طور پر مسلم ملکوں کے نوجوانوں کو جو اسلامی بیداری میں کلیدی رول کے حامل ہیں، اس بات کی اجازت نہیں دینی چاہئے کہ عالمی استبدادی نیٹ ورک ان کے انقلابوں کو ستوتاژ کرے۔ قائد انقلاب اسلامی کے الطّيّبين و صحبه المنتجبين و من تبعهم باحسان الى يوم الدّين. میں آپ تمام معزز مہمانوں، عزیز نوجوانوں اور امت اسلامیہ کے مستقبل کے تعلق سے خوش خبری کے حامل لوگوں کو خوش آمدید کہتا ہوں۔ آپ میں سے ہر فرد ایک عظیم بشارت کا حامل ہے۔ جب کسی ملک میں نوجوان بیدار ہو جاتا ہے تو اس ملک میں عوامی بیداری کی امیدیں بڑھ جاتی ہیں۔ آج پورے عالم اسلام میں ہمارے نوجوان بیدار ہو چکے ہیں۔ نوجوانوں کے لئے کتنے جال بچھائے گئے لیکن غیور اور بلند ہمت مسلم نوجوان نے خود کو ہر جال سے نجات دلائی۔ آپ دیکھ رہے ہیں کہ تیونس میں، مصر میں، لیبیا میں، یمن میں، بحرین میں کیا ہوا۔ دیگر اسلامی ممالک میں کیسی تحریک اٹھی۔ یہ سب نوید اور خوش خبری ہے۔ میں آپ عزیز نوجوانوں، اپنے بچوں سے یہ عرض کروں گا کہ آپ یقین جانئے کہ آج تاریخ عالم اور تاریخ بشریت ایک عظیم تاریخی موڑ پر پہنچ گئی ہے۔ پوری دنیا میں ایک نئے دور کا آغاز ہو رہا ہے۔ اس دور کی واضح اور بڑی نشانیوں میں اللہ تعالی کی طرف توجہات کا مرکوز ہو جانا، اللہ تعالی کی لا متناہی قدرت سے مدد طلب کرنا اور وحی الہی پر تکیہ کرنا ہے۔ انسانیت مادی مکاتب فکر کو عبور کرکے آگے بڑھ آئی ہے۔ اب نہ مارکسزم میں کشش باقی رہ گئی ہے، نہ مغرب کی لبرل ڈیموکریسی میں جاذبیت کی کوئی رمق ہے۔ آپ خود دیکھ رہے ہیں کہ لبرل ڈیموکریسی کے گہوارے کے اندر، امریکہ اور یورپ کے اندر کیا حالات ہیں؟! شکست کا اعتراف کیا جا رہا ہے۔ اسی طرح سیکولر نیشنلزم میں بھی کوئی جاذبیت نہیں رہ گئی ہے۔ اس وقت امت اسلامیہ کی سطح پر سب سے زیادہ کشش اسلام میں نظر آ رہی ہے، قرآن میں نظر آ رہی ہے، وحی الہی پر استوار مکتب فکر میں نظر آ رہی ہے، اللہ تعالی نے یقین دلایا ہے کہ الہی مکتب فکر، وحی پر استوار مکتب فکر اور عزیز دین اسلام میں انسان کو سعادت اور کامرانی کی منزل تک پہنچنے کی پوری صلاحیت موجود ہے۔ یہ ایک نہایت اہم، بامعنی اور مبارک راستہ ہے۔ آج اسلامی ممالک میں اغیار پر منحصر آمریتوں کے لوگ اٹھ کھڑے ہوئے ہیں۔ یہ اس عالمی آمریت اور بین الاقوامی ڈکٹیٹر شپ کے خلاف علم بغاوت بلند ہونے کا مقدمہ ہے جو استکباری طاقتوں اور صیہونیوں کی ڈکٹیٹر شپ کے خبیث اور بدعنوان نیٹ ورک سے عبارت ہے۔ آج بین الاقوامی استبداد اور بین الاقوامی ڈکٹیٹر شپ امریکہ اور اس کے پیروؤں کی ڈکٹیٹر شپ اور صیہونیوں کے خطرناک شیطانی نیٹ ورک کی صورت میں مجسم ہو گئي ہے۔ اس وقت یہ عناصر مختلف چالوں سے اور گوناگوں حربوں کے ذریعے پوری دنیا میں اپنی آمریت چلا رہے ہیں۔ آپ نے جو کارنامہ مصر میں انجام دیا، تیونس میں انجام دیا، لیبیا میں انجام دیا، اور جو کچھ یمن میں انجام دے رہے ہیں، بحرین میں انجام دے رہے ہیں، بعض دیگر ممالک میں اس کے جذبات و احساسات برانگیختہ ہو چکے ہیں، یہ سب اس خطرناک اور زیاں بار ڈکٹیٹرشپ کے خلاف جدوجہد کا ایک جز ہے جو دو صدیوں سے انسانیت کو اپنے چنگل میں جکڑے ہوئے ہے۔ میں نے جس تاریخی موڑ کی بات کی وہ، اسی آمریت کے تسلط سے قوموں کی آزادی اور الہی و معنوی اقدار کی بالادستی کی صورت میں رونما ہونے والی تبدیلی سے عبارت ہے۔ یہ تبدیلی آکر رہے گی، آپ اسے بعید نہ سمجھئے! یہ اللہ کا وعدہ ہے«ولينصرنّ اللَّه من ينصره»(1) اللہ تعالی تاکید کے ساتھ ارشاد فرماتا ہے کہ اگر آپ نے اللہ کی مدد کی تو وہ آپ کی ضرور مدد فرمائے گا۔ ممکن ہے کہ عام نظر سے دیکھا جائے اور مادی اندازوں کی بنیاد پر پرکھا جائے تو یہ چیز بعید دکھائی دے لیکن بہت سی چیزیں ہیں جو بعید معلوم ہوتی تھیں مگر رونما ہو گئیں۔ کیا آپ ایک سال اور دو تین مہینے قبل یہ سوچ سکتے تھے کہ مصر کا طاغوت (ڈکٹیٹر حسنی مبارک کا اقتدار) اس طرح ذلت و رسوائی کے ساتھ ختم ہو جائے گا؟ اگر اس وقت لوگوں سے کہا جاتا کہ مبارک کی بدعنوان اور (بیرونی طاقتوں پر) منحصر حکومت ختم ہو جائے گی تو بہت سے لوگ اس کا یقین نہ کرتے، لیکن ایسا ہوا۔ اگر کوئی دو سال قبل یہ دعوی کرتا کہ شمالی افریقا میں یہ عجیب قسم کے واقعات رونما ہونے والے ہیں تو لوگوں کی اکثریت کو یقین نہ آتا۔ اگر کوئی لبنان جیسے ملک کے بارے میں کہتا کہ مومن نوجوانوں کی ایک تنظیم صیہونی حکومت اور پوری طرح مسلح صیہونی فوج کو شکست دیدے گی تو کوئی بھی اس پر یقین نہ کرتا، لیکن یہ ہوا۔ اگر کوئی کہتا کہ اسلامی جمہوری نظام مشرق و مغرب سے جاری مخاصمتوں اور دشمنیوں کے مقابلے میں بتیس سال تک ڈٹا رہے گا اور روز بروز زیادہ طاقتور اور زیادہ پیشرفتہ ہوتا جائے گا تو کوئی بھی یقین نہ کرتا، لیکن ایسا ہوا۔ «وعدكم اللَّه مغانم كثيرة تأخذونها فعجّل لكم هذه و كفّ ايدى النّاس عنكم و لتكون ءاية للمؤمنين و يهديكم صراطا مستقيما»(2) یہ کامیابیاں اللہ تعالی کی نشانیاں ہیں۔ یہ سب پر غالب رہنے والی حق کی طاقت ہے جس سے اللہ تعالی ہمیں روشناس کرا رہا ہے۔ جب عوام میدان میں آ جائيں اور ہم اپنا سب کچھ لیکر میدان میں اتر پڑیں تو نصرت الہی کا حاصل ہونا یقینی ہے۔ اللہ تعالی ہمیں راستا بھی دکھاتا ہے، «و الّذين جاهدوا فينا لنهدينّهم سبلنا».(3) اللہ تعالی ہدایت بھی کرتا ہے، مدد بھی کرتا ہے، بلند مقامات پر بھی پہنچاتا ہے، بس شرط یہ ہے کہ ہم میدان میں ثابت قدم رہیں۔ اب تک جو کچھ رونما ہوا ہے وہ بہت عظیم شئے ہے۔ مغربی طاقتوں نے اپنی سائنسی ترقی کی مدد سے دو سو سال تک امت اسلامیہ پر حکومت کی ہے، اسلامی ممالک پر قبضہ کیا، بعض پر براہ راست اور بعض دیگر پر مقامی ڈکٹیٹروں کے ذریعے بالواسطہ طور پر۔ برطانیہ، فرانس اور سب سے بڑھ کر امریکہ جو بڑا شیطان ہے، انہوں نے امت اسلامیہ پر تسلط قائم کیا۔ جہاں تک ہو سکا اسلامی امہ کی تحقیر کی، مشرق وسطی کے اس حساس علاقے کے قلب میں صیہونیت نامی کینسر لاکر ڈال دیا اور پھر ہر طرف سے اسے تقویت پہنچائی اور مطمئن ہو رہے کہ اب دنیا کے اس اہم ترین خطے میں ان کی پالیسیوں اور مقاصد کو مکمل تحفظ مل گیا ہے۔ لیکن جذبہ ایمانی ہمت و شجاعت، اسلامی ہمت و شجاعت اور عوامی شراکت نے ان تمام باطل خوابوں کو چکناچور کر دیا اور ان سارے اہداف پر پانی پھیر دیا۔ آج عالمی استکبار کو اسلامی بیداری کے مقابلے میں اپنی کمزوری اور ناتوانی کا احساس ہو رہا ہے۔ آپ غالب آ گئے ہیں، آپ فتحیاب ہیں، مستقبل آپ کے ہاتھ میں ہے۔ جو کام انجام پایا ہے وہ بہت عظیم کارنامہ ہے، لیکن کام یہیں ختم نہیں ہوا ہے۔ یہ بہت اہم نکتہ ہے۔ ابھی شروعات ہوئی ہے، یہ نقطہ آغاز ہے۔ مسلم اقوام کو چاہئے کہ اپنی جدوجہد جاری رکھیں تاکہ دشمن کو مختلف میدانوں سے باہر کر دیں۔ یہ مقابلہ عزم و ارادے کا مقابلہ ہے اور ہمت و حوصلے کی زور آزمائی ہے۔ جس فریق کا ارادہ مضبوط ہوگا وہ غالب آ جائے گا۔ جو دل اللہ تعالی پر تکیہ کئے ہوئے ہے اسے غلبہ حاصل ہوگا۔ «ان ينصركم اللَّه فلا غالب لكم»؛(4) اگر آپ کو نصرت الہی کا شرف حاصل ہو گیا تو پھر کوئی بھی آپ پر غلبہ حاصل نہیں کر سکے گا، آپ کو پیشرفت حاصل ہوگی۔ ہم چاہتے ہیں کہ مسلم اقوام جن سے عظیم امت اسلامیہ کی تشکیل عمل میں آئی ہے، آزاد رہیں، خود مختار رہیں، باوقار رہیں، کوئی ان کی تحقیر نہ کر سکے، اسلام کی اعلی تعلیمات و احکامات سے اپنی زندگی کو سنواریں۔ اسلام میں یہ توانائی موجود ہے۔ (دشمنوں نے) برسوں سے ہمیں علمی میدان میں پیچھے رکھا، ہماری ثقافت کو پامال کیا، ہماری خود مختاری کو ختم کر دیا۔اب ہم بیدار ہوئے ہیں۔ ہم علم کے میدانوں میں بھی یکے بعد دیگر اپنی بالادستی قائم کرتے جائیں گے۔ تیس سال قبل جب اسلامی جمہوریہ کی تشکیل عمل میں آئی تو دشمن کہتے تھے کہ اسلامی انقلاب تو کامیاب ہو گیا لیکن وہ یکے بعد دیگرے تمام شعبہ ہائے زندگی کو سنبھالنے میں ناکام ہوگا اور سرانجام پیچھے ہٹ جائے گا۔ آج ہمارے نوجوان اسلام کی برکت سے علم و دانش کے شعبے میں ایسے کارہائے نمایاں انجام دینے میں کامیاب ہوئے ہیں، جو خود ان کے بھی تصور سے پرے تھے۔ آج اللہ تعالی کی ذات پر توکل کی برکت سے ایرانی نوجوان عظیم علمی سرگرمیاں انجام دے رہا ہے۔ یورینیم افزودہ کر رہا ہے، اسٹیم سیلز پیدا کرکے اسے نشونما کے مراحل سے گزار رہا ہے، حیاتیات کے شعبے میں بڑے قدم اٹھا رہا ہے، خلائی شبے میں سرگرم عمل ہے، یہ سب اللہ تعالی کی ذات پر توکل اور نعرہ اللہ اکبر کے ثمرات ہیں۔۔۔۔۔(5) ہمیں اپنی صلاحیتوں کو معمولی نہیں سمجھنا چاہئے۔ مغربی ثقافت نے اسلامی ممالک پر سب سے بڑی مصیبت جو نازل کی وہ دو غلط اور گمراہ کن خیالات کی ترویج تھی۔ ان میں ایک، مسلمان قوموں کی ناتوانی اور عدم صلاحیت کی غلط سوچ تھی۔ انہوں نے دماغ میں بٹھا دیا کہ آپ کے بس میں کچھ بھی نہیں ہے۔ نہ سیاست کے میدان میں، نہ معیشت کے میدان میں اور نہ ہی علم و دانش کے میدان میں۔ کہہ دیا کہ \"آپ تو کمزور ہیں، اسلامی ممالک دسیوں سال کے اس طویل عرصے میں اسی غلط فہمی میں پڑے رہے اور پسماندگی کا شکار ہوتے چلے گئے۔ دوسرا غلط تاثر جو ہمارے اندر پھیلایا گيا وہ ہمارے دشمنوں کی طاقت کے لامتناہی اور ان کے ناقابل شکست ہونے کا تاثر تھا۔ ہمیں یہ سمجھا دیا گيا کہ امریکہ کو شکست دینا محال ہے، مغرب کو تو پسپا کیا ہی نہیں جا سکتا۔ ہمیں ان کے مقابلے میں سب کچھ برداشت کرنے میں ہی ہماری بھلائی ہے۔ آج یہ حقیقت مسلم اقوام کے سامنے آ چکی ہے کہ یہ دونوں ہی خیالات سراسر غلط تھے۔ مسلمان قومیں ترقی کرنے کی صلاحیت رکھتی ہیں، اسلامی عظمت و جلالت کو جو کسی زمانے میں علمی و سیاسی و سماجی شعبوں میں اپنے اوج پر تھی، دوبارہ حاصل کرنے پر قادر ہیں اور دشمن کو تمام میدانوں میں پسپائی اختیار کرنی پڑے گی۔ یہ صدی اسلام کی صدی ہے۔ یہ صدی روحانیت کی صدی ہے۔ اسلام نے معقولیت، روحانیت اور انصاف کو یکجا قوموں کے لئے پیش کر دیا ہے۔ عقل و خرد پر استوار اسلام، تدبر و تفکر کی تعلیم دینے والا اسلام، روحانیت و معنویت کی تلقین کرنے والا اسلام، اللہ تعالی کی ذات پر توکل کا راستہ دکھانے والا اسلام، جہاد کا درس دینے والا اسلام، جذبہ عمل کا سرچشمہ اسلام، عملی اقدام پر تاکید کرنے والا اسلام۔ یہ سب اللہ تعالی اور اسلام سے ہمیں ملنے والی تعلیمات ہیں۔ آج جو چیز سب سے اہم ہے، یہ ہے کہ دشمن کو مصر میں، تیونس میں، لیبیا میں اور علاقے کے دیگر ممالک میں کم و بیش جو ہزیمت اٹھانی پڑی ہے اس کی تلافی کے لئے وہ سازش اور منصوبہ تیار کرنے میں مصروف ہے۔ دشمن کی سازشوں پر نظر رکھنے کی ضرورت ہے۔ ہوشیار رہنے کی ضرورت ہے کہ (دشمن) عوامی انقلابوں کو سبوتاژ نہ کر لے، اسے راستے سے منحرف نہ کر دے۔ دوسروں کے تجربات سے استفادہ کیجئے! دشمن، انقلابوں کو غلط سمت میں موڑنے، تحریکوں کو بے اثر بنانے اور مجاہدتوں اور بہنے والے لہو کو بے نتیجہ بنانے کی بڑی کوشش کر رہا ہے۔ بہت محتاط رہنے کی ضرورت ہے، بہت ہوشیار رہنے کی ضرورت ہے۔ آپ نوجوان اس تحریک کے علمبردار ہیں، آپ ہوشیار رہئے، آپ محتاط رہئے۔ پچھلے بتیس برسوں میں ہمیں بڑے تجربات حاصل ہوئے ہیں، بتیس سال سے ہم نے دشمنیوں اور مخاصمتوں کا سامنا کیا ہے، استقامت کی ہے اور دشمنیوں پر غلبہ پایا ہے ۔۔۔۔ (6) کوئي بھی ایسی سازش نہیں ہے جو مغرب اور امریکہ، ایران کے خلاف کر سکتے تھے اور انہوں نے نہ کی ہو۔ اگر کوئی اقدام انہوں نے نہیں کیا تو صرف اس وجہ سے کہ وہ اقدام ان کے بس میں نہیں تھا۔ جو کچھ ان کے بس میں تھا، انہوں نے کیا اور ہر دفعہ انہیں منہ کی کھانی پڑی، ہزیمت اٹھانی پڑی۔۔۔۔۔۔(7) اور آئندہ بھی یہ سلسلہ جاری رہے گا۔ آئندہ بھی اسلامی جمہوریہ کے خلاف تمام سازشوں میں انہیں شکست ہوگی۔ یہ ہم سے اللہ کا وعدہ ہے جس کے بارے میں ہمیں کوئی شک و شبہ نہیں ہے۔ ہمیں اللہ تعالی کے وعدے کی صداقت میں کوئی شک و تردد نہیں ہے۔ ہمیں اللہ تعالی کی طرف سے کوئی بے اطمینانی نہیں ہے۔ اللہ ان لوگوں کی مذمت کرتا ہے جو اس کے تعلق سے بے اطمینانی میں مبتلا ہوتے ہیں۔ «و يعذّب المنافقين و المنافقات و المشركين و المشركات الظّانّين باللَّه ظنّ السّوء عليهم دائرة السّوء و غضب اللَّه عليهم و لعنهم و اعدّ لهم جهنّم و سائت مصيرا»(8) اللہ کا وعدہ سچا ہے۔ ہم چونکہ میدان میں موجود ہیں، مجاہدت کے میدان میں داخل ہو چکے ہیں، ملت ایران اپنے تمام وسائل و امکانات کے ساتھ میدان میں وارد ہو چکی ہے لہذا نصرت الہی کا حاصل ہونا یقینی ہے۔ دوسرے ممالک میں بھی یہی صورت حال ہے تاہم بہت محتاط رہنے کی ضرورت ہے۔ ہم سب کو ہوشیار رہنا چاہئے، ہم سب کو دشمنوں کے مکر و حیلے کی طرف سے چوکنا رہنا چاہئے۔ دشمن، تحریکوں کو ناکام بنانے کی کوشش کر رہا ہے، اختلاف کے بیج بونے کی کوشش کر رہا ہے۔ آج ‏عالم اسلام میں جاری اسلامی تحریکیں شیعہ اور سنی کے فرق پر یقین نہیں کرتیں۔ شافعی، حنفی، جعفری، مالکی، حنبلی اور زیدی کے فرق کو نہیں مانتیں۔ عرب، فارس اور دیگر قومیتوں کے اختلاف کو قبول نہیں کرتیں۔ اس عظیم وادی میں سب کے سب موجود ہیں۔ ہمیں کوشش کرنا چاہئے کہ دشمن ہمارے اندر تفرقہ نہ ڈال سکے۔ ہمیں اپنے اندر باہمی اخوت کا جذبہ پیدا کرنا چاہئے، ہدف کا تعین کر لینا چاہئے۔ ہدف اسلام ہے، ہدف قرآنی اور اسلامی حکومت ہے۔ البتہ اسلامی ممالک کے درمیان جہاں اشتراکات موجود ہیں، وہیں کچھ فرق بھی ہے۔ تمام اسلامی ممالک کے لئے کوئی واحد آئیڈیل نہیں ہے۔ مختلف ممالک کے جغرافیائی حالات، تاریخی حالات اور سماجی حالات الگ الگ ہیں تاہم مشترکہ اصول بھی پائے جاتے ہیں۔ استکبار کے سب مخالف ہیں، مغرب کے خباثت آمیز تسلط کے ہم سب مخالف ہیں، اسرائیل نامی کینسر کے سب مخالف ہیں۔۔۔۔۔ (9) جہاں بھی یہ محسوس ہو کہ کوئی نقل و حرکت اسرائیل کے مفاد میں انجام پا رہی ہے، امریکہ کے مفاد میں انجام پا رہی ہے، ہمیں وہاں ہوشیار ہو جانا چاہئے، یہ سمجھ لینا چاہئے کہ یہ حرکت اغیار کی ہے، یہ سرگرمیاں غیروں کی ہیں، یہ اپنوں کی مہم نہیں ہو سکتی۔ جب صیہونیت مخالف، استکبار مخالف اور استبداد و ظلم و فساد کے خلاف کام ہوتا نظر آئے تو وہ بالکل درست عمل ہے۔ وہاں سب \"اپنے\" لوگ ہیں۔ وہاں نہ کوئي شیعہ ہے نہ سنی، وہاں قومیت کا فرق ہے نہ شہریت کا۔ وہاں سب کو ایک ہی نہج پر سوچنا ہے۔ آپ غور کیجئے! اس وقت بالکل سامنے کی ایک مثال موجود ہے۔ دنیا کے تمام نشریاتی ادارے یہ کوشش کر رہے ہیں کہ بحرین کے عوام اور وہاں کی عوامی تحریک کو الگ تھلگ کر دیں۔ مقصد کیا ہے؟ یہ شیعہ سنی اختلاف بھڑکانا چاہتے ہیں۔ تفرقہ کا بیج بونے کی کوشش کر رہے ہیں، خلیج پیدا کرنے کی کوشش میں ہیں۔ حالانکہ ان مسلمانوں اور مومنین کے درمیان جن میں بعض کسی مسلک سے اور بعض دیگر کسی اور مسلک سے وابستہ ہیں، کوئی فرق نہیں ہے۔ اسلام نے سب کو ایک ہی لڑی میں پرو دیا ہے۔ سب امت اسلامیہ سے وابستہ ہیں، اسلامی امہ کا جز ہیں۔۔۔۔ (10) فتح کا راز، تحریک کے دوام کا راز اللہ کی ذات پر توکل، اللہ کے تعلق سے حسن ظن، اللہ تعالی پر اعتماد اور اتحاد اور مربوط کوششوں کا جاری رہنا ہے۔ میرے عزیزو! میرے بچو! آپ بہت محتاط رہئے، اپنی تحریک کو رکنے نہ دیجئے۔ اللہ تعالی نے قرآن میں دو جگہوں پر اپنے پیغمبر کو مخاطب کرکے فرمایا ہے؛ «فاستقم كما امرت»،(11) «و استقم كما امرت»؛(12) استقامت کا مظاہرہ کیجئے۔ استقامت یعنی پائیداری، یعنی راستے پر اٹل رہنا، حق کے جادے پر آگے بڑھتے رہنا، قدم نہ رکنے دینا۔ یہی کامیابی کا راز ہے۔ ہمیں آگے بڑھتے رہنا ہے، یہ تحریک کامیاب ہے، اس کا مستقبل تابناک ہے، اس کے افق روشن ہیں۔ مستقبل بالکل درخشاں ہے۔ وہ دن ضرور آئے گا جب امت اسلامیہ اللہ تعالی کی نصرت و مدد سے قوت و آزادی کی بلندیوں کو چھو لے گی۔۔۔۔۔(13) مسلمان اقوام اپنی خصوصیات اور تنوع کو باقی رکھتے ہوئے اللہ اور اسلام کے سائے میں جمع ہو جائیں، سب آپس میں متحد رہیں۔ ایسا ہو گيا تو امت اسلامیہ اپنی عظمت رفتہ کو دوبارہ حاصل کر لےگی۔ ہمارے ممالک زمین دوز ذخائر سے مالامال ہیں، ہمارے پاس اسٹریٹیجک اور سوق الجیشی اہمیت کے حامل خطے موجود ہیں، ہمارے پاس بے پناہ قدرتی وسائل ہیں، نمایاں ہستیاں ہیں، با صلاحیت افرادی قوت ہے، ہمیں ہمت سے کام لینا چاہئے۔ اللہ تعالی ہماری ہمتوں میں اور بھی اضافہ کرے گا۔ میں آپ نوجوانوں سے یہ عرض کرنا چاہتا ہوں کہ مستقبل آپ کا ہے۔ اللہ تعالی کی نصرت و مدد سے آپ نوجوان وہ دن ضرور دیکھیں گے اور انشاء اللہ اپنے افتخارات آئندہ نسلوں کو منتقل کریں گے۔ و السلام علیکم و رحمۃ اللہ و برکاتہ 1) حج: 40، اور جو بھی اللہ کی مدد کرے وہ اس کی یقینا مدد کرےگا۔ 2) فتح: 20، اللہ نے تم سے بہت دیدار مسئولان و فرماندهان نیروی هوایی ارتش Ayatollah Khamenei the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution met Thursday morning with commanders and personnel of the Air Force of the Islamic Republic of Iran Army. Speaking at the meeting, which was held on the occasion of the historic pledge of allegiance of air force officers to Imam Khomeini (r.a.) on the 19th of Bahman of 1357, His Eminence said that the continuation of American pressures and threats over the past 34 years simultaneous with offers of negotiations shows their lack of good will. The Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution referred to the vigilance and courage of the Iranian nation in the face of deceptive moves, further reiterating: \\\\\\\"The dear, wise and steadfast people of Iran will enter the arena on the 22nd of Bahman with unity and they will, once more, foil the plot of the enemy to separate the people from the Islamic Republic and the Revolution by initiating a national an d revolutionary move.\\\\\\\" Ayatollah Khamenei referred to different plots of the enemy such as launching coup d\\\\\\\'états, provoking military conflicts, offering their full support to aggressors, waging hard and soft wars, exerting pressures by establishing an evil media empire and imposing strict sanctions. He added: \\\\\\\"They have done everything in their power to make our people hopeless, lose their trust in Islam and the Islamic Republic and disappear from the scene. But, by Allah\\\\\\\'s favor, the people have become happier, more active and more loyal.\\\\\\\" His Eminence discussed the efforts of some American officials to pit the people against the Islamic Republic by imposing more strict sanctions, further stressing: \\\\\\\"Our nation has always responded to these words through the annual rallies on the 22nd of Bahman and this year they will do the same.\\\\\\\" He described wisdom and vigilance as the key to success and stat ed: \\\\\\\"The people accurately read every move of the Americans and the Zionists with vigilance and communal wisdom and they make no mistakes when they take actions and when they adopt positions. This fact is a great national blessing.\\\\\\\" The Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution pointed to recent offers by American officials, announcing constantly that they are prepared to negotiate with Iran. He reiterated: \\\\\\\"These comments are not new and they have repeatedly said these things at different junctures. Each time, the Iranian nation judged the Americans\\\\\\\' offers according to their actions.\\\\\\\" Ayatollah Khamenei referred to the Americans who said that the ball is in Iran\\\\\\\'s court, reiterating: \\\\\\\"The ball is in your court because it is you who should answer this question: does it make sense to speak about negotiations while you continue to exert pressures and make threats?\\\\\\\" His Eminence said: \\\\\\\"Negotiations are for th e sake of proving one\\\\\\\'s honest good will. You commit tens of dishonest acts and then you speak about negotiations. Can the Iranian nation believe that you are honest?\\\\\\\" The Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution explained the reasons behind the Americans\\\\\\\' offer of negotiations. He stated: \\\\\\\"Of course, we understand their need for negotiations. The Middle East policies of the Americans have failed and they need to play a trump card in order to make up for this defeat.\\\\\\\" He described the effort to drag the Islamic Republic of Iran to the negotiating table as the American trump card, adding: \\\\\\\"They want to say to the world that they have good will, but nobody has seen any good will.\\\\\\\" Ayatollah Khamenei referred to the American offer of negotiations which was made 4 years ago, stressing: \\\\\\\"At that time, we announced that we will not prejudge and we will wait to see what action they will take. But we saw nothing exce pt for the continuation of their plots, their assistance to those who started the fitna and their support for terrorists who killed the scientists of the Iranian nation.\\\\\\\" His Eminence added: \\\\\\\"As you said, you have imposed crippling sanctions on the Iranian people in order to cripple them. Does this show your good will or insincerity?\\\\\\\" He stated: \\\\\\\"Negotiations are meaningful when the two sides negotiate with good intentions and without planning to deceive one another. Negotiations should be on equal terms. Negotiations for the sake of negotiations, tactical negotiations and their offer of negotiations for the sake of showing off as a so-called great power, are deceptive moves.\\\\\\\" The Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution reiterated: \\\\\\\"I am not a diplomat. I am a revolutionary. For this reason, I say openly, honestly and clearly that offers of negotiations are meaningful when the two sides show their good intentions.\\\\\\\" Addressing the Americans, Ayatollah Khamenei said: \\\\\\\"You point the gun at the people of Iran and say, negotiate or we will shoot you. باذن الله سالم بماند و ادامه يابد، قادر خواهد بود سربرآوردنِ تمدن‌‌اسلامى را در چشم‌‌اندازى نه چندان دوردست، براى امت اسلامى و آنگاه براى جهان بشريت رقم زند. آنچه امروز در برابر چشم ما است و هيچ انسان مطّلع و هوشمندى نميتواند آن را انكار كند، آن است كه اكنون اسلام از حاشيه‌‌ى معادلات اجتماعى و سياسى جهان خارج شده و در مركز عناصر تعيين‌‌كننده‌‌ى حوادث عالم، جايگاهى برجسته و نمايان يافته است و نگاه تازه‌‌اى را در عرصه‌‌ى زندگى و سياست و حكومت و تحولات اجتماعى عرضه ميكند؛ و اين در دنياى كنونى كه پس از شكست كمونيزم و ليبراليزم، دچار خلأ عميق فكرى و نظرى است، پديده‌‌اى مهم و پرمعنى به شمار ميرود. اين نخستين اثرى است كه حوادث سياسى و انقلابى در شمال آفريقا و منطقه‌‌ى عربى، در مقياس جهانى بر جاى گذاشته است، و خود مبشّر حقايق بزرگترى است كه در آينده اتفاق خواهد افتاد. بيدارى اسلامى كه سخنگويان جبهه‌‌ى استكبار و ارتجاع حتّى از به زبان آوردن نام آن نيز پرهيز ميكنند و ميترسند، حقيقتى است كه اكنون تقريباً در سراسر دنياى اسلام ميتوان نشانه‌‌هاى آن را ديد. بارزترين نشانه‌‌ى آن، اشتياق افكار عمومى و بويژه در قشرهاى جوان، به احياء مجد و عظمت اسلام و آگاه شدن آنان از ماهيت نظام سلطه‌‌ى بين‌‌المللى و آشكار شدن چهره‌‌ى وقيح و ستمگر و مستكبر دولتها و كانونهائى است كه بيش از دويست سال شرق اسلامى و غيراسلامى را در زير پنجه‌‌هاى خونين خود فشرده و با نقاب تمدن و فرهنگ، هستى ملتها را دستخوش قدرت‌‌طلبىِ بيرحمانه و تجاوزگرانه‌‌ى خود كرده‌‌اند. ابعاد اين بيدارى مبارك بسى گسترده و داراى امتدادى رمزگونه است؛ ولى آنچه از دستاوردهاى نقد آن در چند كشور شمال آفريقا ديده شد، ميتواند دلها را به نتائج بزرگ و شگرف آينده به اطمينان برساند. همواره تحقق معجزگون وعده‌‌هاى الهى، نشانه‌‌ى اميدبخشى است كه تحقق وعده‌‌هاى بزرگتر را نويد ميدهد. حكايت قرآن از دو وعده‌‌اى كه خداوند به مادر موسى داد، نمونه‌‌اى از اين تاكتيك ربوبى است. در آن هنگامه‌‌ى دشوار كه فرمان به آب افكندن صندوق حامل نوزاد داده شد، خطاب الهى وعده فرمود كه: «انّا رادّوه اليك و جاعلوه من المرسلين».(1) تحقق وعده‌‌ى اول كه وعده‌‌ى كوچكتر و مايه‌‌ى دلخوشى مادر بود، نشانه‌‌ى تحقق وعده‌‌ى رسالت شد، كه بسى بزرگتر و البته مستلزم رنج و مجاهدت و صبر بلندمدت بود: «فرددناه الى امّه كى تقرّ عينها و لا تحزن و لتعلم انّ وعد الله حقّ».(2) اين وعده‌‌ى حق، همان رسالت بزرگ است كه پس از چند سال تحقق يافت و مسير تاريخ را تغيير داد. نمونه‌‌ى ديگر، يادآورى قدرت فائقه‌‌ى الهى در سركوب مهاجمان به بيت شريف است، كه خداوند به وسيله‌‌ى پيامبر اعظم، براى تشويق مخاطبان، به امتثال امرِ: «فليعبدوا ربّ هذا البيت»(3) به كار ميبَرد و ميفرمايد: «أ لم يجعل كيدهم فى تضليل».(4) يا براى تقويت روحى پيامبر محبوبش و باور وعده‌‌ى : «ما ودّعك ربّك و ما قلى»،(5) از يادآورى نعمت معجزگون : «أ لم يجدك يتيما فأوى. و وجدك ضالّا فهدى» بهره ميگيرد. و چنين نمونه‌‌هائى در قرآن بسيار است. آن روز كه اسلام در ايران پيروز شد و توانست دژ آمريكا و صهيونيزم را در يكى از حساسترين كشورهاى اين منطقه‌‌ى بسيار حساس فتح كند، اهل عبرت و حكمت دانستند كه اگر صبر و بصيرت را به كار گيرند، فتوحات ديگر پى‌‌درپى فرا خواهد رسيد؛ و فرا رسيد. واقعيتهاى درخشان در جمهورى اسلامى كه دشمنان ما بدان اعتراف ميكنند، همه در سايه‌‌ى اعتماد به وعده‌‌ى الهى و صبر و مقاومت و استمداد از خداوند به دست آمده است. مردم ما همواره در برابر وسوسه‌‌ى ضعفائى كه در مقاطع اضطراب‌‌انگيز، نداى: «انّا لمدركون»(6) سر ميدادند، نهيب زده‌‌اند كه : «كلاّ انّ معى ربّى سيهدين».(7) امروز اين تجربه‌‌اى گرانبهاء در دسترس ملتهائى است كه در برابر استكبار و استبداد قد علم كرده و توانسته‌‌اند حكومتهاى فاسد و گوش‌‌به‌‌فرمان و وابسته به آمريكا را سرنگون ساخته يا متزلزل كنند. ايستادگى و صبر و بصر و اعتماد به وعده‌‌ى: «و لينصرنّ الله من ينصره انّ الله لقوىّ عزيز»(8) خواهد توانست اين مسير افتخار را تا رسيدن به قله‌‌ى تمدن اسلامى، در برابر امت اسلامى هموار كند. اكنون در اين جلسه‌‌ى مهم كه جمعى از علماى امت از كشورها و مذاهب گوناگون اسلامى در آن حضور يافته‌‌اند، شايسته ميدانم به بيان چند نكته‌‌ى لازم در مسائل بيدارى اسلامى بپردازم: اولين مطلب آن است كه نخستين امواج بيدارى در كشورهاى اين منطقه كه همزمان با آغاز ورود پيشقراولهاى استعمار آغاز شد، غالباً به وسيله‌‌ى علماى دين و مصلحان دينى پديد آمد. نام رهبران و شخصيتهاى برجسته چون سيدجمال‌‌الدين و محمد عبده و ميرزاى شيرازى و آخوند خراسانى و محمود الحسن و محمدعلى و شيخ فضل‌‌الله و حاج آقا نورالله و ابوالاعلى مودودى و دهها روحانى معروف بزرگ و مجاهد و متنفذ از كشورهاى ايران و مصر و هند و عراق در صفحات تاريخ براى هميشه ثبت و ضبط است. در دوران معاصر هم نام درخشان «امام خمينى» عظيم چون ستاره‌‌ى پرفروغى بر تارك انقلاب اسلامى ايران ميدرخشد. در اين ميان، صدها عالم معروف و هزاران عالم غيرمعروف نيز، امروز و ديروز، نقش‌‌آفرين حوادث اصلاحىِ بزرگ و كوچك در كشورهاى گوناگون بوده‌‌اند. فهرست مصلحان دينى از قشرهاى غيرروحانى همچون حسن‌‌البناء و اقبال لاهورى نيز بلند و اعجاب‌‌انگيز است. روحانيان و رجال دين‌‌شناس كمابيش در همه جا مرجع فكرى و سنگ صبور روحى مردم بوده‌‌اند و هرجا كه در هنگامه‌‌ى تحولات بزرگ، در نقش هدايتگر و پيشرو ظاهر شده و در پيشاپيش صفوف مردم در مواجهه با خطرات حركت كرده‌‌اند، پيوند فكرى ميان آنان و مردم افزايش يافته و انگشت اشاره‌‌ى آنان در نشان دادن راه به مردم، اثرگذارتر بوده است. اين به همان اندازه كه براى نهضت بيدارى اسلامى داراى سود و بركت است، براى دشمنان امت و كينه‌‌ورزان با اسلام و مخالفان حاكميت ارزشهاى‌‌اسلامى ، دغدغه‌‌آفرين و نامطلوب است و سعى ميكنند اين مرجعيت فكرى را از پايگاه‌‌هاى دينى سلب كرده و قطبهاى جديدى براى آن بتراشند؛ كه به تجربه دريافته‌‌اند كه با آنان ميتوان بر سر اصول و ارزشهاى ملى براحتى معامله كرد! چيزى كه در مورد عالمان باتقوا و رجال دينىِ متعهد هرگز اتفاق نخواهد افتاد. اين، وظيفه‌‌ى عالمان دين را سنگين‌‌تر ميكند. آنها بايد با هوشيارى و دقت فراوان، و با شناخت شيوه‌‌ها و ترفندهاى فريبنده‌‌ى دشمن، راه نفوذ را بكلى ببندند و فريب دشمن را ناكام كنند. نشستن بر سفره‌‌ى رنگين متاع دنيا، از بزرگترين آفتها است. آلوده شدن به صله و احسانِ صاحبان زر و زور و نمك‌‌گير شدن در برابر طاغوتهاى شهوت و قدرت، خطرناك‌‌ترين عامل جدائى از مردم و از دست دادن اعتماد و صميميت آنها است. منيّت و قدرت‌‌طلبى كه سست‌‌عنصران را به گرايش به سوى قطبهاى قدرت فرا ميخواند، بستر آلودگى به فساد و انحراف است. اين آيه‌‌ى قرآن را همواره بايد در گوش داشته باشند كه: «تلك الدّار الأخرة نجعلها للّذين لايريدون علوّا فى الأرض و لا فسادا و العاقبة للمتّقين».(9) امروز در دوران حركتهاى اميدبخش بيدارى اسلامى، گاه صحنه‌‌هائى ديده ميشود كه نمايشگر تلاش عمله‌‌ى آمريكا و صهيونيسم براى تراشيدن مرجعيتهاى فكرىِ نامطمئن از يك سو، و تلاش قارونهاى شهوتران براى كشاندن اهل دين و تقوا بر سر بساط مسموم و آلوده‌‌ى خود، از سوى ديگر است. علماى دين و رجال ديندار و دين‌‌مدار، بايد بشدت مراقب و دقيق باشند. دومين نكته، لزوم ترسيم هدف بلندمدت براى بيدارى اسلامى در كشورهاى مسلمان است؛ نقطه‌‌ى متعالى و والائى كه بيدارى ملتها را بايد سمت و سو دهد و آنان را به آن نقطه برساند. با شناسائى اين نقطه است كه ميتوان نقشه‌‌ى راه را ترسيم كرد و هدفهاى ميانى و نزديك را در آن مشخص نمود. اين هدف نهائى نميتواند چيزى كمتر از «ايجاد تمدن درخشان اسلامى» باشد. امت اسلامى با همه‌‌ى ابعاض خود در قالب ملتها و كشورها، بايد به جايگاه تمدّنىِ مطلوب قرآن دست يابد. شاخصه‌‌ى اصلى و عمومى اين تمدن، بهره‌‌مندى انسانها از همه‌‌ى ظرفيتهاى مادى و معنوى‌‌اى است كه خداوند براى تأمين سعادت و تعالى آنان، در عالم طبيعت و در وجود خود آنان تعبيه كرده است. آرايش ظاهرى اين تمدن را در حكومت مردمى، در قوانين برگرفته از قرآن، در اجتهاد و پاسخگوئى به نيازهاى نوبه‌‌نوى بشر، در پرهيز از تحجر و ارتجاع و نيز بدعت و التقاط، در ايجاد رفاه و ثروت عمومى، در استقرار عدالت، در خلاص شدن از اقتصاد مبتنى بر ويژه‌‌خوارى و ربا و تكاثر، در گسترش اخلاق انسانى، در دفاع از مظلومان عالم، و در تلاش و كار و ابتكار، ميتوان و بايد مشاهده كرد. نگاه اجتهادى و عالمانه به عرصه‌‌هاى گوناگون، از علوم انسانى تا نظام تعليم و تربيت رسمى، و از اقتصاد و بانكدارى تا توليد فنى و فناورى، و از رسانه‌‌هاى مدرن تا هنر و سينما، و تا روابط بين‌‌الملل و غيره و غيره، همه از لوازم اين تمدن‌‌سازى است. تجربه نشان داده است كه اينها همه، كارهاى ممكن و در دسترس توانائيهاى جوامع ما است. نبايد با نگاه شتابزده يا بدبينانه به اين چشم‌‌انداز نگريست. بدبينى به توانائيهاى‌‌خود، كفران نعمت الهى است؛ و غفلت از امداد الهى و كمك سنتهاى آفرينش، فرو لغزيدن به ورطه‌‌ى: «الظّانّين بالله ظنّ السّوء»(10) است. ما ميتوانيم حلقه‌‌ى انحصارات علمى و اقتصادى و سياسىِ قدرتهاى سلطه‌‌گر را بشكنيم و امت اسلامى را پيشروِ احقاق حق اكثريت ملتهاى جهان كه اينك مقهور اقليت مستكبرند، باشيم. تمدن اسلامى ميتواند با شاخصه‌‌هاى ايمان و علم و اخلاق و مجاهدت مداوم، انديشه‌‌ى پيشرفته و اخلاق والا را به امت اسلامى و به همه‌‌ى بشريت هديه دهد و نقطه‌‌ى رهائى از جهان‌‌بينى مادى و ظالمانه و اخلاقِ به لجن كشيده‌‌اى كه اركان تمدن امروزىِ غربند، باشد. مطلب سوم آن است كه در نهضتهاى بيدارى اسلامى بايد تجربه‌‌ى تلخ و دهشتناك تبعيت از غرب در سياست و اخلاق و رفتار و سبك زندگى، مورد توجه دائم باشد. كشورهاى مسلمان در بيش از يك قرن تبعيت از فرهنگ و سياست دولتهاى مستكبر، به آفات مهلكى همچون وابستگى و ذلت سياسى، فلاكت و فقر اقتصادى، سقوط فضيلت و اخلاق، عقب‌‌ماندگى خجلت‌‌آور علمى، دچار شدند؛ و اين در حالى بود كه امت اسلامى از سابقه‌‌اى افتخارانگيز در همه‌‌ى اين عرصه‌‌ها برخوردار بود. اين سخن را نبايد به معنى دشمنى با غرب دانست. ما با هيچ گروهى از انسانها به خاطر تمايز جغرافيائى، دشمنى نداريم. ما از على (عليه‌‌السّلام) آموخته‌‌ايم كه در باره‌‌ى انسانها فرمود : «امّا اخ لك فى الدّين او نظير لك فى الخلق».(11) ادعانامه‌‌ى ما، عليه ظلم و استكبار، و تحكّم و تجاوز، و فساد و انحطاط اخلاقى و عملى است كه از سوى قدرتهاى‌‌استعمارى و استكبارى بر ملتهاى ما وارد شده است. هم‌‌اكنون نيز تحكّمها و دخالتها و زورگوئيهاى آمريكا و برخى دنباله‌‌روانش در منطقه را در كشورهائى كه نسيم بيدارى در آنها به طوفان قيام و انقلاب بدل شده است، مشاهده ميكنيم. وعده‌‌ها و وعيدهاى آنان نبايد در تصميمها و اقدامهاى نخبگان سياسى و در حركت عظيم مردمى اثر بگذارد. در اينجا نيز بايد از تجربه‌‌ها درس بياموزيم. آنها كه در طول ساليان به وعده‌‌هاى آمريكا دل خوش كرده و ركون به ظالم را مبناى مشى و سياست خود ساختند، نتوانستند گرهى از كار ملت خود بگشايند، يا ستمى را از خود يا ديگران برطرف كنند. آنها با تسليم در برابر آمريكا نتوانستند از ويرانىِ حتّى يك خانه‌‌ى فلسطينى در سرزمينى كه متعلق به فلسطينيان است، جلوگيرى كنند. سياستمداران و نخبگانى‌‌كه فريفته‌‌ى تطميع يا مرعوب تهديد جبهه‌‌ى استكبار شوند و فرصت بزرگ بيدارى اسلامى را از دست دهند، بايد از اين تهديد الهى بيمناك باشند كه فرمود: «أ لم تر الى الّذين بدّلوا نعمت الله كفرا و احلّوا قومهم دار البوار. جهنّم يصلونها و بئس القرار».(12) نكته‌‌ى چهارم آن است كه امروز يكى از خطرناك‌‌ترين چيزهائى كه نهضت بيدارى اسلامى را تهديد ميكند، اختلاف‌‌افكنى و تبديل اين نهضتها به معارضه‌‌هاى خونين فرقه‌‌اى و مذهبى و قومى و ملّى است. اين توطئه هم‌‌اكنون از سوى سرويسهاى جاسوسى غرب و صهيونيزم، با كمك دلارهاى نفتى و سياستمداران خودفروخته، از شرق آسيا تا شمال آفريقا و بويژه در منطقه‌‌ى‌‌عربى ، با جد و اهتمام دنبال ميشود و پولى كه ميتوانست در خدمت بهروزى خلق خدا باشد، خرج تهديد و تكفير و ترور و بمبگذارى و ريختن خون مسلمانان و برافروختن آتش كينه‌‌هاى درازمدت ميگردد. آنها كه قدرت يكپارچه‌‌ى اسلامى را مانع هدفهاى خبيث خود ميدانند، دامن‌‌زدن به اختلافها در درون امت اسلامى را آسانترين راه براى مقصود شيطانى خود يافته‌‌اند و تفاوتهاى نظرى در فقه و كلام و تاريخ و حديث را - كه طبيعى و اجتناب‌‌ناپذير است - دستاويز تكفير و خونريزى و فتنه و فساد ساخته‌‌اند. نگاه هوشمندانه به صحنه‌‌ى درگيريهاى داخلى، دست دشمن را در پس اين فاجعه‌‌ها بروشنى نشان ميدهد. اين دست غدّار، بى‌‌شك از جهلها و عصبيتها و سطحى‌‌نگرى‌‌ها در ميان جوامع ما بهره‌‌بردارى ميكند و بر روى آتش، بنزين ميريزد. وظيفه‌‌ى مصلحان و نخبگان دينى و سياسى در اين ماجرا بسيار سنگين است. اكنون ليبى به گونه‌‌اى، مصر و تونس به گونه‌‌اى، سوريه به گونه‌‌اى، پاكستان به گونه‌‌اى، و عراق و لبنان به گونه‌‌اى درگير يا در معرض اين شعله‌‌هاى خطرناكند. بايد بشدت مراقب و در پى علاج بود. ساده‌‌انديشى است كه اين همه را به عوامل و انگيزه‌‌هاى عقيدتى و قومى نسبت دهيم. تبليغات غرب و رسانه‌‌هاى منطقه‌‌اىِ وابسته و مزدور، جنگ ويرانگر در سوريه را نزاع شيعه و سنّى وانمود ميكنند و حاشيه‌‌ى امنى براى صهيونيستها و دشمنان مقاومت در سوريه و لبنان پديد مى‌‌آورد. اين در حالى است كه دو طرف نزاع در سوريه، نه سنّى و شيعه، بلكه طرفداران مقاومت ضدصهيونيستى و مخالفان آنند. نه دولت سوريه يك دولت شيعى، و نه معارضه‌‌ى سكولار و ضد اسلامِ آن يك گروه سنّى‌‌اند. تنها هنر گردانندگان اين سناريوى فاجعه‌‌آميز آن است كه توانسته‌‌اند از احساسات مذهبىِ ساده‌‌انديشان در اين آتش‌‌افروزى مهلك استفاده كنند. نگاه به صحنه و دست‌‌اندركاران سطوح مختلف آن، ميتواند مسئله را براى هر انسان منصفى روشن كند. اين موج تبليغات در مورد بحرين نيز به گونه‌‌اى ديگر به دروغ و فريب سرگرم است. در بحرين، اكثريتى مظلوم كه سالهاى متمادى است از حق رأى و ديگر حقوق اساسى‌‌يك ملت، محرومند، به مطالبه‌‌ى حق خود برخاسته‌‌اند. آيا چون اين اكثريتِ مظلوم شيعه‌‌اند و حكومت جبارِ سكولار، متظاهر به سنى‌‌گرى است، بايد اين را نزاع شيعه و سنّى دانست؟ استعمارگران اروپائى و آمريكائى و همپياله‌‌هاى آنان در منطقه البته ميخواهند چنين وانمود كنند، ولى آيا اين حقيقت است؟ اينها است كه علماى دين و مصلحان منصف را به تأمل و دقت و احساس مسئوليت فرا ميخواند و شناختن هدفهاى دشمنان در عمده كردن اختلافات مذهبى و قومى و حزبى را بر همه فرض ميسازد. نكته‌‌ى پنجم آن است كه درستى مسير نهضتهاى بيدارى اسلامى را از جمله بايد در موضعگيرى آنان در قبال مسئله‌‌ى فلسطين جستجو كرد. از 60 سال پيش تاكنون داغى‌‌بزرگتر از غصب كشور فلسطين بر دل امت اسلامى نهاده نشده است. فاجعه‌‌ى فلسطين از روز اوّل تاكنون، تركيبى از كشتار و ترور و ويرانگرى و غصب و تعرض به مقدسات اسلامى بوده است. وجوب ايستادگى و مبارزه در برابر اين دشمن حربى و غاصب، مورد اتفاق همه‌‌ى مذاهب اسلامى و محلّ اجماع همه‌‌ى جريانات صادق و سالمِ ملّى بوده است. هر جريانى در كشورهاى اسلامى كه اين وظيفه‌‌ى دينى و ملى را به ملاحظه‌‌ى خواست تحكّم‌‌آميز آمريكا يا به بهانه‌‌ى توجيه‌‌هاى غيرمنطقى، به دست فراموشى بسپارد، نبايد انتظار داشته باشد كه به چشم وفادارى به اسلام يا صداقت در ادعاى ميهن‌‌دوستى به او نگريسته شود. اين يك محك است. هر كس شعار آزادى قدس شريف و نجات ملت فلسطين و سرزمين فلسطين را نپذيرد يا به حاشيه ببرد و به جبهه‌‌ى مقاومت پشت كند، متهم است. امت اسلامى بايد در همه جا و همه وقت، اين معيار و شاخصِ نمايان و اساسى را در مدنظر داشته باشد. ميهمانان عزيز! برادران و خواهران! كيد دشمن را هرگز از نظر دور مداريد. غفلت ما براى دشمنان ما فرصت‌‌آفرين است. درس على(عليه‌‌السّلام) به ما اين است كه: «من نام لم ينم عنه».(13) تجربه‌‌ى ما در جمهورى اسلامى در اين زمينه نيز عبرت‌‌آموز است. با پيروزى انقلاب اسلامى در ايران، دولتهاى مستكبر غربى و آمريكا كه مدتهاى مديد پيش از آن، طاغوتهاى ايرانى را در مشت خود گرفته و سرنوشت سياسى و اقتصادى و فرهنگى كشورمان را رقم ميزدند و نيروى پرقدرت ايمان اسلامى در درون جامعه را دست‌‌كم گرفته و از توان بسيج و هدايت اسلام و قرآن بى‌‌خبر مانده بودند، ناگهان به غفلت خود پى بردند و دستگاههاى‌‌حاكميتى و سرويسهاى اطلاعاتى و اتاقهاى فرمان آنان به كار افتادند تا شكست فاحش خود را جبران كنند. انواع توطئه‌‌ها و ترفندها را در اين سى‌‌وچند سال از آنان ديده‌‌ايم. چيزى كه مكر آنان را نقش بر آب كرده است، در اصل دو عامل اساسى است: ايستادگى بر سر اصول اسلامى، و حضور مردم در صحنه. اين دو عامل در همه جا كليد فتح و فرج است. عامل اوّل به وسيله‌‌ى ايمان صادقانه به وعده‌‌ى الهى، و عامل دوم به بركت تلاش مخلصانه و تبيين صادقانه تضمين ميشود. ملتى كه صدق و صميميت پيشوايان را باور كند، صحنه را از حضور پر بركت خود رونق ميبخشد؛ و هر جا كه ملت با عزم راسخ در صحنه بماند، هيچ قدرتى توان شكست دادن آن را نخواهد داشت. اين تجربه‌‌ى موفقى براى همه‌‌ى ملتهائى است كه با حضور خود بيدارى اسلامى را رقم زدند. از خداوند متعال هدايت و دستگيرى و كمك و In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful All praise belongs to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds, and peace and greetings be upon our Master, Muhammad al-Mustafa, and upon his immaculate household, chosen companions and those who follow them well, until the Day of Judgment. Today what lies in front of our eyes and cannot be denied by any informed and intelligent individual is that the world of Islam has now emerged out of the sidelines of social and political equations of the world, that it has found a prominent and outstanding position at the center of decisive global events, and that it offers a fresh outlook on life, politics, government and social developments. This is considered an important and significant phenomenon in today\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s world, which is suffering from a deep intellectual and theoretical vacuum after the failure of communism and liberalism. This is the first sign of the political and revolutionary events in North Africa and the Arab region on a global scale, which itself is a harbinger of greater truths that will come to pass in the future. Islamic Awakening, which speakers in the arrogant and reactionary camp do not even dare to mention in words, is a truth whose signs can be witnessed in almost all parts of the world of Islam. The most obvious sign of it is the enthusiasm of public opinion, especially among young people, to revive the glory and greatness of Islam, to become aware of the nature of the international order of domination and to remove the mask from the shameless, oppressive and arrogant face of the governments and centers that have been pressuring the Islamic and non-Islamic East in their clutches for more than two hundred years and have been exposing nations to their brutal and aggressive thirst for power disguised with the mask of civilization and culture. The dimensions of this auspicious awakening are widespread and mysterious, but what was witnessed of its immediate outcomes in a few North African countries can make hearts confident about the great and amazing outcomes that will be achieved in the future. Miraculous fulfillment of divine promises is always a hope-inspiring sign that promises the fulfillment of greater promises. The Quranic account of the two promises that Allah the Exalted gave to the mother of Prophet Moses is an example of this divine tactic. At this important meeting, which has been attended by a group of religious scholars of the Islamic Ummah from different Islamic countries and denominations, I believe it is appropriate to discuss a few necessary points regarding the issue of Islamic Awakening. The first point is that the earliest waves of awakening in the countries of this region, which started simultaneously with the entry of the pioneers of colonialism, were mainly caused by religion and religious reformers. Meanwhile, today and in the past, hundreds of famous religious scholar and thousands of lesser-known religious scholars have played a role in great and small reform movements in different countries. The list of non-cleric religious reformers, such as Hassan al-Banna and Iqbal Lahori, is also long and amazing. Almost everywhere, clerics and theologians have been the intellectual authority and spiritual support for the people and wherever they have appeared in the role of guides and pioneers at the time of great developments and have moved forward in the first rows of popular movements in the face of dangers, the intellectual bond between them and the people has been strengthened and they have played a significant role in showing the path to the people. This is as beneficial to the wave of Islamic Awakening as it is unpleasant and distressing to the enemies of the Islamic Ummah, those who bear grudges against Islam and those who are opposed to the rule of Islamic values, and they are trying to take away this intellectual authority from religious strongholds and create new centers for it. They have learned through experience that they can easily reach a compromise with these centers over national principles and values, and this is something that will never happen in the case of pious religious scholars and devoted religious personalities. This makes the responsibility of religious scholars heavier. Exposure to the favors of wealthy and powerful people and being indebted to taghuts of lust and power are the most dangerous cause of separation from the people and loss of their trust and friendliness. Self-centeredness and thirst for power, which lure weak individuals towards developing an inclination to poles of power, prepare the ground for involvement in corruption and deviation. Religious scholars and pious men should be extremely vigilant and careful. The second point is the necessity of delineating a long-term goal for Islamic Awakening in Muslim countries, a noble aim that gives orientation to the awakening of nations and helps them reach a certain point. It is through identifying this particular point that one can prepare a roadmap and specify the medium- and short-term goals in it. This final goal cannot be anything less than creating a brilliant Islamic civilization. All parts of the Islamic Ummah - in the form of different nations and countries - should achieve the civilizational position that has been specified in the Holy Quran. The main and the general characteristic of this civilization is that it should allow human beings to utilize all the material and spiritual capacities that Allah the Exalted has bestowed on them and on the world in order to bring about happiness and transcendence for humanity. The surface structure of this civilization can and should be witnessed in popular government, in the laws that have been extracted from the Holy Quran, in identifying and addressing different needs of humanity, in avoidance of rigidity and reactionary attitudes as well as unwarranted innovation and adulteration, in creating public welfare and wealth, in establishing justice, in liberation from an economy that is based on special privileges, usury and taking pride in wealth, in promoting human values, in defending oppressed people in the world, and in hard work and innovation. Adopting an ijtihadi and scholarly outlook on different areas - ranging from humanities to the system of formal education, from economy and banking to technical and technological production, from modern media to art and cinema and to international relations and other areas - are all among the requirements for this civilization-building. Experience has shown that all of these things are possible and within the capacities of Muslim communities. This outlook must not be treated with haste and pessimism. Through religious faith, knowledge, ethics and constant struggle, Islamic civilization can gift advanced thought and noble codes of behavior to the Islamic Ummah and to the entire humanity, and it can be the point of liberation from materialistic and oppressive outlooks and corrupt codes of behavior that form the pillars of current Western civilization. The third point is that in the movements of Islamic Awakening it is necessary to pay constant attention to the bitter and horrifying experience of following the West in politics, behavior and lifestyle. In more than a century of following the culture and politics of the arrogant powers, Muslim countries suffered from deadly calamities such as political dependence and humiliation, economic plights and poverty, decline of moral virtues and ethics and shameful scientific backwardness, and this was while the Islamic Ummah enjoyed a glorious history in all of these areas. This statement must not be interpreted as hostility towards the West. We are not hostile towards any group of human beings because of geographical differences. Their promises must not affect the decisions and actions of outstanding political personalities and the great movement of the people. In this case as well, we need to learn lessons from our experiences: those who pinned their hopes on the promises of America for years and based their behavior and policies on the inclination towards the oppressor did not manage to resolve any problems of their nations or eliminate an injustice to themselves or to others. By surrendering to America, they did not manage to prevent the demolition of even one single Palestinian home in a territory that belongs to the Palestinians. Currently, this plot is being seriously pursued by intelligence services of the West and Zionism with the help of petrodollars and bribed politicians from East Asia to North Africa and particularly in the Arab region. And the money that could have been spent to bring about happiness for mankind is being used to make threats, excommunicate, assassinate, bomb, shed Muslim blood and to kindle the fire of long-lasting grudges. Those who consider the unified power of Islam as an obstacle in the way of their evil goals have come to the conclusion that fanning the flames of conflicts inside the Islamic Ummah is the easiest way to achieve their satanic goal and they have used differences of opinion in Islamic jurisprudence, kalaam, history and hadith - which are natural and inevitable - as a pretext to excommunicate, shed blood and cause fitna and corruption. It is necessary to be extremely careful and to look for a remedy. It would be naïve to think that all of these things are due to ideological and ethnic factors and motives. Propaganda campaigns of the West and dependent and mercenary media in the region pretend that the destructive war in Syria is a Shia-Sunni conflict and they create a safety margin for the Zionists and the enemies of resistance in Syria and Lebanon. This is while the two sides of the conflict in Syria are not Shia and Sunni, rather they are the supporters and opponents of anti-Zionist resistance. Neither the Syrian government is a Shia government, nor is the secular and anti-Islam opposition a Sunni group. The only achievement of the plotters of this calamitous scenario is that they have managed to make use of religious sentiments of simple-minded people to kindle this deadly fire. A look at the scene and those who are involved in it at different levels can clarify the issue for any just individual. Also, in the case of Bahrain, this wave of propaganda is spreading lies and deception in another way. In Bahrain, the oppressed majority - who have been deprived of the right to vote as well as other fundamental rights that a nation should enjoy - have risen up to demand their rights. Should this be considered a Shia-Sunni conflict simply because the oppressed majority are Shia and the oppressive secular government pretends to be Sunni? Of course, the European and American colonialists and their friends in the region want to make things appear like this, but what is the truth? The fifth point is that one of the standards for judging whether Islamic Awakening movements are on the right path is the positions they adopt on the issue of Palestine. Since sixty years ago up until today, the occupation of Palestine has been the biggest tragedy that has been imposed on the Islamic Ummah. Since the first day up until today, the tragedy of Palestine has been a combination of killings, assassinations, destruction, usurpation and transgression against what is held sacred in Islam. The necessity of putting up a resistance against this warring and usurping enemy and fighting him has been agreed upon by all Islamic denominations and all honest and healthy national currents. Any current in Islamic countries which disregards this religious and national responsibility out of consideration for the domineering demands of America or under the pretext of unreasonable justifications should not expect to be viewed as loyal to Islam and sincere in its nationalistic claims. This is a test. Anybody who does not accept the slogan of liberating Holy Quds and saving the Palestinian nation and Palestinian territories or anybody who sidelines this slogan and turns his back on the camp of resistance, will be condemned. The Islamic Ummah should keep this clear and fundamental standard in mind everywhere and at all times. After the victory of the Islamic Revolution in Iran, the arrogant Western governments and America - which had long established full control over Iranian taghuts and used to determine the political, economic and cultural destiny of our country and which had underestimated the enormous power of Islamic faith in society and remained unaware of the power of Islam and the Holy Quran to deploy forces and to guide - suddenly realized that they had been unaware and their governmental organizations, intelligence services and control rooms resumed work in order to make up for the overwhelming defeat they had suffered. We have witnessed various kinds of machinations from them over the past thirty-something years. In essence, there have been two factors that have foiled their plots: insistence on Islamic principles and presence of the people on the scene. These two factors are the key to the problems everywhere. The first factor is guaranteed by sincere religious faith in divine promises and the second factor is guaranteed by sincere efforts and honest clarification. A nation that has faith in the honesty and sincerity of its leaders will bring in enthusiasm with their blessed presence, and wherever a nation stays on the scene with a solid determination, no power will have the capability to defeat it. This is a successful experience for all the nations that gave rise to Islamic Awakening through their presence. I pray to Allah the Exalted to bestow His guidance, assistance and mercy on you and on all Muslim nations. Quetta witnessed the deadliest bombings this year with two suicide blasts that claimed the lives of over 200 Shia Muslims in the city. In another massacre, which shook the port city of Karachi, a powerful bomb with impact radius of over 700 meters exploded in a predominantly Shia neighborhood of Abbas Town. The targeted killings still continue unabated across Pakistan particularly the port city of Karachi, the eastern city of Lahore, northern areas bordering China and northwestern Kurram agency. The Human right watchdog and other right groups point fingers towards the inaction of the government, which they say is not doing enough, or in some cases nothing. The Human Rights Watch in its last year\'s report says \"The Pakistani government should urgently act to protect the minority Shia Muslim community in Pakistan from sectarian attacks by Sunni militant groups. The government should hold accountable those responsible for ordering and participating in deadly attacks targeting Shia.\" On this week\'s INFocus we talk to Shia Muslims in Karachi to bring this issue to the limelight.
