Gisoo Misha Ahmadi, Press TV, Tehran
c Iranians are becoming more aware and turning towards renewable energy sources. They're also trying to find ways to reduce energy consumption.
The solar water heating systems on display at the 3rd international energy saving exhibition in Tehran are the first the draw the visitors who may not just be big fans green technology but simply more concerned about their gas and electricity bills.
Now that energy subsidies have been eliminated and gas prices are high people are turning to other sources of energy. Solar water heaters can help reduce their energy consumption by 70 percent.
Ever since the government has introduced its policies to change energy consumption pattern more and more people have been considering sources other than fossil fuels. The effect can be seen on this annual exhibition. More than 80 companies have taken part including more than 10 foreign companies from China, Germany, Turkey and France.
Even wind turbines have found their way to the exhibition.
Iran is the 16th producer of electricity in the world and is working to achieve sustainable development in the field of renewable energy. Iran is now producing 2100 Mega Watts of electricity from renewable sources. The target set for 2025 is 12000 Mega Watts which is 10 percent of the annual production.
Meanwhile figures show that Iranians are becoming energy aware and changing their consumption habits.
The total power peak demand in summer has decreased to 39140 megawatts from 40150. This shows that people know the value of energy and are consuming more wisely.
And as the country moves towards commercialization of Green Technology this annual exhibition will continue to focus on sustainable energy, renewable energy and green energy over the coming years, while providing visitors with essential information about innovative eco-products and services.

Iran says it will seek a three-step strategy in the ongoing round of talks with the five permanent members of the UN Security Council plus Germany (P5+1) in Moscow.

[2] Israel And assassination of Iranian nuclear scientists - 20 July 2012 - English
Iran condemns the US and Israel for the strings of deadly attacks mounted against its nuclear experts. Iranian nuclear scientist Mostafa Ahmadi Roshan was assassinated in January 2012 after an unknown motorcyclist attached a magnet bomb to his car in Tehran.
On November 29, 2010, Professor Majid Shahriari and Dr. Fereydoun Abbasi were targeted by terrorist attacks; Shahriari was killed immediately and Dr. Abbasi, the current head of Iran's Atomic Energy Organization, sustained injuries. In November 2011, some of the US presidential hopefuls called for conducting covert operations ranging from assassinating Iranian nuclear scientists to launching a military strike on Iran as well as sabotaging Tehran's nuclear energy program.

Iran\\\'s Deputy Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi says Tehran will respond to unthoughtful and inaccurate remarks by American officials.
Araqchi said that Iran will continue nuclear talks with the P-five-plus-one group of countries with goodwill despite the fact that American officials have adopted a contradictory stance since the Geneva deal. Araqchi named blacklisting some Iranian entities and pressures from the US Treasury Department on other countries as examples of that policy. According to Araqchi, comments and actions by US official have been provocative and against the spirit of cooperation, required for the implementation of the November 24 deal. The diplomat noted that Tehran has advised American officials against trying to resolve their internal problems or tensions with their allies at the expense of the Iranian nation\\\'s rights.

Iran\\\'s deputy foreign minister has rejected Bahrain\\\'s accusations, alleging that Tehran is involved in regional crises.
Hossein Amir Abdollahian emphasized that Tehran is in favor of political solutions to crises across the region, including the unrest in Bahrain. The head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran says Tehran has built a new generation of centrifuges for uranium enrichment.
Ali Akbar Salehi says Iran has built two kinds of second generation centrifuges with capacity twice as the ones before. He says the second-generation centrifuges have been installed but under the Geneva deal, Iran will not inject gas into them for six months. He also says if Iran needs 20 percent enriched uranium for its nuclear facilities, the country has the right to enrich it. Salehi confirmed that Tehran has negotiated the construction of four new nuclear facilities with Moscow. Under an interim nuclear deal reached in Geneva in November, Iran has agreed not to bring new centrifuges into operation for six months. But the deal does not stop it from developing centrifuges.

The Americans and the mass-media make such a commotion when it comes to the taking of the American embassy in Tehran?
But was there ever an American embassy in Tehran?
Or was it something else in disguise?
Finally, if the people want to uproot a den of espionage, what can the government of the people do?
The founding father of the Islamic Republic, Imam Ruhollah Khomeini, answers beautifully.
Yet, another story that the mass-media needs to get straight; once and for all.

A very special episode indeed!
Shaykh Muzaffer Hyder and Syeda Fatima Ali along with some of the Islamic Pulse team members, their families, and some of the Students of Qom and their friends, were given the honor of visiting the Shrine of Imam Khomeini and the “Garden of Zahra” (Behesht-e-Zahra) in Tehran: the experience was uplifting, inspiring and poignant.
“The Garden of Zahra” is one of the biggest military graveyards in the entire world, where some 200,000 shohada (martyrs) from the Sacred Defense era are laid to rest.
Some of these soldiers - like Shaheed Beheshti, Shaheed Mustafa Chamran, Shaheed Ahmad Ali Nayari and Shaheed Ibrahim Hadi - who were killed in the way of establishing the Islamic Revolution, have such fascinating stories in their lives that any one of these brilliant gems is enough to turn a person’s heart.
Old and young, rich and poor, some of them were so pure, they restrained their anger at the hardest of times, some of them were so firm in their faith, they swore to do Shifa (intercession) for their comrades and some of them even met with Imam Mahdi (A)…

A senior Iranian cleric has strongly criticized western countries in particular the United States for supporting Israel's aggression.
Addressing Tehran's Friday Congregational Prayer, Ayatollah Ali Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani criticized the US and France for arming Israel with nuclear weapons.
Rafsanjani reproached Britain as primarily responsible for Israel's occupation of Palestinian lands.
The Head of the Assembly of Experts also censured the United Nations for its inaction regarding the situation in Palestine, condemning the international body for having officially divided Palestine.
In September 1947, the United Nations Special Committee on Palestine (UNSCOP) reported in favor of the partition of Palestine. On November 29, 1947, the UN General Assembly ratified the suggestion, which envisaged the creation of two states, one Arab and one Jewish.
At Friday prayer, Rafsanjani also criticized Arab silence in face of Israeli aggression. He noted that the Palestinian struggle would finally bear fruit, calling Palestinians a model for all resistance movements.
Millions of people held rallies today to mark Quds Day and to voice support for the Palestinian nation. As the sun reached its zenith, Friday congregational prayer leaders around the planet spoke of righting injustice, particularly the injustice called Israel.
Millions of people took to the streets in cities across the globe on Friday to show their support of the Palestinian cause.
Quds Day, designated by the late Founder of the Islamic Republic, Imam Khomeini, is annually commemorated the last Friday of Ramadan
