A delicious traditional Indian dessert that is sweet and easy to make! It will make any occasion extra special!
Ing:
2 to 3 cups of oil for frying
For the syrup
2 cups sugar
2 cups water
1/4 tsp crushed cardamoms
5 to 7 strands of saffron
Ing for the mixture:
12 oz or 341 grams mawa (grated)
3/4 cup soji or semolina
3/4 cup milk
2 tbsp milk (maybe needed to bind the dough)
Put it on the stove and boil till it reaches a one thread consistency take it off the stove and keep it warm.

Mix these two ingredients together and keep it aside for about 2 hours.
Method:
In a bowl combine the two ingredients the soji and the milk, keep this aside for about 2 hours, in the mean time make the syrup and maintain the temperature on low to keep it warm. Once the mixture is soaked in add the grated mawa in it and knead the dough really well, you might need to put the extra two tablespoons of milk in it, start with adding 1 tbsp at a time. Once the dough is kneaded really really well fry them on a med low heat till it reaches the color you desire. If you like the gulab jamuns to soak up all the syrup and be very soft then add the jamuns in hot syrup if you want it not to soak in too much syrup then keep them aside once they cool then add it to the warm syrup and let the jamuns sit in there for a couple of hours!

Sooji (Semolina) Kheer:
-Sooji (Semolina) 1 & ½ tbs
-Doodh (Milk) 1 Cup
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) 1 pinch
-Desi ghee (Pure clarified butter) ½ tsp
-Dry fruit mix powder 1 tsp
-Brown sugar or Raw sugar 1 tsp or to taste
Directions:
-In pot,add semolina and roast until fragrant.
-Gradually add milk and mix well until well combined.
-Add cardamom powder and mix well.
-Add pure clarified butter,dry fruit mix powder and mix well.
-Add brown sugar or raw sugar and mix well.
-Cover and cook until desired consistency.

Sabudana Kheer:
-Sabudana (Sago) 1 tbs (soaked 30 minutes)
-Doodh (Milk) 1 Cup
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) 1 pinch
-Dry fruit mix powder 1 tsp
-Cheeni (Sugar) 1 tsp or to taste
-Desi ghee (Pure clarified butter) ½ tsp
Directions:
-In pot,add sago and mash well.
-Add milk and mix well.
-Add cardamom powder and mix well.
-Add dry fruit mix powder and whisk well.
-Add sugar and mix well.
-Add pure clarified butter,mix well and cook until desired consistency.

-Misri (Rock sugar) 3 small pieces
-Instant oats 2 tbs
-Doodh (Milk) 1 Cup
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) 1 pinch
Directions:
-In mixer,add almonds,rock sugar,instant oats and grind well & set aside.
-In pot,add milk and oats mixture and mix well continuously.
-Add cardamom powder,mix well and cook until desired consistency.

Veggie pops are excellent snack made with a mix of vegetables made into dumplings coated with bread crumbs and deep fried until crisp.
Oil 2 tb Beans 2tb Carrot 2tb
Green peas 2 tb Cauliflower 2 tb Corn 2 tb Salt
Mixed herb 1 ts salt
Pepper powder ½ ts
Spinach chopped ½ cup
Semolina ½ cup
Water 1 cup
All purpose flour 1 cup
Bread crumb ½ cup
Curry powder ½ ts
Heat oil in a pan add chopped bean, carrot, green peas, cauliflower, corn, sauté it and add salt, mixed herb, pepper powder, chopped spinach and add hot water, semolina mix it and put the lid on cook it in a slow flame for 4 to 5 minutes. After that sprinkle some curry powder cook it for 2 minutes and switch off the flame and add the all purpose flour and mix it well and make a dumplings.
Take some all purpose flour, in this drop the veggie dumplings to coat them and dip all the coated veggie pops in to the hot boiling water and again coat the all purpose flour mixture then dip it into the hot water and again in the bread crumbs then deep fry in the hot oil.
Serve this hot with favorite sauce.

If you have made a pudding toasted bread dessert before you must know how it tastes yummy.It is a well known turkish dessert.In this video we are going to prepare a different toasted dessert recipe for you,with semolina and chocolate pudding! You won\'t have any question about the preparation of it after you watch our video.Let\'s start then. Firstly transfer the sugar into the pot and start to caramelize it.After it is lumpy add the water and mix it well.When the sugar lumps melt into the water,turn the heat off.The syrup is ready. Place the toasted breads/zwiebacks on the tray and pouring the syrup over them with a spoon help.During the chocolate pudding toasted breads/zwiebacks absorb the syrup,let\'s make the pudding.Transfer the starch,flour and semolina,add the sugar and start to mix.After that add the milk gradually and whisk.When the pudding starts to boil,add the vanilla sugar and butter.Turn the heat off when the butter melts.After our pudding has cooled down,pour it on the toasted breads.Spread it well with a spatula.
